Cheryl and her team were so gracious an pleasant!!! I now know all the ins and outs of balsamic and olive oil!!! I will definitely be going back to purchase more. Awesome that you are able to taste the oils before you buy them. All of their oils are of the highest pure quality. Thanks a million!!

We stumbled across this place on our first day in Collingwood. Great, friendly staff. Alex took time to take us through the samples. There was a great little nook for our little girls to sit and do their thing while we tasted and talked with the staff about their products. Best of all, we didn't feel rushed and we learned a lot about the products. We found out after walking around some more that there was another olive oil shop a street or so over. We took a quick look at it but we were very glad we stopped at this one first.

Love this place always fill up our olive oil bottles when we come up.. they have alot flavors or balsamic oils as well for dressings or marinades.

We got to sample their wide variety of infused olive oils and vinegars. Brought back 4 large bottles (2 of olive oil and 2 of balsamic vinegar). Have used in my salad and it tastes great!

I cannot believe we spent over 100 for olive oil and balsamic vinegar. But after the staff tell you the story and give you samples, you have to have what they are selling.

Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gioia was a delight in helping us find what we would enjoy. The shop has a great vibe, very clean and an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend. (Especially the maple....mmmm)

Great selection of oils and balsamics. You can buy in three different sizes. Plus, there is always a good selection of tiny bottles packaged for trying new flavours. Usually you can taste any flavour before you buy (not sure about COVID rules). Staff are always helpful and knowledgable, and not pushy. Store also has a good selection of other things - sauces, canned fruit/veggies, jams, charcuterie boards, etc.

Awesome selection of flavoured olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Sales associate was very friendly and had great recommendations for oil and vinegar pairings. Highly recommend the chipotle olive oil for Mexican dishes and the dark chocolate balsamic is amazing on vanilla ice cream and fresh fruit!

You absolutely have to try the the dill infused olive oil! Staff is amazing and you get cash back based on your purchase dollars. They also have some amazing vinegars!
