My
friend
had
a
wedding
here
a
few
years
back
and
had
such
a
great
experience
that
she
recommended
this
place
to
me
as
a
potential
venue.
I
used
Bayview's
website
in
November
to
leave
a
message
and
inquire
about
venue
availability
for
2023,
along
with
prices.
They
never
got
back
to
me.
Thinking
it
was
just
me,
I
asked
my
partner
to
independently
leave
a
message
through
their
website.
This
time,
she
received
an
email
from
Alayna
that
asked
her
to
confirm
the
email,
which
she
did.
No
response
received
at
all.
I
even
proceeded
to
email
Alayna
directly,
after
receiving
her
email
from
a
partnered
catering
company.
No
response
after
1
week.
Also
attempted
to
phone
them.
Voicemail
said
they
were
out
of
office.
I
proceeded
to
call
the
manager
of
venue/catering
services
from
the
directory.
They
were
apparently
in
office
that
day,
but
never
picked
up
despite
me
calling
8
times
throughout
the
day,
hoping
to
reach
someone.
Finally
gave
up
on
Bayview
and
went
with
another
venue.
(All
other
venues
we
reached
out
to,
including
other
golf
courses,
were
warm
and
provided
prompt
responses
within
24
hours).
I
was
appalled
by
how
poor
the
customer
service
was
(or
lack
thereof)
-
They
just
don't
respond.
If
we're
having
this
many
difficulties
getting
in
touch
with
them
at
this
stage,
we
do
not
want
to
imagine
how
stressful
and
worried
we
would
be,
if
we
had
a
wedding
booked
with
them.
Perhaps
their
wedding
service
used
to
be
great
in
the
past,
according
to
the
google
reviews.
However,
as
of
recently,
it's
either
extremely
poor
or
non-existent.
