Ordered a SouthWest bowl , but asked for to hold the Quinoa because my wife is allergic to it, to which I (assume was the owner ; asian lady) was told you can’t because the rice and quinoa are premixed. So I said fine, replace it which any other base. She offered lettuce instead to which I agreed. As the girl started making the order she took the regular sized bowl away from her, whispered in her ear and replaces it with a much much smaller bowl that has half the depth of the original order. Not sure why she felt the need to do that, but ultimately she charged me the same price as for a regular order with way less toppings and content. All this, without advising or mentioning anything about the substitution resulting in a smaller order size. 5 bites in and my wife was done because it was mostly lettuce. Don’t really care that she decided to do that, but at least tell your customers you’re gonna pull a fast one on them so they have a choice. Would’ve mentioned it to there on the spot but being the holidays the place was crowded and I didn’t wanna hold up the line. What was also irritating was that she asks customers to pay in advance, before completing the order. Didn’t get a receipt the first time around, and once done she asks to pay again. After I gave her a pretty stern look and she then magically remembered me. Lots of other healthy options, no need to entertain this place. On the bright side the part-time staff seemed to be friendly.

Had a terrible experience at cultures. Ordered the southwest bowl. Simply asked for a little more sauce and have never gotten so much attitude from the workers and the manager! Even the people in line were defending me. Finally when she put some sauce they put the stingiest amount. On top of their terrible service, the food is really bad as well. The quinoa bites were dry and the ingredients didn’t seem fresh. Barely gave the smallest amount of avocado too. The price is ridiculous at $15 for a below mediocre bowl. Will definitely never come here again.

Very bad sandwiches. I just bought a sandwich at this place and they had their sandwiches already done because “the chicken avocado is the most popular” half a leave of lettuce 2 small slides of chicken and half slide of avocado. I feel that they robed my money, a $9 sandwich looks like a $2 dollar sandwich. Very disappointed! I went back and asked for the manager, she didn’t come out and the person in charge at that moment could not solve my problem. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place to anybody.

First time ordering from Cultres. I just got one sandwich called the Grilled chicken with blue cheese and roasted peppers. #4 I really enjoyed it. All the ingredients complimented each other. The sandwich was not the biggest I've had but overall was very tasty. It would be perfect if the price was a little cheaper.

So BAD! I had their chicken avocado sandwich and all I could taste was bread. Mere ingredients in a $10 tasteless sandwich? A big NO!

First time eating at Cultures and it was delicious. I had the super Greek salad (minus the chicken) and had the quinoa protein bites instead. Everything was fresh and flavourful. It was a little pricey though.

I’ve only ordered the smoothies and not their food, so I can only speak for the drinks. The smoothies are good, I’ve only ordered the very berry and strawberry banana so far. The manager (Amy?) is really nice to her customers. She also remembered me as a previous customer too. Lovely service, I have yet to try their food!

Very slow personnel, They don't care about the customers waiting for them. The manager was the worst one. The food is not like the pictures. I've got the Greece one with cube cheese

Waited in line where it says "order here". When I was asked what I wanted, I said a smoothie. I was then told that I can order that from the cash register. So I went over to the register waited watching the other girl doing nothing and when I got fed up i walked away. I guess this place will be closing down soon.

$8.99 + tax for mini southwest bowl - 95% bowl of rice, 5% toppings. Avoid this place. Maybe in total, a tablespoon of toppings. Looks nothing like the picture. Not even tasty - the chicken was very dry. Super over priced. This place is a joke!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a super greek salad. For $16 I've got 2/3 of green leaves, 5 slices of a small cucumber, a little bit of tomatoes, a tea spoon of feta powder, a table spoon of quinoa and tasteless tempeh. Flatbread that costs $10 just a tiny tnin circle of dry pizza. Just terrible experience. I had a great experience in Cultures at Guelph and was sure that here I will get the same. What a diappoinment. Do not recommend this place by any means.

I ordered Large smoothie from Cultures. It was the best smoothie I have ever tasted. Thanks to Tanishka, who made my drink and she was very polite and sweet towards every customer.

Had the goat cheese chicken sandwich that was pretty good. It’s hard to find something decent under $10 in the food court!

If you want a light & healthy snack, go for their avocado toast. Their avocado Addict sandwich is perfect if you want something heavier. I would recommend the avocado smoothie (Avocado, spinach and pineapples) as well. I don’t normally like spinach hut It has a nutty and sweet taste to it and it’s very delicious.

They barely put any protein in their sandwiches. 10$ for a tiny sandwich that has nothing in it. Guys if youre looking to get a decent protein intake do not eat there

Loved it! maybe i was hungry but i loved it beet burger. Texture of meat is like ground meat patty. I will buy it again.

*UPDATE: it's been a few hours now, and I am SICK. This food is not sitting in my system, there is absolutely no way what so ever this is fresh, I don't care what they claim, the owners need to have a closer look at this place to see how its being run, I will be calling the health department.* This is my second time here, and the second time this has been messed up. When you pay 17$ for a sandwich the lettuce should atleast be good, and not look like it's been on the sandwich for 2 days, no? And they use processed cheese LOL like come on..... how is this place supposed to be healthy? They don't even make it fresh per order when you order online. They pre-make a bunch of stuff for there online orders. I got there last week and she had given my order to the wrong person, so she pulled a pre-made salad out from under the counter.... when you pay $15 for a salad you expect more.

The food is good. The staff never change their gloves. They touch everything. Even their face and hair and touch your food to place it in the bowl. I had to throw away my Quinoa bites after I noticed it. I visited yesterday. It was the 2 non Asian staff. Sorry, but your handling people food

The food was delicious and healthy. The service was decent. You do pay a bit more here but I rather pay a few dollars more and get something healthier then burgers and fries.

Currently an employee in the mall -- they have the ideal (and healthy) yoghurt smoothies to grab while in the mall. Customer service is always pleasant and lineups are always short here. Overall, this food bar is severely underestimated. 5 stars

Cultures always has great quality products and super helpful staff with great customer service. I visit the mall often and Cultures is always my go to place for food. Worth the price :)

I had some dude serve me and make my entire custom wrap wrong. After charging me $15 and taking ten minutes to figure out the cash register. I asked them to correct jt and I was refused a correction, I was also given attitude when I asked to speak to an owner or manager, I have still yet to be able to make any contact with a manager or owner.

One of the slowest places I have seen inside a fast food mall resturants. Cost wise isn't the best place, plus despite of mentioning to 2 individuals to remove an item from the dish however it still landed in my dish.

At Vaughan Mills there are many choices of food. I choose Cultures as they seemed to be a healthier option. I ordred the chicken avocado sandwich combo. I was disappointed in the quality of food. The sandwich was pre-made and the chicken was a thin slice. There was not even a full slice of avocado in the sandwich. The pasta salad lacked flavour but the beet salad was pretty good. I can't see myself eating here again.

We ordered burritos from this restaurant and it was our first time. We really liked the power plant burritos. The guy who served us is very nice. The Lady at the cash register is also nice she suggested us to add smoothies to our order and the smoothies are really good. You will enjoy that. Thanks for your service☺️

Simply the worst purchase experience. Nothing is communicated with you, the team doesn't talk to each other. They were even trying to get me to leave without my complete order. Overall don't buy food here.

Very disorganized to know where to order, wait for food. Customers were lining up 2 different directions, Staff Not re-directing. I ordered a large smoothie, employee upsold me to order a second smoothie for a discount, so I asked for a second small size. Employee ended up giving me 2 large smoothies, I did not realize in moment, due to the disorganization of people waiting already, I handed smoothie to my toddler. Then employee starts yelling at me that they gave me the wrong size smoothie, telling me to give it back to them....they then gave it to next customer. (Usually a mistake like that, most businesses would just tell customer to keep the smoothie) Very unsanitary to give it to another customer!!

It's not just the healthy hearty menu, but the amazing staff that make this place so wonderful. The services are fast, with a touch of care, quality, and friendship. That's rare in a crowded mall, and all the more reason that draws me back here.

This is most definitely the worst salad bar I’ve ever eaten at. I want to start with the food: I ordered a California cobb salad bowl and in the picture they advertised it with, it included big slices of juicy chicken breast and lots of cheddar and at least half of an avocado. Let me tell you… the chicken is literally less than 30 grams and dry as hell. The server added two paper thin slices of avocado and gave me my salad. Now the price for that salad bowl alone was more than 16 dollars… is this a joke? Why are selling trash food for prices like that? And the service? I waited 15 whole minutes just to get a pre made salad bowl with tiny bits of dry meat sprinkled on top as if it was seasoning. They were slower than a sloth!!! And when i told them the meat to leaf ratio is ridiculous, the cashier just straight up laughed ?? This was such a rip off… Stay clear of this restaurant within a 100-meter radius. Doesn’t even deserve one star
