Everything tasted like straight up banana. They have a good selection of vegan options though. But for this price, it’s kind of absurd how much one fruit overpowers all the flavours, making everything taste the same. Don’t bother looking at the menu, because everything will just be banana flavoured. The staff were friendly though. Make room for this drink because it’s a whole meal.

I usually frequent this location because I love Jugo Juice smoothies. Some of the staff are really nice but some of them have a horrible attitude. Especially this one Hispanic-looking young lady in particular. She ignored me and was texting on her phone. I had to call her over so I could place my order. When she came around, she made me feel like I was a nuisance. I couldn't hear her tell me that my smoothie was done and she just left it on the counter. I had to check the counter to know it was done. My friend and I were upset with the service we received. This is not the first time she has behaved this way but this particular occasion was the worst. Management, you should really look into this because many people have been complaining and you'll lose business. I like smoothies, but not enough to be treated this way.

Literally came online to google other nearby Jugo Juice locations so that I never have to go back to the Eaton Center location. As another reviewer mentioned, the staff is incredibly inattentive, particularly the one Spanish/Latina girl. She literally acts like she's doing you a favour by taking your order! And she takes her own sweet time! I've also noticed that my drinks don't taste the same and/or aren't properly blended when she makes them. I work across the street from the Eaton Center and will now happily walk to Gerrard Square to get my jugo juice just to avoid this location and that particular member of the staff.

Went here on Sunday, got the Berry Banana - worst smoothie I've ever had. The guy filled it up 3/4 with apple juice. I don't think he even put a banana in it and I couldn't taste any blueberries. Waste of $7.29! Will never get a smoothie from here again.

This was the closest juice store, and I almost had to see it just to see if the girls were as bad as the last few reviews. Without previous jugo experience, but plenty as a retail person myself - they were good. Said hi, took my order right away, made it quickly, said thank you. Juice tastes good. Thanks ladies.

Good drink but they didn’t tell me it was a smoothie, the employee had recommended the tropical boba drink so that’s what I got. It ended up being a smoothie and it was 13$, not bad but I was under the impression it was a milk tea.

Had a "gold digger smoothie" , the ingredients were great, it was edible and safe for human consumption but the taste was bland and very chalkly! It was also $10 and I don't think it's worth it considering the taste was not good! Could not taste any of the ingredients expect turmeric. It is definitely not something I would have again!

Got a berry rich protein shake with flax seeds booster and replaced the base juice with coconut water for ~1 and ~1.5 bucks extra, respectively. It was a 10.7-cad smoothie which I think is in line with their peers - Booster Juice. Overall, ok! Nothing exceptional! Edit: July 2023 - changed rating up by a notch esp. for the coffee jelly that was added to classic Taro milk tea. It was everything.

No flavour whatsoever. Got the dragon force and literally was just ice and a hint of ginger. Told their employee and she refused to do anything. Had to throw it out after two sips and I HATE wasting food. Would never ever return and suggest you save your money, and go one floor up to the Real Fruit Bubble Tea place instead.

I love their Mocha Protein smoothie, filling, healthy and yummy. Best part is the sweetness comes from dates, no sugar added. There was one at 150 King by underground Path, but they closed down during covid. My whole team used to grab smoothie from there, everyday. Hope they open again.

I’ve been to Jugo Juice a few times since it reopened. We ordered the passion fruit green tea with lychee pearls nd my friend had stay up beat this time and we really enjoyed it. It’s thick, not too sweet, and tea was refreshing. I’ve received friendly service in every interaction. This is our good beverage place in the mall. My go to is immunity smoothies , blue crush or lavender love. But they can try adding a lesser amount pf apple juice and more of the other fresh ingredients. Otherwise its ok for a quick refreshment.

My 1st visit to Jugo Juice Eaton Centre, I've ordered a strawberry daiquiri smoothie. Price: $7.95 + taxes: $8.98 My 2nd visit I've ordered a large mango magic smoothie tasted refreshing. Yummy! No added sugar in comparison to the competition. Excellent customer service by the owner! The prices are affordable, their menu has smoothies, fresh pressed, protein & tonic drinks. Food menu: wraps, sandwiches, veggie burger, veggie wrap, falafel wrap. The next visit I will continue to try more items on their menu. I grade them: AAAAA +++++ in my book with well recognized work ethic. 10/10: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My appreciation for going the extra mile towards providing excellent customers service. I will continue to support & give them my business. I highly recommend this location!

I will never be back to this Jugo Juice! I saw two posters for the Salted Caramel Bubble Tea advertised at $6.50 each. When I ordered I was told there was only one size for that drink. That was fine, whatever. I ordered two, one for my boyfriend and one for myself. The total was over $20 for both drinks, with no add ons or modifications. The worker refused to tell me the cost of each drink, saying that the poster price was wrong. So if it was wrong, what was the actual price? I told her the poster needed to be changed and she just kept saying "we don't serve that drink anymore" uhh that's literally what you just served me. I felt scammed and wished we could return the drinks because they were watery and flavorless. Terrible service, terrible product, DO NOT go here.

Got the Morning Blend smoothie and it tastes terrible. The ingredients sounded great and I spent $13.75 to be disappointed. Complete waste of money. I’ll never be back.

Honestly it’s so bad overpriced I spent 20 dollars on a drink and a wrap and the drink is a basic size extra large which is also ridiculous it tasted old and musty the lettuce in the wrap was hard as a rock uneatable in general please don’t waste your money

Great Customer service with terrible product. I ordered a strawberry banana and avocado smoothie, I didn’t get a taste of any of the ingredients. It was watery consistency and terrible taste. You can literally see the ingredients not fully blended. I asked them if they can improve it, and they discussed amounts each other and said sorry that’s the best they have to offer. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

Tasted great but every sip was mainly tasteless pulp. I had to throw it out because it felt like plastic. My partner really liked hers though... it was pulp free.

I often come to that place, really like it. But today around 4pm nov7, I ordered Kale aid as usual, and the guy made it not properly, it was red colour (I guess from previous order) there was no kale at all, taste like only apple juice with little ginger taste.
