    I would give this company no starts if there was an option. It is the most complicated, non-user friendly software I've used. The booking flow for clients it tedious and required many clicks that are not intuitive and often result in many calls into the clinic from Patients who can't figure out how to schedule online. I've had many issues that I report to the company and get answers like "that in unintended system error" or "let me post that to our community forum" with no resolution. I even had 2 calls scheduled with a higher level support specialist for all the issues we were having and TWICE he did not make the appointment. Today, 7/19/21, there was a system outage and the system didn't work ALL DAY. We had no idea who was coming into the Clinic, when they were coming, what their scheduled treatment was, if they had paid or not. We were unable to schedule any clients or produce any sales. Yes, we had a $0 sales day...that hasn't happened since I opened my doors 10 years ago. The best part is they blame the Amazon Web Service severs for an "unscheduled update" that caused the outage. I was so frustrated today I called Amazon Web Services who said there was no such update and the problem was on the Wellness Living system. Once I realized they not only ignore our requests for help but now are lying about their faulty system I've made the decision to leave. RUN away from this company. There are far better options available out there. Update 11/9/21: since I posted this review I was contacted by a Customer Advocate, Gregory Gorkenberg. Greg has been easy to worth with, has listened to our long list of issues and has been proactive to finding solutions to our issues. He has resolved some, advocated for others although not all were able to be resolved, stayed in contact regularly regarding others, and has been a channel to funnel new system issues and glitches. I changed my rating from a 1 to 3 stars today due to the proactive help Greg has offered. I am still not completely sold that this will be our permanent system and still continue to shop around and compare others. We continue to have many new system issues, glitches, and “unintended system errors” that make running our busy clinics tedious and difficult and would not yet recommend Wellness Living to my colleagues but I am hopeful that maybe with Greg’s help these things can be resolved and updates in the next couple of months will fix our issues and deliver on the promises made during the sales process.

    Don't bother with this service. We had a terrible experience with them, we run our own gym, and clients have monthly memberships. Repeatedly, clients credit card were billed incorrect amounts, or client's credit cards were billed but the software would show a failed attempt, this happened several times in a row. The software looks pretty, but take a lot of time and manage and ever more so, when you need to fix a clients account. We changed our clients renewal dates, and then on the next month the bills weren't sent out to clients (therefore we had to go into everyone accounts and resend them). Finally we decided to cancel after the second consecutive month we had an issue with them and no one responded for 2 days. We were 20 day's past our renewal date and once we tried to cancel they gave us nothing but headaches. From not returning our calls to ghosting our emails. If you have a dispute they are quick to refer you to their legal department. I can't stress enough how brutal our experience with this company has been. System looks pretty but you're much better off with a different software for this price point. The only thing I liked about it was the calendar and even Google Calendar is better than this. I asked for a call back at the end of Dec STILL haven't received one. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    I attempted to switch from Mindbody to Wellness Living. It sounded like it would save a lot of money, and that the softwares did basically the same thing. I still had 6 months left on my Mindbody contract but was told that if I signed up with Wellness Living now, I would be charged monthly for the software, but also reimbursed monthly since I wouldn’t be using it for six months. After being charged for two months and not receiving a reimbursement check, I asked when I would start receiving them. I own a small yoga studio that opened during Covid and our income still isn’t that great. I was told that I would receive a check for my months charged after onboarding. So I rescheduled my onboarding meeting and expected reimbursement for 4 months after that. When I was charged for November (still not having received any services or financial reimbursement from wellness living) they said that I would receive one check at the end, once I was using wellness living, and after I completed a survey. I stopped trying to work with them completely and called my credit card company and filed a complaint with the better business bureau for help. I don’t trust wellness living and would rather pay more for Mindbody because at least they’re trustworthy and reliable. I was incredibly disappointed with my experience, as I had originally been really excited about working together.

    I’ve been using Wellness Living for over two years to run my yoga studio. The onboarding process was smooth and I had all the help I needed getting my business off the ground. They do regular updates and are always adding new features. They actually listen to their clients and the customer service is great. This company truly cares about their clients. Highly recommend!

    Onboarding was a painful experience. Hours upon hours spent working out kinks. They say they support you, what they do is help you upload your client list but making the system work specifically for your business is a trial and error process. You don't know that something is set incorrectly until you have a problem and its usually regarding payments from clients. I have been with them for a year and a half. I like the system and app...when it works. When it doesn't (which is fairly often), you HAVE to call customer service. They give you generic answers but don't look deeper into your business to fully understand how all the pieces fit together. I know enough now that sometimes the staff give me poor advice which may fix the problem at hand, but create another problem. Here is todays problem which cost me 3 hours on the phone! Clients create an account with wellness living. If they are members at several different gyms and the gyms all use wellness living, the client is to toggle between the businesses. Yesterday my client toggled to another business. That particular business requires clients to save their cc info in the system so it kept the client on that page and would not let her toggle back to complete a purchase inside MY business. A call was made to tech support. The advice always starts with "get a screen shot from he client". I did. It was the wrong screen shot. They asked for another one. I called the client back to get 2 more screen shots (annoying and unprofessional that I have to do this). The answer was, have client reinstall app. Reinstalling worked. Support thought they fixed the problem. I asked client to test out the toggle again and she was stuck on the other company's credit card page again. Customer service asked me to either call the other business and request them to change the cc info or have my client call the other gym to make the request. Why would another gym entertain this? I find the method of trouble shooting/problem solving to be unprofessional. Another company's business settings should never effect my business whatsoever, especially when it comes to sales being made. I only know about this one incident but I do not believe it is isolated because it is the behaviour of the system. Tech support did not seem to understand this as a serious problem. Also today, client informed me a payment did not go through several days ago. The system is set to notify me and it did not. I called customer service. We recognize I have the system set correctly. I was told it was a system error and to cancel the current recurring purchase and repurchase the product for the client to reset the system. There are several days gone by that are unaccounted for. Again, Wellness living not really seeming to understand how this is an issue. The app is not super user friendly and clients do better just signing up on their phones rather than from the links we use on the tablet at the desk. My hope is that wellness living fixes this issue with other company settings effecting clients using my business. Whatever dealings a client has with another business SHOULD NOT impact their ability to toggle back to my business whatsoever. Yes this company does not cost as much as others, the interface looks good, but the glitches are everywhere and it is not user friendly. Sometimes the staff don't even know how to correct the problem and I have the sense that Wellness Living does not genuinely care for companies that set up with them. Hope this helps. If anyone has found a better program, please reach out and let me know.

    Do not use Wellness Living for your gym or training studio. Their sales team will tell you they can do anything you ask for, but they actually have no idea if they can do it. In the first meeting we had with them, they assured us they could do everything my studio needs... So they can sign you do a year contract. Once we signed the contract, Daniel(our onboarding person) was not able to do many of the things we needed for our company. He also was not available for appointments many times(he was on vacation I believe). Meanwhile, we are paying for their monthly service. After 6 months of still not being able to actually go live with Wellness Living's service, we complained to Matt. We told him wellness living was supposed to make our business easier and smoother, when in fact it made operations more time consuming and difficult. We asked for a refund since they were not able to do what they promised. They then again gave us more run around, and even said they were going to take our issues to their technology officers and make adjustments so their software fit our needs. What a joke! I have since cancelled payment to this company and got a refund from American Express(mainly because wellness living had never been able to get us live, even after 6 months). To summarize, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. They will promise you everything, but they won't do anything but take your money.

    I recently opened a new fitness studio called Delta Yoga in Hampshire, IL. I shopped around for the perfect scheduling and billing software, and I am so pleased with my purchase of Wellness Living software. The onboarding process was smooth, as I had a dedicated agent who provided one on one video calls and always answered my questions via email in a timely manner. The features on Wellness Living suit my yoga studio well, as I can alter schedules, implement substitutions, and create new events with ease. I upgraded my plan to include the custom white label app, and my clients love the fact that they have a dedicated app for the studio. The app makes booking classes and buying packages extremely easy. The best part of Wellness Living is that they offer continuing education through webinars, and customer support agents who actually care about helping you find answers to your questions!

    Do not waste your time. I have been trying to cancel my business membership with them because I am switching softwares. They are making it confusing and difficult to cancel. They put you through a funnel of people and make you schedule calls to get any kind of help. I have been trying to cancel for A MONTH now. And I keep getting shuffled to the same sales person who will not give up on trying to sell me to stay with WellnessLiving. Even though I have been firm on saying- I am 100% that I need to cancel my business account with them. At this point I have paid for ANOTHER month because I keep going back and forth with Bill on cancelling. I am beyond dissatisfied. If it weren't for this experience I would have considered coming back to WellnessLiving in the future. But now, I would never.

    Terrible experience. They seem cheaper but they way overcharge on finance fees. Software is rudimentary and glitchy. Issues for the entire time we used them. We finally decided to leave and they lost their minds. First they wont take the cancelation over the phone - there is a Pakistani call center. Then they have to have their "Customer Excellence" team reach out and that takes weeks and then they switch the contact. They offered us free months to stay and when we refused, they changed their tunes months later to insist we agreed to auto renew and under any terms - as we changed our terms at one time. Sent fake docs that we hadn't signed or ever seen 3 months after our first notification to them we were canceling. Now they refuse to take down the software and apps for our small business and continue to charge clients misrepresenting that they are authorized to charge for memberships at our studio. They are not a US company and have been impossible to deal with. Aside from which the software is not in the least sleek or well implemented. You will regret using this company.

    I own a Pilates Studio, and I have been using Wellnessliving since 2019. I couldn't be happier with the software. It works well for all bookings, reports, and transactions. I am particularly happy with the customer service as it is always done in a timely manner. When I talk about customer service, I have to mention the time I got help at 8 pm on a Saturday evening after accidentally deleting my bookings for a whole week. Someone on the other end of the line ensured the problem was solved. I highly recommend wellness living. It is totally worth the money, and you know they have your back.

    Wellness Living is an intuitive software that allows us to do everything we need to do to run our programs. Ease of scheduling, tracking, reports, automated client reminders, payments, and marketing! I rarely need customer service because the software is so user friendly, but if I do I know I will get help and answers from friendly customer service agents. Thank you, Wellness Living Team!

    Amending this review. Gregory followed up with me nearly immediately after I posted this and found a solution to all of these issues. Being able to talk to someone was really helpful, and really does speak to Wellness Living's commitment to customer service. Aside from the issues we've had recently (all relating to recurring class packs, which I imagine studios rarely use - and all things their team is working on), I have nothing but positive things to say about Wellness Living. As a former Mindbody user, I've found Wellness Living to be far more user friendly, the reporting to be much easier and the company itself to be far more committed to its users. If you are reading this and considering making the switch, I would highly recommend it :) ---- I’m not sure how else to get through to your team. I’ve talked up your platform to everyone I know, and even filmed a testimonial video letting everyone know how happy I was with it, but I’m not so sure anymore. We have experienced MULTIPLE issues - payments running despite clients being suspended, classes not rolling over despite us having this option enabled, clients randomly getting shorted classes - some of which have been pending review by their developers for months. If someone is actually reading this, could you please let me know when these issues will be resolved? I’m exhausted responding to clients about this, and am frustrated that your team has no idea when these issues will be fixed.

    I have to say I was surprised when trying to close my account the treatment I recieved. I asked to have my account closed and they continued to bill my account due to a clerical error on their part. I spoke to several agents and requested to speak with a manager and had no success. They insisted on having a form filled out to close my account that was never sent to me and continued to bill me. They could not supply any proof this form was sent and were extremely difficult to deal with. Buyer beware... Use Mommence instead

    We have been customers with wellness living for about a year now. They really care about their clients. Of all the companies we have tried so far. They have the most flexible software and customer support as well. Running a dance school is difficult but it's easier with wellness living. As I'm writing this review, I am downstairs of their headquarters in Thornhill. I decided to drop by and just say hi. Super welcoming crew. Big shout out to Gregory for welcoming me and being so friendly. Sending your team lots of love and I look forward to seeing how you continue to evolve and grow your software.

    Takes Time & Effort But The Results Are Awesome I love the depth of functionality especially around marketing automation. These features ensure all my clients receive the same level of attention. The support team is another great benefit. They are very quick to respond to questions. At times, the interface is confusing. This is largely due to the array of customizations.

    I am so thankful for the above and beyond help I was, and continuing, getting from the On-Boarding Team. The care for my business and my absolute success was Annalisa’s ultimate goal. After every session we had, she continued working on my tasks and was sending me emails with exact written explanations and video clips so I would understand better. Since I need extra help with the set up the Team decided to give me an extra session. You mean a lot to me and make the growth of my business easily possible!     Loving this software! I was switching from my previous - and more expensive - software, and looking for something that had ease of use, and a better price point along with a few more features, and I did not want to sacrifice all the features of my previous program. I found many out there that were at an equivalent price point, but did NOT have all the features. I persevered. And I'm so happy a friend recommended this software! It has everything I had previously - PLUS more - at a reasonable price for my boutique dance business! And I have to say the customer service is great! It was a fiasco switching - but - I knew that would be no matter where I went. Now that we are getting the hang of it, it's opening up more options that are really helping my business stay a cut above. Thanks Wellness Living! I'm just sorry I waited so long to switch! lol

    We signed up for WellnessLiving weeks before our clinic grand opening and it’s been absolutely phenomenal! The super robust platform simplifies everything from payments to reporting. On top of that they are constantly upgrading the software and listening to the Community Forum for feature requests. I love this software! 😊 5-stars

    Very user-friendly. Setting up new classes or changing the schedule is done in no time. With the software implemented on my website, it is easy for new and current clients to sign up for a class or purchase a drop-in or membership. The support team is fantastic. They are friendly, patient and professional. Very happy to use Wellness Living.

    ”I am a new Yoga studio, and I decided to go with WellnessLiving mainly because of the customer service I received initially. The price also played a factor, but the customer service was the deciding factor. The monthly fee is very reasonable compared to others, actually much better than others. I have been working with WellnessLiving now for almost a year, and I recommend them. My clients love the app, and I love the interface and how they are always improving and adding features. I know I may sound like a broken record, but you can not ask for a better customer service team.”

    Wellness Living is so very intuitive and easy to use. And its functionality is seemingly limitless. I am not very tech savvy, and this undertaking made me very nervous. But....their tech support is the absolute best. I call them more than I'd like to admit, but they always walk me through the solution quickly and professionally. And if they can explain tech stuff to me, then they can explain it to anyone. I love it so much more than MindBody.

    Switching to WellnessLiving was the best decision I made for my studio. I love that I can always get assistance from a person when I need it. They care just as much as I do about solving my problems and that is huge for a small business owner. They held my hand through the worst parts of the pandemic and my studio closure and for that I would say it's worth choosing WellnessLiving.

    If you're just starting out with client management software, I would recommend Wellness Living 100%. However, I believe Wellness Living needs a better on-boarding system with better support for clients who are deciding to switch from similar apps and software. My company recently switched to Wellness Living from another client-management software. There were some major issues when our data was transferred leading to severe client issues. After speaking with prior reps, (all who were unable to recognize the severity of the issue) we were finally sent to Jessica Quinn. Jessica was hands down the best customer service rep I have dealt with in ANY company. She acknowledged my frustration, she was patient, she listened and she was honest when she needed more time to find a solution. Jessica went above and beyond what I would have expected from customer service teams. Not only did she rectify every issue we had, she provided us with step by step instructions and detailed report of every change she was making. This allowed us to trust the process and be able to better communicate with our clients what had happened. Prior to dealing with, Jessica, we were ready to cancel our Wellness Living subscription. Jessica's professional attitude and knowledge of your software, is what brought our trust back to wellness living. Knowing that Jessica is on the Wellness Living team, makes me comfortable with recommending this software to other fitness professionals. It truly is a great program once you get set up.

    This company is the worst company on the planet, they literally took our money for their "presence" website that they never delivered, they took our money for almost a year for their software and branded app that they never set up. Because they will call you from a phone that is unrecognizable or spam risk, and not respond to you for 5 days. nor can you just call them and actually speak to someone. unethical and worthless. we set up our business on Pike13 in 4 days while waiting for them to call us back.

    Being able to book clients indefinitely in a weekly spot without having them pay is very helpful in scheduling special events for the future. It's also good to see if people have paid or not, or if there are any outstanding notes on their client file - directly on the appointment. I've had a few hiccups with the auto-renew feature on session packages, including early renewals and application of new packages to strange dates (rather than consecutive upcoming dates). However, when I brought this up to our account manager, he was very quick to get us in touch with support to solve the problem. A lot of admin has been automated (autorenewing packages, renewal reminders, etc.) The customer service has also been excellent - quick replies and helpful/friendly staff.

    I am in the midst of getting my business set up with Wellness Living and I am very very close to just asking for a refund and sticking with my current software provider. I've been telling both the sales rep who made many promises and my onboarding specialist how frustrating the experience has been thus far and they do not seem able to make things any better so far. I'm leaving this one star review for now and if they don't completely turn things around for me, I will head back here and edit this review with a more deep explanation of why it's been so horrible. If they do completely turn things around, I may come back here and add some stars but I must admit that my faith in this company is severely limited at this point. Currently, I feel somewhat duped by their sales rep and to say I'm unsatisfied with the transition at this point would be an understatement of epic proportions. Not recommending Wellness Living at this point...

    I've started using Wellness Living for my business about 8 months ago and I am so happy I did. It is so much better than the other platform that I was using. Their customer support is outstanding. I can call at any time and they are always to help me solve my problem or answer my question. I am so much more on top of my business with the variety of reports, dashboards, widgets and so much more.

    The Software is very usable and easy to learn. I am getting everything I need to run my business at a much more affordable price. Wellness Living also made the transition from Mindbody Very easy. One of my main concerns was customer service and they have been extremely responsive and helpful every time I need it.

    Loving Wellness Living! They are always eager to help me with any issues that I may have. The software is always improving, and super customizable. I do have some time trouble understanding the customer care reps that are in foreign countries, but I have a great monthly coach (Jackie Kapp Walters) who helps me with my marketing and promotions who is super and knows the software inside and out. The features seem to surpass Mindbody (I vowed to avoid them when I opened my own studio, bc of cost and poor customer service, and WL has exceeded my expectations) The price remains fair, even though they raised it on me after telling me they would not. Understandable though. The bonus $$ I get for being a "partner" and referring other businesses is great incentive. Keep improving and growing WL!

    I am the owner of multiple locations of my gym chain and switched to wellness living over 2 years ago. Everytime they do an update there are so many bugs, widgets stop working, reports that I use for my business stop working, dashboards stop working. I would not recommend wellness living as they do not properly UAT test prior to rolling out updates and it costs me substantial amounts of money. The customer service also is terrible and they lie at the beginning and will say it can do anything you ask but it won't. Don't be fooled. Had I known this I would not of switched. The other reviews by people who say this is the most user friendly system seem crazy to me. Compared to what system is what I would ask them?

    Let me outline how Wellness Living does business, and their customer service practices. I have spoken to well over a dozen members of their service team since October 2022. Migrating our platform from who we were using to consolidate our software stack was a terrible decision and we moved back to our long time provider within 3 weeks. It cost us over $72k in business due to long term clients canceling their memberships. When trying to cancel I was informed I was locked into a contract at our current rates till July of 2024. While this is both rage inducing, I am fully capable of accepting the fact that I didn't read the full service agreement with a fine toothed comb, and then have my attorney review it as well. After speaking with a customer service rep last month about terminating my agreement (10/23). They informed me they would remove all of our add ons and return us to our base rate till the end of our agreement. Needless to say that did not happen, and after my bill today it appears that I will be paying $279 a month till June of 2024. So take heed, when deciding to use Wellness living as your processor, and front door to your business. With over 10 years in business I would never conduct my company in this way with high paying personal training clients. Let alone as a SAAS product.

    Great software for our gym. Makes it super easy to set up payment options for clients and run payments electronically. Easy to use, and has different levels of access so even staff and other coaches can utilize it. Gives clients reminders for upcoming sessions and package renewals. It’s great keeping track of client packages and upcoming payments. Also, Great for payroll! Highly recommended.

    Wellness Living has been a game changer for our business, Farm Girl FItness. We made the switch a year ago and are SO much farther ahead than we were back then. Their customer service amazes me every time - friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about solving problems. We are able to provide our customers with such a better service because we made the switch. My only regret was that we didn't do it sooner. Highly recommend!

    About a month before opening a brick and mortar boutique studio, I had yet to choose a business management platform that would make running a roster of classes streamlined for me, and simple for my members online. One that would be transparent, without a hidden agenda, or hidden charges. I was attending an industry event in Toronto, Canada - and it was during an all day workshop on business strategies while collaborating with other participants, I first became aware of Wellness Living. My business hopped on board shortly thereafter, and have never looked back. Wellness Living is a great addition to my team - they take feedback and act on it, they continually enhance their product, and offer features I have yet to utilize. My members love the simplicity, the ease to hop in or out of classes as their schedule dictates. As the owner operator my management goals in this area run smooth, the program is user friendly, the apps convenient, and the tracking exceptional. Wellness Living is always a step ahead of me, staying on trend, encouraging my business growth with innovative ideas, and creating the desire to step into the uncomfortable zone with them as a guide, because that is where we grow.     WellnessLiving is absolutely the BEST yoga studio software program we’ve ever used (and we’ve tried quite a few)! We love the employee interface; the students can easily book services with us; and customer service is ALWAYS helpful and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend WellnessLiving to any yoga studio!
