Just wanted to give a two thumbs up for the boys at TooFast Auto Performance. Salim, Ricky and or course Uncle are outstandingly individuals. They are true gentlemen that know how to treat customers and their needs. I can't say enough good words about Too Fast Performance. If you need Performance parts, upgrades Tires,Rims and anything else related, this is your place to be.

Ordered a product that was labeled in stock through the online store, and after days of waiting, it wasn't being shipped. Contacted the store, and was informed it was Back Ordered, figured that would have been helpful to tell the customer, instead of waiting for the customer to reach out about their order. When I asked for an update regarding when the store is expected to receive the stock, I got no reply back, and was ignored. I then requested a refund, and I never even received the full amount back, I received only a partial refund. They decide to keep a percentage of my payment as a restocking fee, for a product that they didn't even carry stock for, let alone shipped. Will never purchase from this company ever again, and will be sure to spread the word among others to take their business elsewhere as well.

These guys are awesome! Family run business. Helpful, honest and professional. Great selection of auto parts, will help you figure out what you need and what you didn't think you needed! They have an auto shop too. And what an awesome table in the waiting area!! There's also a Tim Horton's right beside the place which is super convenient.

I ordered my coil overs June 13th 2022, When I ordered they said it’ll take 2 weeks, we are August 24th 2022 and they just arrived. I went and picked them up and did not even compromised for all the delay and unprofessional answers. After today I am making sure to never order from them again. I will take my money elsewhere and let all of my people know to not go there either. Really the worse place I ever had to order something.

I have to delete the previous good review because a few days ago when I was changing snow tires, I was informed that the tire screws sold to me by this store were only less than 2cm screwed in. I have been driving this car with tires that can fall off at any time all year! And they told me that the original factory screws were too short and asked me to purchase a brand new set of screws. However, the original factory screws are the same length as the screws they sold me. You are lucky that I won't send you a lawyer's letter Just in case if someone says"we can not find you in our system." guess what I keep receipt!

Ordered a product that was said to be “in-stock” online July 3rd, messaging back and forth with Salim at their warehouse. July 25th, it’s still not ready for pickup, and they keep ignoring my emails, and whenever I call they say “it will be shipped” They say it’s kept externally, not at their location, but the site says it will arrive within 2-7 business days, it’s already been so long, more than 2 business weeks even. I can’t keep delaying my build. I’m currently requesting a refund so I can purchase the same part elsewhere, and they keep saying the same thing, I guarantee they will take a “restocking” fee when they never had it in stock anyways. I know it’s a family business, but the same guys keep telling me they can’t do anything and I need to wait for their “Manager.” Will change my review if they can resolve this, very unprofessional.

Very happy with how quickly I got my tires mounted. The people working here are very familiar with what they are doing and you can trust them to do the job right. I wasn’t sure if I was going to need spacers to fit my new tires but they assured me not to worry. They took everything into their own hands and got the job done. Ordered a part that was shown in stock, even after seeing their ridiculous wait times. After a month I hadn't heard anything so I sent an e-mail. Received an automated response that they would gwt back to me within 2 days. A week later, still no response so I call and am told there was a back order(would of been nice to receive a heads up since it was "IN STOCK") but it was now on the way and should see it within a week, which didn't happen. So called again, got told they would call back, which they never did. So called again and got told the same as the first time. Now finally after 2 months of placing my order I received it. But they definitely need to work on their online customer service. My advice is that if you're ordering online, go with another more reputable option, even if it's a bit more. I used these guys to save a few dollars but wondered for 2 months if I was getting scammed, because they do not respond to e-mail or call back.

My online order was cancelled without any explanation. Seems like the guys can't honor the quoted price. Very disappointed. Edit: I understand your point but pretty sure the case could be managed differentely. Some one could spend a few minutes to give me a call and dicsuss the situation. Instead, the price of the tires on your website increases by ~20% next day after I placed the order and few days after my order is cancelled.

Part was ordered March 17. Received it September 6 and it's the wrong part. Turns out their part descriptions and photos do not match. Be cautious!!!!! Couldn't get a tracking number from them or a refund when it was requested. Was told the part was being shipped from their supplier, it was actually shipped from them instead. Communication is terrible. They don't answer calls and you must send several emails before they respond. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Ordered a product that was listed as in stock online, never received any confirmation of purchase or order updates. I called the shop multiple times and was told that they can’t check on my order and i should email the warehouse. I emailed the warehouse 3 times, no response. Worst customer service i have ever experienced, never order online from this place Finally received my part 3 months later :)

Recently bought coilovers from these guys, later to find out they had no knowledge of the ride height or anything about the product for that matter, then proceed to blame me for not knowing what I'm ordering. Now I'm stuck with a product I'm not able to return, and am deffinatly not happy with, 10/10 would not recommend. Not professional AT ALL.

Horrible customer service. I’m not one to write reviews, but this place is horrible. Took over 2 weeks to get an order confirmation, and was told I couldn’t cancel my order without a 30% restocking fee. After my order was processed, it took WEEKS to get a shipping confirmation. My order wasn’t shipped out for another week after they printed the label, and blamed Purolator for not picking up orders when they should. I called Purolator and they said they were never notified of a shipment, so Too Fast obviously lied about it. They also ship through third party and not Purolator directly. I still haven’t received my parts 1.5 months after placing the order and was lied to every time I called. My truck was on a lift, stuck for weeks, and I had to buy another set. If you’re local, you may have a better experience, but I would NOT recommend shipping across Canada.

I ordered tires from these guys. After being on backorder for longer than expected. They took care of me and had me rolling on a better set at no added cost!! I will definitely be back for all of my tire and performance needs!! The staff is amazing!!

Ordered parts online twice with them. Both times I had to reach out to get some sort of ETA. The online department seems disorganized since responsiveness in communication can be very inconsistent. I had to reach out multiple times about emails that do not get responded for a week. My first order took from march 10 to April 17 there was a hole in the box of Coilovers and you can tell someone opened it and to inspect and taped it back up. Some of the papers and manuals were ripped inside,but since I was just glad they finally came in I didn’t say anything. To be fair they did reach out to me afterwards to apologize for the miscommunication. Now I decided to give them another chance with a second order in June. My most recent order I had to cancel due to needing a more custom part for my car. I ended up cancelling, but they charged me a 30% restocking fee to ship it back even though I have not even picked up the product. So they basically charged me $200 to have something shipped from the US that took 3 weeks to come.

Great experience dealing with Salim and the guys. Fantastic prices, great quality products. Got Michelin X-Ice for the wife's new car. Even planned out which little kids cars we'll get for our babies! Will come back for more stuff soon. 5/5

This place cancelled my order THREE times (different items), after 2 weeks of ordering. Each time they were without explanations. I emailed to understand why the order was cancelled and they did not respond. I subsequently followed up with a phone call to understand why - they were extremely rude about it and said it's not in their control. Don't list items for sale or say you have availability or can get it if you cannot. This seems like a common theme based on other feedback as well.

I bought awesome pair of tires and I love them they were cheap real and good quality I’m for sure going to buy more parts for my car off them. They are a bit slow when you come in the shop but they are busy nothing really bad to say about them other then they know what they are doing and they will really help you out choose the things you want and need for your car. Very friendly people love it. 1000/10

not A goodplace to get your car Modified. They installed my coilover lastmonth but they didnt do it right! I was Driving in the highway and My rear Strut o fell off I dont know if their mechanic is a a really mechanic or just wanna be! Installing coilover supposed to 3-5hrs. But they did mine 2days!

I ordered a product around 2 months ago and no updates on where the product is. I emailed them about a month after I ordered and got an automated response saying they would get back to me within 2 business days, I thought okay great they should be able to help there. No response even a month later nothing. I decided to call after a week of no response they said it’s in customs and I should get an update shortly on the shipping and wait another week. So I did still nothing so I called back. Got the same runaround in customs you’ll see an update in a week. Still nothing. Approaching the 2 month period here in a few days and no updates on shipping. I am heavily disappointed that no one can tell me where the product is and I am at the point of feeling I was scammed out of my money. Very disappointed and if you’re considering ordering from here go somewhere else. This place has customer service that gives you the runaround and I’m feeling I’ll never see my product. Not as reputable as I read. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. If I don’t get an update soon I will definitely be calling for a full refund. I am extremely frustrated and want my money or product.

Recently purchased and had LED bulbs installed in my car, great service and immediate appointment accommodation. Bought and had an HID kit installed here about 10 years ago, service is just as good now as it was back then, Ricky was courteous and Uncle is as informative as I remember, great folks running this family owned shop

Terrible customer service. I waited 20 days for a tire before deciding to call them. Guy answered the phone sounding high as hell, and states they will send out the order the next day.. next day comes and they cancel my order due to not having the tire, even though they stated it came in the night before they decided to cancel. Aswell the tire was stated to be in stock on website

Extremely overpriced, unhelpful is an understatement. read the reviews before I went in and unluckily got the guy with the glasses and long hair that everyone is complaining about. Clearly has no mechanical experience. You are much better off ordering off summit or literally anywhere else
