The ladies were helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I had to go. In twice and each time I was greeted with a smile and asked if I wanted help with anything. What lacked was they didn't tell me everything was on sale or any special sales. I prefer trying on clothes and feeling the material before i purchase my clothes.

Selection is getting better in Rickis. However not happy about the sizing . I use to be able to pick up my size and not try on, but now the size is not consistent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Elaine is very knowledgeable and definitely knows her customers! I give them 5 stars but only 4 because of the sizing issues.

The staff was amazing!!! All of them!!!!! I have been looking for a suit that matches for a long time. I found that when I shopped in the past for a suit the black pants are on one side of the store and the jackets that "match" are on the other side of the store. The blacks never match. The suit that I purchased fits amazing and I will be back to purchase other pcs.. 5 stars for the staff at Rick's Quinte Mall

I had a great shopping experience recently at the Belleville Ricki’s location. All the sales people in the store were exceptional and made the day so much fun with all the deals and assistance I received. (I do not know the ladies names, but if they remember me, you were great) 😀😀

The manager at Ricki’s at the Quinte Mall Is wonderful. Kristen is helpful, has a great eye for what works for me and is very understanding and supportive. She is a real gem.

Stopped in to to look for clothes to update my work wardrobe. Elaine was working by herself and was amazing. It was very busy in the store and she was able to multitask and help everyone while still making everyone feel like they were a valued customer. Kudos to Elaine!

The team at Ricki's Quinte mall was unmatched. My outfit they selected was absolutely perfect for what I was describing. They made sure to let my voice my concerns and found me the PERFECT outfit from head to toe. I was thrilled with the sale but more over the knowledgeable staff that found me a perfect outfit. Thanks ladies working Friday evening!! You are wonderful at what you do!!!!

Went looking for some fall work clothes and dressier options. Nicki and the other staff were very helpful! Pointed out BOGO sale items, helped me by finding other sizes, even checking boxes in the back. When I got home I noticed that I had lost a gold and diamond earring. I called them and they had found it and had it safely waiting for me! One of my favourite stores!
