Came here for a friends bday for food, drinks, bowling and pool! The food was awesome and our server Jillian was super attentive, speedy and friendly. Make sure to order the pickle pizza, you won’t regret it!

A perfect score for a perfect day! From the moment we were seated, until our final bites were enjoyed, Hayden's attention to detail was 10/10 for friendliness, attentiveness, and efficiency. We were welcomed immediately, and well-looked after the entire time. I especially appreciate the extra running involved to tend to the smallest extra touches like sauces and drink re-fills. These details make a big difference to us, and deserve to be recognized. Indeed, we appreciated the great service, and look forward to another fun Sunday with the Palasad. Thanks, Hayden. We went for dinner and everything was great. Our waitress was awesome, the whole atmosphere was great, nice music. It was busy, off course, it was Saturday evening. The food was good. Next will go back do more than just dinner, cause there so much stuff to do, and bowling it's my favorite, definitely coming back. Thank you guys!!!

Just had my daughter birthday at Palasad South and it was fantastic. Easy to book event online, staff was great for every part of the party. Roberto was our party host and he was amazing. He was awesome with all the kids, he made every part of the party go smooth. It was nice to have him keep the party track, served and cleaned everything up. I was very impressed with all the service from the whole staff. the food was great and arcades are always fun. I have been to a few events at Palasad South and they never under deliver. I would highly recommend planing any party there or just a night out. Thanks again Roberto and the Staff at Palasad South.

Had a lovely laser tag birthday party a few weeks ago. Our hosts went above and beyond to keep our party running smoothly and to keep the (very excited) kids entertained. Excellent value for the price, food was excellent and the amenities are top notch.

Great place for family fun! A little bit loud in bowling area (if you have children with sensory sensitivities, this may not work for them), and the bathroom sinks were too tall for our kids, but otherwise an amazing experience! The arcade was fun, the food was good and the party rooms look awesome!

We had a wonderful few hours in the party room. The venue is clean and in good shape. Pool table was great fun. The food was, for me, surprisingly great for bowling alley food. We had pizza, salads, and what appeared to be homemade chips with dip. The pizza was good. Surprisingly good. But the afternoon was made perfect by our hostess. Great service from Hailey! Hailey was very attentive and quick to respond to all of our requests. Thank you Hailey.

Spent a few fun filled hours with our teenagers at Palasad, covering everything they offer. Laser tag, bowling, and the arcade: all a ton of fun! Not cheap, but I'd say we got a decent amount of value from our time there. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good as well.

We visited Palasad South with my family for a traditional bowling experience. We enjoyed the blend of video games and bowling lanes, which offered a nostalgic trip back to the 90s. The food served was delicious, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. However, a word of caution to others: the Photo Booth near the front door accepted money but didn’t work, and during the busy hours, it wasn’t feasible to seek a refund. It’s a minor blip in an otherwise enjoyable visit, so just a heads up to future visitors to be mindful of this. Overall, a fun spot with a retro vibe that my family and I enjoyed!

Awesome field trip! We took three classes (Grade 6-8) to Palasad for bowling, pizza and the arcade. We had a great overall experience. There was enough for our students to do at the arcade without the students getting bored, and they really enjoyed the pizza and bowling too. Things were well organized and set up for us from the moment we got there. Our host, Greg, was fantastic -he was super attentive and helpful with both students and teachers. Will definitely be bringing students back again, and my own kids too!

We had my nephew’s birthday party here this afternoon and it was awesome! Our server/party host was Gavin and he was incredible right from the get go. He was attentive to our group and was really good at keeping all the kids organized, going from one activity to the next. He’s great! This was a really fantastic place to have a kid’s party here- so much to do and keep the kids occupied! Well done team!

We had a birthday party there and it was a GREAT experience from booking to party time! Marissa was quick to reply to questions and made booking super easy! Sam, our party host, was amazing with the kids and made the party run seamlessly!

For the first time, I was in charge of organizing a company event for my team. Palasad made it so easy to make an enjoyable and memorable day! Our host Aleecia was fantastic. Very friendly and made sure our afternoon went smoothly. The food was delicious and fed some really hungry men with leftovers to spare. And the bowling was so much fun! Will definitely be doing this again!

Our host Natalia was amazing with all the kids. They adored her and thought she was really fun. She made the experience worth every bit the money. Both helpful, thoughtful and efficient.

Just finished with my 11 year old daughters birthday party at Palasad South. The kids had a blast and my daughter was super happy. Thank you so much Palasad South!! Huge shout out to our host Kenzie. She was absolutely amazing! Top notch service and great with the kids. We definitely recommend and would do it again!

We’ve brought our oldest here for his birthdays a couple years in a row and would highly recommend it! Staff are ridiculously helpful and friendly. Food is always great. And there’s LOADS to do for both little kids and teens. Booking was easy. They followed up with us a few days later to make sure we were satisfied. We always are! Plus… not having to clean up our house after parties is a HUGE bonus.

A fun night out with the family. Good service and really good pizza. Kids did laser tag which they loved and we did some bowling. Lane 15 seems to have some technical issues with the lack of resetting between games and would occasionally jump to the next player. Had to get help when the pins were placed and then froze. But staff were quick to respond. Overall, a fun night out and very family friendly.

I have shared in many events at Palasad south and it’s always been a pleasant experience. We enjoyed a team event there on Nov 30. Wanted to give thanks to the staff - Tiffany was helpful in finding the right fit for our timeline and budget. Our server was attentive and pleasant, even bumping the bowling time as we waited for everyone to arrive. Management stopped in a couple times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and even a personal call after the event to thank us for coming in. It doesn’t get much better than that! Highly recommend for a consistent, delicious and fun experience whether as a family, with friends or a team building event.

It's like The Rec Room, love that at the Palasad they have both billiards and, bowling. The service is incredible, kind, polite servers. There are games to play for kids and, adults.

Morgan was fantastic. She served our event of 28 people very smoothly and without issue. Food was delicious and on time, the venue was great for a presentation setting as well. Tiffany was also great at helping me coordinate the event and gave me guidance on the best options for an event with nearly 30 people, while keeping costs in line. The arcade is smaller than it looks on the website. There are some fun games, like Cruisin' Blast, but several of the games are just crane games and several more of the games were broken or missing pieces. Could probably use more maintenance. Staff seem pretty indifferent.

We just hosted my sons 7th birthday here. It was the first time we had been there and it did not disappoint. Jessa and Andrea were great hosts. The birthday boy and his friends had a fantastic time! My 4yr old son was also there. Even though he did not want to participate in the laser tag party they still made him feel very much included. My only regret is not asking if the girls would be interested in babysitting! We will definitely be back.

A blast from the past - our family moved away from London years ago. My daughter and I returned recently and enjoyed our dinner and arcade games! The wood oven pizza, garlic bread and caesar salad were excellent! My daughter enjoyed a few arcade games before heading home. I recommend this place for customers of all ages!

Great time spent with the family. We went for bowling and dinner. The food was great and the bowling lots of fun. We got about 60 minutes to play for 2 adults and 2 children. We were able to do a game and a half in that time. We ended up staying and playing in the arcade and laser tag. A great night and will definitely go ago.

We did a birthday party for our daughter. Staff was great. Peyton took care of everything from taking the kids to laser tag to serving pizza and our cake. Very reasonable prices as well. The manager, don't remember his name, checked in and had a chat with us. Very well done

We had fun bowling for an hour. It costs about $24 per person and then we enjoyed a large pizza, brownie dessert, and a mini pitcher. Food was great and Lauren, our server, was efficient and friendly 😁👍
