The place seems fun for kids but the worst part is no one is really managing the place properly. It has signage saying no shoes after entering the playground, but almost all adults are wearing shoes inside while the kids are just wearing socks. The place looks very dirty. No staff is managing the place to tell people taking off their shoes first before going in but the staff are also wearing shoes when they are inside. 😖 The environment looks very dirty, not ideal for kids if u care about hygiene. Also no one is checking the tickets at the entrance. Anyone could go in to play easily. I have been to other trampoline parks in other countries, staff were doing their jobs properly compared to this one in Vaughan. We won’t go back again.

We went here for my daughter's birthday party. I found the booking process to be easy, straight-forward and for the most part, all the questions are answered in the FAQ section before hand. I also had the corporate office confirming everything beforehand. And they coordinated some things with the Vaughan venue, which was nice. My daughter had a great time. It was definitely a birthday to remember. *** Some notes for other party planners: 1. There is NO elevator, so we carried all our party favours and decorations up the stairs-I didn't know this ahead of time, so I even brought my wagon full of stuff including the cake. 2. I also didn't expect there to be a Host, so I didn't know there would be a TIP button while cashing out-now of course you can tip any amount, but I would have preferred to have that budgeted. 3. When you walk in, go to your RIGHT. The sign is not clear, especially when it's packed with people. The Group party sign-ins are in the right. 4. Don't expect much from the staff walking around "securing" the place. If BIG kids are in the little kids section, or the bigger kids are just going crazy, don't expect the staff to do anything. Even though it's their job, they turn a blind eye. So keep an eye on your kids!!! If you're hosting a party, keep a few other parents around just in case. Especially younger kids. 5. The parking is limited. Parking in neighbouring lots. There is at time a security guard in the parking lot that keeps things moving, but they will also advise the same, especially on the weekend. 6. This place is busy!!! Keep your head cool.

Excellent options for families to stay away from screens and gadgets… including the annual membership that offers a very nice price for it…

It’s a great place for my kids. Spend 2-3hrs to have a relax and wonderful afternoon. Remember to purchase the monthly ticket. Only $30 to enjoy a unlimit weekend access. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We got all our birthday presents stolen from the shelves they provide. When we ask them to check the cameras, the response was very bad from the Manager and the shelving area they provide is such a mess as you can see in the pictures. Basically anyone can steal anything from this place and they have no security or responsibility over anything. Not a good place for your kids brday party.

This review is for anyone who wants to know where all their stuff goes while you're there. You know, all the stuff that won't be bouncing. Here are photos of the lockers and open shelving for belongings. For birthday party groups there are well organized, labelled carts that hold everything for the group like shoes, coats, gifts and party supplies.

Very disappointing to hear that you're mandating kids from 12 and up to be vaccinated in order to enter. I definitely won't support any businesses that support segregation. As a business all you're required to do is have a policy in place, not demand that your customers or employees to be vaccinated. Kids are are practically resilient to covid. Remember one thing, it was the customers that supported businesses, the government shut you down and did nothing to help and now you want yo help them do their dirty work.

This place was once a safe haven for our children to be just that...children. Asking children to be vaccinated with something that has been proven not to be effective and against their free will is appalling and utterly disgusting to say the least. Your poor excuses are cowardly and disappointing. As a privately owned company it is YOUR choice on whether to mandate this or not and blaming it on anything else is just pathetic. I have had several parties and events at this place and my children loved going. Unfortunately for YOU, myself along with many others who feel as outraged by this news as I am will now have to frequent the MANY other facilities that are not afraid to stand up for the rights of our children and will not discriminate against anyone. Shame on you! 😡

My 2.5 yr old and almost 5 year old love this place. We've been twice for 60 Min jumps and that's more than enough time as they get really tired. I just pay for the kids and my hubby and I observe for free =) Most jumpers are masked, but some aren't. Observers are supposed to keep their masks on but I've also seen people with them off. None of the staff enforce masking, but I still felt pretty safe. The kids jump to their hearts content and it's great exercise for them. We will definitely be coming back again in the future!

This spot is great for jumping, but may not be the best choice for a birthday party. Super crowded. It’d be better if they limited the number of parties happening at the same time.

DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY I want to emphasize the importance of not sharing credit card information with this company. Despite being assured by their staff that the membership wouldn't automatically renew, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. During the sign-up process, nothing was explained except for an additional $3 charge for extended access to the rest of the month. The staff simply asked us to tap the card for the difference. I verified this information multiple times before signing up, which convinced my friends to sign up at the same time. However, to my dismay, my credit card was charged for an unwanted extra month. The company is now refusing a refund, citing our card tap and checkbox ticking during sign-up—details that were never clarified by their staff. This situation is very unacceptable as my membership continues without my willingness for continuation. I strongly recommend against obtaining a membership with this company due to their terrible customer service. Despite numerous calls to the center, they consistently redirect me to email the back office, which has never responded. Please exercise caution and consider alternatives when dealing with this company.

Awful experience. Be aware!!! There were kids that physically attacked our kids, swore all over . Management didn't do anything. There were too many people on Sunday. I'm sure if we called the police they would close down the place. Had to wait for everything. Very unprofessional and inexperienced staff. Awful birthday experience.

Nice place for kids for very good playing options. The place has a good management with enough observers for all games. It is good option to plan your kid birthday party and it offer also nice pizza and other drinks and snacks. Over all was good experience and price to value is very good. Good playground

I recently hosted my Son's birthday party at Sky Zone Vaughan, and unfortunately , it was not the positive experience I had hoped for. I had reserved a room with doors, as I specifically requested during the reservation process, while I was already inside and preparing for the celebration, I was informed that the previous party would extend for another hour, leaving me without the promised room. The overall cleanliness of the facility was subpar, which was surprising considering my positive experience last year. There was a noticeable lack of cleaning, and our reserved room was without doors allowing kids from other parties to intrude on our space. To add to the disappointment, I was given a coupon for a future birthday party during my last visit, but when I tried to redeem it, I was told it had expired within three months. Birthday occur only once a year, so this policy seems unreasonable. Additionally, the ambiance was marred by the strong smell of marijuana on the stairs, creating an uncomfortable environment for families and children. To top it off, when setting the bill, I discovered that the leftover pizza intended for my friend had been consumed by the staff responsible for cleaning the room. I hope sky Zone takes concerns seriously and addresses the issues to provide a better experience for future patrons.

best place for kids to enjoy and blasting fun. Good for adult too but so many kids around. Staff are so friendly. Monthly Membership plan is the best thing they have if you want to do exercise your body with fun. A lot of parking place.

First the good thing. It's a trampoline park, so it's fun. And that about it. Now for the cons. 1. Parking is horrible in this place. No other way to describe it other than they don't have enough space. So be prepared to linger in the lot before you can park. 2. Not well organized, the front desk and space around is not well defined and organized. 3. Too much information being asked. Why do I need to provide my birthday and complete address just to jump on a trampoline? 4. Too many things they refuse to take responsibility for. If they limit the number of people, then they can supervise the client's better. Instead, they take in as much people as they can and each one signs a waiver. 5. Not enough washroom on the second floor. Since they're renting rooms capable of holding a lot of people, then they need more washrooms or at least hand wash stations. They don't even provide hand sanitizers.

We prefer to go to Sky Zone in Wintertime. My kids love Sky Zone, and they never say enough let's go home. We bought our tickets online, and I didn't wait in line for tickets. The staff members watching the each jumping area for security and help the kids. Just, a little more cleaning would be good for us. Our kids had a good time which is what matters most. I have to say, it is little bit expensive! I paid 100$ for 3 kids for All day passes.

We had a kid's birthday party there. It's kind of chaotic and we wish they have more party rooms. However kids really had fun. We opt for the one hour jump and another 30 mins dodgeball. Kids rather do their jump than playing dodgeball.

We did not feel comfortable here. An announcement clearly stated masks must be worn at all times for those 3 years and older but masks were not being worn by majority of people. Even those observing their children were not wearing masks properly. Employees refused to enforce the masking despite us asking that they do so. We will not be back unless safety is taken seriously in the future.

Was at sky zone over the weekend for a birthday party. It was extremely busy, I couldn't even believe that they could have that many people in the facility at a time. It was extremely unorganized, there was nowhere for us to stand while we waited for our "jump time". We constantly had to keep moving to allow others to be able to walk by. Seems like there was no concern over masking rules, many people didn't have them on and no one said anything. I found it to be dirty, people were walking in the trampoline area with their shoes on. There were also people not wearing the "sky zone socks" which would lead me to believe that no one was supervising to ensure only paid guests were jumping. Here's where the one star comes in. The rules stated "one jumper per trampoline'". There was no one stationed at each area to ensure that THEIR RULE was being followed. There were just TOO MANY PEOPLE in the facility to even be able to keep up. My son was BADLY INJURED and we had to leave the party to take him to the emergency room. There were too many people in the area he was in and a teenager jumped on his leg. While the injury was an accident, if their staff had been supervising the area, the would have known that there were too many people in that spot. The only positive, the staff that did come to check on him brought some ice and a little candy treat to make him feel better. Thank you for doing that.

Went this weekend, and was quickly quite concerned about Covid protocol at Sky Zone in Vaughan. While entering we had our QR codes checked so that was good, but then the concerns were evident. Many people were not wearing masks and we were told that masks were not required while jumping. However, the number of children waling the aisles without masks was numerous. Other key points: -Some adults opted to not were masks. I did not see anyone asked to leave. -While it is understandable to remove masks to eat or drink, this was not in an enforced area, so people were all around you with masks down or off drinking or eating. -While all staff appeared to have masks, many had their nose exposed. - The placed was packed. Certainly more than 50 % capacity. In the 3.5 hours we were there, once we heard an announcement about masks. However, no staff were reminding or enforcing this policy.

Great place to visit! Came in for my friend’s birthday and had a great time. Bought tickets online and the check in was quick. We went on a Monday around 12pm so it was pretty empty which allowed us to really enjoy everything the park had to offer. The manager, Paul was very friendly and helpful. We had a blast. Will definitely visit again soon!

Little man enjoyed bouncing around like a basketball player, at his cousins birthday party. This is an excellent facility, but when you take your children to enjoy, it really matters who you're with. It can make all the difference.

2022 August 4★ While there's some better trampoline parks out there (in Hamilton, on Kellogg's lane), this is fairly close by. Play all day pass at $30. Socks provided gives you access to several areas of the trampoline park. There's two dodgeball areas, 3 basketball jumps, a warrior type zone, warrior road climb, sponge pit and a two person dueling area. There's also a section for toddlers. Upstairs, about 5 areas for birthday parties to gather. Overall a decent venue. Free parking.

Very very dirty. Nobody cleans the area in active hours. Parents section is full of food on the floor. You can see piles of shoes on entrance. You cannot see any experienced person in staff. All young kids who do not care about cleanliness. The music is so load which is not suitable for little ones and makes everyone crazy. But I should mention that it is a good place for all ages to have fun and exercise. Only if they fix the negative points.

They are having lots of fun and competition 😉. The pizza, popcorn and other snacks are very good and affordable. They sell the socks very cheap, so no overpriced items.

What an awesome place for a birthday celebration! We had my son's birthday party there yesterday and it was amazing. The kids had a blast, the facility was clean and above all the service was fantastic! Right from our party host John, to the staff who welcomed us at the door, as well as the managers were welcoming and cared about our experience. Thanks for a great afternoon!!

Mariah and Sheridan were very kind staff and helped me out with the membership and made my kids feel at home. In addition all the other staff had the same energy. Definitely coming back on a weekly basis if not more

Great place to get your kids tired! The music is way too loud! Makes it impossible to call your kids when they cause problems...

My kid wore the socks from the other trampoline park and was asked to buy their socks, otherwise “she needs to go home”. I showed them the rules saying safety socks mandatory, but didn’t mention that it has to be their socks. I asked for the reason, but the manager said he didn’t want to talk with me anymore…No is No. Of course I can buy another pair of socks, but it’s just not earth-saving. They tried to avoid the conversation, maybe they don’t think there’s any reason for the ridiculous rule.
