Went into this store today to make a return and was treated horribly!! Store only had two customers, when I stepped up to return the 2 staff pretended to be busy. Then reluctantly started my return after making me wait. I had one item that wasn't on the receipt and asked to get store credit, the one staff started making up all kinds of excuses and rules as to how much she feels I should get back and then accused me of not returning 2 items when I only bought one. The other caucasian girl processing my refund was extremely rude and had the nerve to tell me "she didn't need the attitude" while processing my refund even though I had not said anything after being made to wait. Being a person of visible minority and being treated so horrible for making a simple return within the allotted time is ridiculous! The two staff were bending over backwards to help the other two white people in the store. Disgusting discriminatory behavior from staff, I hope someone does something about the way customers of visible minority are treated at this store!!

I was able to find some nice pieces with the help of an associate. They were so friendly and helpful and looked like they were having fun which was great to see. Great experience and happy with my purchase.

Amazing experience shopping here today. Alima and Eileen were very helpful and made the shopping experience so pleasant. I had not shopped at this store in a few years. Absolutely loved it and will be returning. Also, great prices and return policy. No hassle. Great customer service.

Most of the staff is nice and usually nice when I’m here but one time in particular, I had an item I ordered online for some reason didn’t have the receipt included. I went to the store to return it, even though I have the receipt online on my phone. I asked if I could return it, the lady said sure let her check. HOWEVER, one of the associates walked by me and said “why are you lying, you don’t even have a receipt why are you here” under her breath. But why? If you’re going to say it, at least say it to me. She then proceeded to go and talk to her coworker while they are both giggling. Other than that, I was able to return my item as the lady who was helping me was very kind.

Sales Reps at every Cleo/Rick's store are attentive without being pushy; as well as being friendly and helpful. Eileen, whom I met a couple of months ago at Ricki's Vaughan Mills location remembered me and even my specific style tastes! It's nice to buy from a company that demonstrates they care and appreciate your business.

I really enjoyed shopping at Ricki’s Vaughan Mills. The sell’s person was very lovely, polite and helpful. Unlike other stores they are just there to help you and not following you everywhere you go and push you to make a purchase. They have variety of styles with high quality so you won’t back empty handed. I strongly recommend it.

Did not have the shirt they had in the window, but they Did make an effort to place the order for me via online. The white woman behind the counter did not seem like she was willing to extend very much helpfulness to her colleague though. The only answer I can think of for that is that she might not have had any idea how to do it herself. I have provided job shadowing for many people. and I wouldn't say that's how you do it. So, either more training to both associates about placing the online order, or more training to the one woman about being helpful to your colleagues could be useful.

Leily answered all of my questions, tackled a tricky situation with ease, and quickly processed several returns. My experience at Ricki's was great. I was looking for a black sequined top. When the size I needed was not available on the rack in the store the sales associate took the top off the window mannequin for me to purchase. I felt she went above and beyond. Excellent welcoming service. I will visit the store in the future.
