Just been to Panera, came specifically there for Avocado sandwich that I love so much and bummer........Does it look like a Avocado sandwich to you? $12 bucks for a piece of bread and couple chicken pieces. Wow 👌

The worst run Panera Bread in the GTA. Every time I go there, they get something wrong. This time I paid $12.79 for a sandwich and got half a sandwich. It's bad enough that Panera has gone down hill over the years with reduced quality, reduced portion size and increased prices but clearly their kitchen staff can't read orders and don't care. We were the only ones in store, so they can't claim they were busy. Go elsewhere.

I was craving sugar so i went to Panera. Sad to say i am supremely underwhelmed with their brownie. At first i thought it would be dense and flavourful but it's too cake-y and somehow lacked chocolate. I will be trying their cookies in hopes of allowing them to redeem themselves seeing as they are the closest "bakery" in my area.

Quick service. But food not too great. the tomato soup was super tangy and the bread was too had to bite even after mildly dipping it. Sandwich was okay!

Good comfy food filling your soul! Fast service and very clean. If you feel like a lazy day with soup and light pizza give Panera Bread a chance to fulfill your cravings. Awesome spot…

Clean, fast service and lots of seating. Great place to work on a computer. Service could be a little friendlier. The style of service felt a lot like a high school cafeteria which was nostalgic and fun. I do suggest they get some smaller spoons for kids! Overall got what I expected, a little pricey though.

I have been a loyal customer to this restaurant because I really love the salad there. I want to let Panera Bread know that you have an amazing manager, her name is Sue. She is a great leader, she knows how to treat the customers right and fair, she definitely lead her team by example and make the customer feeling be respected. The food is great, but the experience of the customer is equally important. If the management see this message, please let her know. Thank you Sue for making my experience at Panera Bread great again. 😄

The staff at the entrance exude warmth and hospitality. However, some of management's choices seem to be short-sighted. For instance, at 5:00 PM, they opted to section off an area with chairs, despite not closing until 9:00 PM — and this, while other customers and I were still seated in that section, which undoubtedly made us feel uneasy and unwelcome. Moreover, this setup compels customers to either navigate around the chairs by stepping over them or rearrange them, a task made even more precarious when one is carrying food or a hot drink. Decisions like these not only jeopardize safety but also tarnish the overall experience for guests.

The worst customer service from this location. Got here at 5 PM, ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. Waited 10 minutes for the order only to see that it was a grilled Mac n cheese. When I went back to the store, instead of acknowledging their mistake, the manager (owner?) insisted that I had ordered a grilled Mac n cheese. But then agreed to fulfill the order as originally ordered. The staff in the kitchen was handling a mop and started making my sandwich with the same gloves. Had to request them to change gloves. Finally got my sandwich (a half instead of a full). As I walked out the store, the staff came outside to tell me that they had made a half instead of a full sandwich. Just lost my appetite for it after this encounter and handed the half sandwich to the staff and walked away. Wasted 30 minutes of my time. Never going back to this location.

The mac and cheese is constantly a craving. I have to say the strawberry poppyseed salad was very refreshing and I really enjoyed it. The mac and cheese is so creamy and gooey and there’s just something in it thank keeps me wanting more. The only feedback is that the seating areas look and feel very tired. There isn’t enough staff and it takes a while to order and then another while to wait for the food. I’m also disappointed that they’ve closed down so many locations and it’s out of the way now to get food here. It’s definitely made me go less, which is a shame. Hoping they will re-open again in more places.

This ppl are morons. I did order vegetarian sandwich and they send me chicken bacon sandwich. Idiots!! When I ask for refund they said that we can’t issue a refund as it was a mistake from their own staff and next time we will correct it. Avoid this place!!!!!!

Ordered through Skip the the full frontega chicken sandwich. I must say one should have bigger appetite if one wants to eat full .Half could be very filling. The chicken is smoky and delicious .Thr bread has a coating with crisp on the outside .I liked their add on which was a piece of Baguette . The restaurant does not offer dine in pandemic but it is quite spacious. There is parking on Birchmount and plaza which also has many other shops. The only reason i am giving 4 instead of 5 is because i added a note for condiments and there were none provided . I will check other things on the menu .

Purchased 2 large salads along with a few other items ($70 total WOW)‼️ When I got home I realized neither salad would have qualified for a “small salad”. I’ve never felt so ripped off which is exactly what happened. It’s not the 1st time I’ve stopped by this location and picked up salads. It’s the first time I’ve felt so disappointed and it’s definitely the last time I will stop at this location. I also purchased bread and a few other treats and I had to ask the cashier to come over to the dessert counter to assist in these purchases. She demonstrated absolutely NO interest in assisting and made that obvious. I should have just left then but I didn’t and she begrudgingly assisted. The bread turned out to be stale. I know finding staff is difficult and restaurants are having a very tough time financially but it’s my opinion that placing disinterested front facing staff is more of a detriment to your business than a positive and cutting a large salad into a small salad while maintaining the large salad price is just outright ignorant. Many of your customers are also struggling financially and you should be thankful for their patronage. You should also reconsider any shrinkflation tactics as it will backfire on your business. I’m the first example of that.

Panera Bread is a pretty good location to satisfy your soup and sandwich cravings. The service is good and this location doesn’t get particularly busy. The soups here aren’t anything special - they are comparable to those served at any Tim Hortons location. If you know what to expect walking in, and are with good company, then you will have a perfectly pleasant time.

Bear paw pastry was really good! I used my free birthday pastry to try them for the first time. They also have free pastry when you get the app with the first time. It’s a good offer to try them out. I liked their orange scone as well and their chai tea latte was also really good.

Unhygienic- saw 5 fruit flies crawling around the bear claw, I mentioned to the cashier but I’m not sure if much was done. The soup was extremely salty and the chicken in the sandwich was dry. The seats are spacious though, wish the food was better

This is the perfect spot to have breakfast lunch or dinner with a loved one. The food is great. There are so many options to choose from. One thing I love about this place is that it has the pick two option which you can pair two items from the menu together and have a wonderful time. The bakery has a variety of baked goods to choose from. Overall, outstanding.

Indoor dining is closed as of Oct 11, only patio is opened. There’s lacking of signs nor instructions regarding how to line up for the patio. Some customers are waiting inside while some are waiting outside. Patio is dog friendly. Had a French onion soup and they have cheese on the side and the soup is served very hot. Menu was a bit confusing at first but the cashier explained it well.

Nice food. Some special coffees can be refilled. It will be perfect if food can be more juicy, and the food-is-ready feature can sound better.

Customer service at this location is terrible and rapid pick up is not rapid at all. I placed an order online at 5:12 PM because I was in an hurry and I got an email notification at 5:15 PM saying it was ready. I got to the store at 5:28 PM to pick up my order and was asked for my name. The server disappears and then after a while someone else asks if I had already been served so I said yes. At 5:45 PM I was still waiting for my order and a third employee now is asking what I’m waiting on. I let her know and she went to go check on the order. This third employee was nice and got my drink for me, however the second employee was rude. She told me that they were out of something I ordered and offered to replace it but I said it’s fine because I needed to leave as I was in a rush. She then said ‘I asked you if someone was helping you and you said yes’ to which I said ‘yes but I got confirmation that it was already ready at 5:15 PM, and it’s now almost 6:00 PM’. She then says ‘Well it’s ready now’. There was NO need for this extra commentary completely rude and uncalled for.

Terrible food and service. I visited here on Sunday Sep. 5, 2021 when the restaurant just opened at 10:30 AM, so there weren't many people yet. My order (1 soup and sandwich) took close to 30 minutes and they ended up getting the wrong sandwich all together. The food quality is cheap. What happened to Panera Bread? It used to be amazing, now it's just bad quality, bad service, and just a bad experience overall. Don't waste your time and money here. There are a ton of better soup and sandwich places in the area.

This place never ceases to put smiles on mine and my best friends faces! After organizing and executing the York Pride Festival in Newmarket, it was time for us to travel across the region to return rentals. When we got into Markham we couldn't help ourselves but to stop in for a quick meal. Atshani was absolutely amazing! She provided beyond stellar customer service, we explained to her our busy schedule this past weekend and she made sure she were set up with enough food and drinks to keep us going! Thank you so much Atshani for making a long and stressful day much much better! ❤️🍽

I recently visited Panera with high hopes of enjoying a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience left me thoroughly disappointed. I ordered the Strawberry Poppy Seed with Chicken, the Chicken Noodle Soup, and the Steak & White Cheddar, only to encounter a series of unpleasant surprises. First and foremost, the lettuce in my Strawberry Poppy Seed with Chicken was shockingly frozen and soggy. It was evident that the ingredients were not properly stored or prepared, resulting in an unappetizing texture and taste. The combination of frozen lettuce and chicken was an unfortunate letdown, and it's unacceptable for a restaurant to serve such low-quality ingredients. To make matters worse, the Chicken Noodle Soup I ordered had an extremely weird taste and was excessively salty. It was clear that something had gone wrong with the preparation or seasoning, leading to an unpalatable and unpleasant dining experience. A soup that should have been comforting turned into a disappointing and salty mess. The final blow came with the Steak & White Cheddar dish. Imagine my dismay when I discovered that it consisted of only two minuscule slices of meat, leaving me feeling cheated and dissatisfied. For the price I paid, I expected a more substantial portion, and this offering fell far short of my expectations. Adding insult to injury, during my visits to the restaurant, I have noticed the store manager smoking outside the premises. To my dismay, on multiple occasions, I witnessed the manager reentering the kitchen without washing his hands, and then proceeding to handle food and direct the kitchen staff. This blatant disregard for hygiene and food safety practices is deeply concerning. It raises serious questions about the restaurant's commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Overall, my experience at Panera was nothing short of a letdown. From frozen and soggy lettuce to a weird and overly salty soup, topped off with an incredibly stingy portion of steak, this visit was a disappointment from start to finish. The alarming sight of the store manager neglecting basic hygiene practices further reinforced my decision to never return. I sincerely hope that Panera takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to their food quality and hygiene practices. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience.

The quality and servings use to be better when they were first open. Tried it again now years later 2 times and the quality has gone down. Definitely not worth the money anymore. Tuna sandwhich for like 12 bucks and the bread was cold and hard, no taste. Got a apple salad another time recently and just very underwhelming and for 15 bucks....just go eat elsewhere

I would’ve given this place 5 stars if they did not discontinue my favourite pasta (I believe it was called Tortellini Alfredo). Has the standard "white health nut LA soulcycle" menu, nothing too special, but at least it actually tastes good. The sandwiches are pretty good and so is the broccoli cheddar soup. I like their salads that have apple crisps in them. Mac n cheese is so cheesy and heavy that it coats your throat and honestly makes it hard to breathe. The only people I can see liking it are serious dairy consumers and young children who have not developed taste. They also sell pretty decent pastries though it can be expensive. Staff is usually pretty nice and friendly until it's about 5:30 and a bunch of business workers in suits and bluetooth earpieces start crowding and talking to themselves, but I don't blame the workers. I would get annoyed too. Just don’t go then and you will have a good experience.

Not what it used to be. Ordered large Turkey breast with avocado sandwich that came on sourdough bread. The entire Sandwich was sourdough bread cut at 5/8" thick. About a teaspoon of avocado and a tablespoon of turkey breast covered with about 2 inches of lettuce. If I wanted to order a loaf of bread I would have, not coming back at these prices and no fillings.

Kitchen staff deserve props - good food prepared well. But the guy behind the counter at the register... I'm guessing he's the owner.. He could do with a brush up on customer service 101. Quite rude, brash and ill-mannered. Quite a disappointment after two years of not having visited Panera. But I'll go to another location from now on.

The restaurant was quiet and empty, as is normal during lockdown. The cashier was warm, friendly and patient. The food was prepared fresh. The meal was as good as expected. The combo was reasonably priced. No complaints.
