Horrible! Do not book here! My niece, a young first time mother, tried to book a party for her son's first birthday. Despite it being very basic, we chose it because it was affordable and she didn't have many kids coming (only 3 kids including the birthday boy - all under 2), and the rest were adults. She asked for the 2 hour basic combo but the man insisted she book the 3-hour party at an additional $150 - money she didn't have and time she didn't need. When she explained this he advised she had to take the 3 hours or he was going to give the booking to someone else. Shame on you for bullying ANYONE like that, especially when the package chosen is CLEARLY listed on the website. For the price he wanted you can go to a much better, and modern, playland.

It pains me that I have to update my review based on my experience, but interested parents should be warned. We've been to Giggles Playland for the past 2 years now and have even promoted it to friends referring 3 other parties. But as parents, you know children birthday parties can be very difficult to pull off. So imagine my surprise this year when we were told our reservation we had, with email confirmations, was double booked. So our reservation had to be canceled. As for a parent, that's a nightmare scenario trying to figure out where to go last minute. Very unprofessional and up until this point, not the review that I would have given. BUT PARENTS BEWARE, so this doesn't happen to you as well

1st I would like to thank John and his team for being wonderful helper organizing my son's 4th birthday. My son, our family and friends enjoy the party. I did not do anything just give him the food, loot bags and cake to set up. The place is clean and neat. I spent most of the time entertaining my guests. John gave me the party schedule and remind me what's next to be done. They have rides for kids, slides and arcade games. You can win tickets and redeemed after you played. Overall I do recommend this place for birthday parties for kids just talk to John for recommendations plan and set up that you want and he will help you a lot.

We had my son’s 3rd birthday party here and did the 3-hour GVDP combo, and I can honestly say that it was the best birthday party we hosted. With the help of John and his team, I didn’t even have to lift a finger and was able to enjoy the party myself! John and his team provided all the decorations, setup all the food and drinks and had us on an organized scheduled for everyone to enjoy every second of the party! John and his team are so kind and are awesome for running the private party for us! All of our guests said they had the best time and we can’t wait to come back to celebrate more parties here! Kids and adults will always have something to do, the place is spacious and well ventilated, and the dance party was great bonus too!

Tried to charge us an extra $200. Deleted email that was for basic package. Overpriced and old games and machines. Was given a bill for $672 when we booked basic package at $455. When asked why he said we asked for the premium package and printed out our email to confirm. Only problem, he deleted the part that said give us the basis package which thankfully we brought with us. When confronted with the issue tried to blame us and said he would throw in the extra s*** for free. Will never book here again and would never refer el stone. Classless move

We tried to book this place for my daughter's birthday. The form on the website didn't work so I emailed them. They didn't get back to me so I had my husband call him. (I work and have a very strict policy at work of no cell phones allowed and no personal calls which os why I had my husband call)He told my husband he had the date available. My husband then told him my wife wants to talk to him and please answer her email with all her questions. He said to text him. I started a group chat with my husband , John and i and never got a response. My husband then called AGAIN and asked him to answer our questions but John said he would text me on his own. I got a message from him and sent him my questions again and never got a response. I followed up a few days later and the date and time is now booked. This place needs some work with customer care. I don't recommend this place. I can only imagine what the party would have been like. It all seemed a little shady. It was so stressful trying to get a hold of this guy

Celebrated our daughter’s first birthday party this weekend! It was truly amazing experience. This place is just not only for the kids but the adults can have so much fun! Too many arcade games available and the video dance party is the icing on the cake! John and his team took care of everything. Very well organized. Thank you so much. Totally recommended!

Absolutely amazing place to host a kids birthday. Adults and kids alike were entertained the entire time. Things we forgot at home they had in stock for us to purchase. They did an incredible job helping us set up so everything looked great, and ran perfectly. They had a whole schedule and allowed me to just relinquish control and focus on my daughter's and my guests' happiness. There is no comparison to the other party places. These guys go above and beyond to make the entire process easy and we are extremely thankful for an incredible birthday for our daughter and her friends. Pictures do not do this place justice. There's so much space for kids to play and parents to rest, food to be set up and people to eat. Highly recommend hosting your parties here. We will definitely be back again for future birthdays. Thanks John and team for everything! I look forward to seeing you again next year!

I booked this place site unseen based on online reviews and after chatting with the owner. We had an amazing party and everyone had an amazing time, kids and adults too! John and his team did an amazing job handling all the details for us so that we could just enjoy the party. It was awesome to have the whole place to ourselves as opposed to a designated party room in a facility that is open to the public. I especially liked that there were no hidden fees or unforeseen extras. What he said it would cost is what it cost. I would definitely book this place again for future parties! Stop n just forget about looking somewhere else to book ur kids party cuz this is THE PLACE TO BE!!! Not only its clean reasonable price But private.!! We celebrated our sons 2nd Birthday Party at Giggles Playland this April and had such an amazing experience! My son and all his guests along with the adults had a great time! The staff went ABOVE and beyond to make sure myself, my family & friends were all thoroughly taken care of. I love how the staff make a schedule to accommodate your time properly. They interact with both the adults & kids which is great! They set up everything and cleaned up everything. It was great to be able to just enjoy my sons party with all of his guests while all food prep, decorations, cake prep and so on were covered for me by staff. We also liked how the facility is on the smaller side so all parents can keep a close eye on their children even while sitting at tables. All in all, we all had an AMAZING time and will definitely be back for future parties! We couldn't thank John and his staff enough for such an amazing time! We highly recommend Giggles Playland!

I don't even know where to begin. This was an unforgettable experience! John and his staff were absolutely amazing, from the moment you book to the last minute at the party they take care of you. We did the dance party and it was worth every penny. This package comes with everything you need and the dance portion was so much fun, even non dancers joined in. The best part, this is a private venue!! Thank you John for making my kids birthday so special, I was able to enjoy myself as you guys do everything for us. I've been to this facility for my daughter's 1st and 5th birthday. Each time we get the 3 hour video dance party. The kids absolutely loved it each time, even saying it's a million time better then chucky-e-cheese. The best part is that it's private, it's only your party. Tons of games and things for the kids to do, it's almost impossible to get them to leave lol. The video dance party plays up to date songs all the kids know. The owner John is very accommodating and makes sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend them for any kids party!

Good playground for the kids, just a little dark. But there are lots of games too. The area can be a dance area too, and the owner is pretty good with mixing up music for the kids. Pretty unique place.

Had my son’s 1st birthday party here and it was amazing ! From start to finish . As soon as we arrived the owner and his employee were extremely helpful they set everything up for us so we could focus on our guest . They were extremely pleasant and the customer service was amazing from start to finish . The place itself is very clean and lots to do for the kids . Everyone had a blast including the adults . We had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s birthday at Giggles Playland! John was a great host and did everything from A-Z, making the experience easy for us and gave us a chance to actually mingle and enjoy the day. His energy was infectious and had everyone on their feet and dancing. This has been the best birthday that we have had for our little boy and we can’t wait to come back again!

Our second time throwing a party at Giggles Playland and it was even better than the first, which I thought was hard to top! John is an amazing party planner from decorations to itinerary - even photography as he sent me pics and videos before we even left! We showed up and the place was decorated according to the theme, I didn’t even bother putting my decorations up! Balloons, backdrop and heating dishes were already set up, no need to transport or buy externally. The best part was that the party flowed so well and took the pressure off us parents. We were actually able to enjoy the food and the party itself. Highly recommend John and his team to take care of your party needs!!

My children have had 2 birthday celebrations here for the past 15 years. Giggles is one of the very few party venues that allow you to bring your own food. John and his team are super! He is very accommodating, well equipped, helpful and he makes it fun for the children. Dance sessions are the best!!!

The dance party was the highlight. I like the flow of everything, it was very organized. The place can be cleaner and a bit more updated, the toy options were really cheap and one washroom was a challenge. Overall it waz a good experience for the kids.

This place is hidden gem in our city. John is very cooperative, he communicated really well. While the party was on he guided us through the agenda for every hour. He is pro in handling kids party. I recommend this place to one and all.

First time booking with Giggles Playland. The whole process was stress free. The owner, John is really nice. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns. We book the full package with all the bells and whistles for our sons 2nd birthday, it was totally worth the honest and fair price point. The Giggles Playland team are super great as well, always around to help you. The venue was great for a small to medium gathering, our party was around 15 - 20 toddlers and child under 10, they had an amazing time. We had about 20 adults there was well and they had a great time with the arcade as well. I would definitely recommend Giggles to family and friends and as well as consider them again for any future milestone events.

Excellent, Amazing!! The best party place in Scarborough! We had the opportunity to celebrate our son's 7th birthday and he had a blast! We were so impressed with the service entertainment we received from John and his staff they did everything for us including the set up clean up and also provided all the utensils and paper plates. The best thing of all is that you can bring you're own food. We would definitely have another event at Giggles Playland. Excellent service, clean, and the best of all is that it's entertaining. This place was amazing! Loved every second of it. I didn't have to worry about a thing. John and his team took care of everything. This was the first birthday with my boys where I actually got to enjoy it with them . From decorating to delegating the times . Setting up the food for guests. Putting the favours out john was on point. Best of all it was all private it felt like we were in another world for those three hours. I highly recommend having your party here!!! Great private kids play place for parties. We hosted a birthday here and it was fantastic. We had a great dance party and kids played games, and danced away. I would say only disappointment would be paying extra for tokens to use the games as it adds up quick, they should try to incorporate that into party packages. Overall great place and would highly recommend.

Came here for a birthday party and ended up booking a birthday party of our own. Staff are courteous and always available. What the kids loved was the dance party at the end of the party. The play structure is fun and there is an arcade area that costs extra. The older siblings were a bit bored but little ones (ages 2-4) had a good time. It's reasonably priced, you can bring in your own food and drinks and staff keep things running on time for you. It's great!

Been here twice now for family birthday parties. Both times were great experiences. Having the place to ourselves is amazing! Also, anything you need for a party can be purchased right on site. The foil balloons we got were priced the best through Giggles and we didn't need to run around before the party. They were waiting for us. Great parties!!

We had the best time at the playground. We didn't have to think of anything. Very organized, very clean and the kids had lots of fun. At the end when it was time to go, all of our stuff was already arranged close to the door to make it easy for us to load up the car. It was great. We really didn't have to think of anything. Highly recommend!!!

We've had 2 events here, and each has been great! The staff are very helpful and really take the stress out of setup/teardown. They also ensure that everything is running per schedule. All the kids had a blast, as did many adults during video dance party. We plan to have our next parties here as well. Thank you Giggles team for making our events so lovely and memorable! I had my son's 5th birthday party there and I have to say it was the best party ever! My son, family and friends had an amazing time. I've been to other indoor playgrounds before but this one was by far the best. It's private, very clean and the owner John, was very polite and helpful throughout the entire party. He took care of everything from set up to clean up. I will definitely be back again.

We chose Giggles Playland for our daughter's 2nd birthday, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! Not only did we all have a lot of fun, I have never seen such great and organized service! John and Alicia had the food/plates/cutlery already set up before we even finished unloading! They made everything seamless for us so we didn't have to think about anything besides celebrating our baby's birthday. We got to have fun instead of hosting. It's a more intimate space which is exactly what we wanted, and we had it all to ourselves (a BIG selling point for me). Plus, there was something for every kid to do, regardless of age - I'm pretty sure the adults spent more than an hour on the boxing game! And I may have spent more time in the ball pit than some of the kids! The space is clean (HUGE on my must have list), safe and versatile. I really can't emphasize enough how great John and Alicia were - they were fun, friendly and accommodating to everyone. They really went above and beyond and we're so happy that we chose this place. We'll definitely be celebrating there again. Thanks guys!

He messaged us a week prior to the party to confirm the details, gave wonderful suggestions and tips on what to bring and how not to overspend (best advices). Staff are friendly and professional. All the kids had a BLAST at the dance party! They made it extra entertaining and interactive with the kids. I love that there are several options for entertainment (the jungle gym, the dance party, the token games, and rides), different kids like different things. They also took care of prepping the food, drinks, cake, clean ups.. taking a huge load off our shoulders. Can’t thank John and his team enough for a memorable birthday celebration for our daughter. Highly HIGHLY recommend this business.

Our party has been dubbed "best party ever" amongst my daughter's friends and also the parents.
