I ordered the Lemongrass soup, which used to be a large bowl- I was given this tiny cup. It barely had any noodles in it and cost $13 with tax?! If you are going to give a fraction of the portion- maybe don’t charge $13. Ridiculous. Will not be returning.

Pleasantly surprised. Never tried it until yesterday and was surprised by how flavourful it was even without meat. Portion was large and filling so it somewhat justified the price. Food was fresh and made fast. I could see myself coming back on occasions and trying different things. I will say I will ask for more sauce on the wrap as kale tends to need more sauce.

I was first introduced to Freshii by my little sister, who in turn had been introduced by our little brother. I would have never thought of stopping in, as I assumed it was something different than what it actually is. That being said, I loved it! I had the Market Salad, with some alterations, and it was honestly DELICIOUS. So much so that I brought my husband, two days later, so he could experience it as well. Thank you little sister... this is my new favourite "fast-food". Great selection of healthy alternatives to what we currently associate with fast-food. I will be back!!!

I've been a regular customer since you opened. Today I was told you can not substitute toppings. I asked when that changed and she said it's always been like that. It's a $1.50 per topping. Never has there been a charge or have I been told you cannot substitute. I left.

Freshii in Kingston opened just over a week ago (late March 2017) on Princess Street in downtown Kingston. It is located just down from Stone City Ales. Nice place to have in town as it offers all fresh and very healthy ingredients in the dishes offered. You order bistro style from the front till and then they prepare your food. Great selections for vegans and vegetarians. This place will do well as there are a lot of health conscious people in the Kingston area. There is free wi-fi so you can bring your computer with you if you wish while you enjoy your lunch. There are nice views onto Princess Street and the restaurant is clean and bright. Great addition to downtown Kingston. Nice vibe. Thanks!

This isn’t the first time I’ve had an unfortunate experience at this location. They have repeatedly forgotten the protein in my bowls, on approximately 5 occasions now. Normally I would eat in the restaurant and could correct this immediately but with the current circumstances I took my food home to eat and when I opened it, it was, once again, lacking protein. I honestly don’t know how to request for this to stop happening because it continually happens.

This place offers healthy choices, rice bowls, and smoothies. You can eat in or take out even order ahead on mobile app. Think subway but for rice and noodle bowls. You can get different flavors and spice levels. Tasty.

Again, very little veggies. The consistency is most times skimpy for the toppings.

Love Freshii, sometimes it's a busy location. Deliverable on Uber Eats. Cold pressed juices are very nice, food is great. Vegan options available, no vegan cheese options here. Teriyaki Twist Bowl pictured.

Let’s all give it up for Joey, folks! Cause I kid you not I went from a day of tears and feeling sick to a happy belly and a face hurting from laughing after his 10/10 service. To top it all off he wouldn’t even accept a tip for providing me with actual life changing service. Humble and caring. Freshii, you are lucky to have Joey as an employee. Thank you.

I like freshii! I feel like I always get a constant experience in terms of food quality and taste. I really like that I can customize any of the existing bowls they make, it's pretty straight forward and really tasty!

It's really good!! Food is delicious, generally a consistent quality as well. My only mild suggestion for customers would be that almost all my orders take some time to be prepared, regardless of the quantity in the order. - IF time is short, I would suggest ordering for pickup in advance.

Sorry I have to give it one star. NEVER a consistent experience. I keep trying but really need to give up on this place. You can order the exact same meal two nights in a row and get two entirely different meals. Tonight the tomatoes were mushy, lettuce was not fresh and my extra dressing request ended with me getting no dressing. It’s sad, I want to support them but they need to start getting things right. Seems to be a common problem after seeing these reviews so I’m not alone.

My order is wrong every time regardless of how specific I am with the order!! The fact that the receipt indicates no cheese and no dressing, then to get it with cheese and dressing so often is not okay. This is a severe allergy and to have it ignored over and over is unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusting. Avacado was brown and looked spoiled. Rice was overcooked and mush. The bean mixture was like cat food. Tex Mex was so bad I threw it out. Eat here at your own risk!

Tasty and a great alternative for something on the healthier side but pretty expensive for what it is. If you get the bowls they're always cold which is a bummer for me personally. Would really like if at least the meats were heated like the rice that go into the bowls.

We started with chicken and vegetable dumplings. Both hot and delicious, fresh out of the pan. We moved on to a fried tofu dish and spicy chicken noodles. Huge portions, quality ingredients, complex delicious flavors. Big thumbs up for the not-too-sweet peach iced tea! I cant say enough good things about this place. It will definitely be a new Newcastle go-to.

I eat at this place for lunch many quite often since it is in a good location, close to my company. The portions are above average for healthy food ,and the food quality is always top notch. The smoothies are fantastic as well. I would only recommended the cleanses if your really hungover.

On a hot humid day not knowing what to eat? Their variety of salads is amazing.

Buddha bowl used to come with rice (like the picture on the website) last 2x has been with a solid clump of Noodlesstuck to the bottom of the bowl (thought the last time was just a mistake). Very disappointing especially as there is little sauce to declump! Will make sure to ask for rice I guess.

Poor service and food

Food is great when they have the supplies to make it. Would be better if they planned ahead for dinner rush. No falafel last time but offered to substitute in avacado, out of quinoa and rice this time with no plans to make more. When I inquired why they weren't making more as most dishes require it I was told it would take 40 minutes so not happening. I got my money back and went somewhere else.

I eat at freshii at least twice a week at various locations and have found this place to be the worst in terms of quality and customer service. My visit on Jan 8 is definitely the last. The downtown location is way better in service and quality of the veggies.

My experience was highly rewarding, and Joey did an outstanding job by attentively considering my allergens and accommodating my meal preferences.

Just another place where the prices have gone up and the amount of chicken or other protein source they give you has gone down. Paying $17 for a bowl, so stop being so god damn stingy
