Il never forget worst experience, my Rolex was stolen, we bought a ciroc and didn't even drink half way and was asked to leave with force, the bouncers are jealous of you, no hospitality, whatsoever.. NO value for money. Please I don't recommend this place.. just stay away.

Worst experience ever!!! Waited 2h before the opening they don’t ever communicate about what happens, supposed to open at 10pm but we started seeing the line up going in around 11: 45pm. Coming all the way from Ottawa and that wasn’t the night we expected 🙁 1st and last time in this club.

I am Very very very disappointed, first I never wrote a bad review about any business, because I owner business including club and restaurant. this is my first bad review. This is my first time coming here and I was recommended to come here by a Nigerian guy that I met at the Carabana Bar . My experience.. at first I came by self and I ask can I get a section. I am 6.5ft I Don’t like to stand … the they guy said the sections are sold out, which I understand. I asked can you add me to someone section I will spend more than 5k on my bottle if I am comfortable. He was more worried about the 80$ at the door … I paid the 80$ and I came came in .. at 11pm Canadian time . It was empty … they man on black .. with dread said if I will buy 2 bottles of casa repo which was 260$ Canadian dollars then he can give me a stand up table … I said ok .. but I told him I am hungry he walked away and assigned me bartender at the bar … the bartender came and ask me what I wanted I said I wanted food and hookah … she said you have to buy 2 bottles I said ok but I don’t drink casa … I only drink Azul .. her tune change .. I gave my card and my ID she charged my card for the food and the drink .. the vibe was good and I loved the DJ missing… I went back to the bar … I said please send a bottle to the DJ and I paid … the bottle never went to the DJ … what got me upset.. it’s the gave me a cold food… very very cold … … I didn’t touch that food and I left .. … management and who ever that is reading this … please please please you are running a hospitality business… respect everyone equal… anyone can walk into your business without your knowledge… Your costumer services it’s zero The Uber driver that brought me back didn’t give a good recommendation of this business Change

I was in Toronto and found this club on tiktok thinking it looked like a good time. Unfortunately everything was terrible at this club from the drinks to the service to the dj. We came just before 12 and we had to pay $30 per person but our friends who came 2 mins after had to pay $40. Then we got drinks but the bartender, who had a nasty attitude the whole night, filled it only half way and didn’t even put any alcohol in them. And the place was dirty and smelled. There was spilled drinks in our area and the standing tables smelled like a behind like they don’t wipe them down every night. Aside from that the music just sucked period! It seems like there was a DJ who just started that night and his set was embarrassing to say the least. Then the DJ who took over for him was a little better but still was not good. They both loved playing 1-2 seconds of a song then changing the song and enjoyed the sound of their own voices over the music. I truly don’t recommend anyone wasting their money on this “longue” it’s not worth it with all the better places you can be in Toronto.

I had a great time partying with friends at the lounge and the staffs were committed to great service and were very organized ,the atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked the fact that you have a modern styled lounge (spacious and neat), the Dj was on point. Most importantly the drinks and food and the menu was great!

Went here on a Saturday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. The music and the vibes were on point! Our bottle service girl was very attentive. I wish I got her name, so I could mention her in this review. One of the best African clubs I've been to. Please play a bit more Amapiano!

I had an amazing night here. The workers were extremely lovely and respectful amd it was a very neat setup. The DJ that particular night wad just the bomb. Banger after banger with amazing transitions. It didnt get too packed and remained breathable. We ordered the suya and it was pretty yummy. We didnt have any issue getting parking, and we got there around 10 pm. Overall, a fabtastic night and I will definitely be going back there when the opportunity arises.

Definition of nasty work place with nasty and proud for nothing staff!! Pls keep your staff in check cuz crazy people are gonna retaliate. Spent almost 4000 in the club to still be waiting outside for 45 mins is crazy!

Toop Lounge is the best club in the city. They play a wide range of afro beats with a mix of other genre’s like Hip Hop and Dancehall. The service from the staff is remarkable and the bottles come out at an efficient time. I will definitely party here again!

I celebrated my birthday here and me and my friends had an amazing time, server was great, music was great. We just made sure to arrive early not to encounter any long lines at the door.

There should be an option for 0 star rating. Avoid, I repeat avoid! The Only club I came and noticed, majority of the time everyone was just standing and steering around in disappointment. I was here on 7th of October early morning Saturday by 1:10am. The service was terrible , the inside looked uncoordinated and unkept, DJ’s seems to be competing over their own voices than giving good music. Worrisomely, I stepped out to answer a call and I was told due to security reason no one is allowed inside for the main time but to my surprise, a guy and some of his crew met the clueless corrupt security personnel aside and behold they were allowed inside! I was just complaining when they allowed another set. That aside the vibe here is really poor. After all the bad reviews I saw, I still gave them benefit of doubt. Yet the disappointment was inevitable. I can not recommend!

Every time I come here it’s just a complete disappointment. This is the second time ordered a hookah and never got it. After waiting for an hour I had to go get my money back. When asking for a refund all of a sudden they were able to make it right then and there. By that time it was 2:30 and there was just no point mind you I ordered the hookah when the place was dead. The server in our section had a nasty attitude. The floor is always so sticky and the bathrooms are crazy. The entire experience was just not it. It doesn’t take over an hour to make a hookah when you use instant light coals. I’ll save my time and money to go back to Texas and party.

Had the best experience for my birthday party. The staff was very friendly and respectful, the environment was very clean too. I had a time of my life, definitely the best place for any form of celebration 👌🏾

The lounge is upscale but I think there should be proper check with online booking and phone-in booking or DM. It’s embarrassing when you called repeatedly before booking for clarification about booking online which I did and someone coming to my booth saying we should move to another booth for someone else who never booked online and asking me to show proof of online booking I booked about a week ago. (Come on! Check your file) I enjoyed the vibe though but I don’t like the booth moving part of the night. But we didn’t move anyway. This is the same thing I was told happens a lot of time over there. DJ good, the ladies are good as well. I have been to different lounge and just want to feel this place for a new location. Learn from my experience and make sure it doesn’t happen to you.

My favourite lounge to be at! I was never really a club/lounge type of person but after experiencing the atmosphere at TOOP, the people, the music & the diversity of it I love it! All the staff are very nice and quick with things so that’s definitely a plus! Toop lounge is definitely top 2 and not 2!!!!!

All of my experiences at toop lounge have been great. Great management and all the bottle service girls are beautiful and attentive. The DJ is great playing all the best afro beats! 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

If you looking for GREAT MUSIC, FOOD, DRINKS & VIBEZZ… TOOP is the place to be!!! I always have a great time at Toop with family and friends. The vibe never disappoints and the service from management, servers and security are always on point. I always feel secure and safe as security quickly and efficiently manages the flow of traffic so there is little to no wait to get through. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun night out!

There is always fake event every Friday to extort 40dollars from people. most fridays is 40$. the fake event is always organized by Jamaicans in collaboration with the club management, i am sure they share the money together and print hand bands. there is no special performance, just birthday/group and they will call it event and charge 40cad entry. if it is cover charges for admission then call it what it is. the club doesn't look safe.

hands down the best club in the vaughan area! the music is amazing, the bottle girls are gorgeous, attentive, and efficient, and the vibes are unmatched. the dj’s play a good mix of hip hop, afro, and dancehall music - guaranteed to have you dancing literally all night. toop is def worth the visit.. this is the place to be this summer!

I had an amazing experience. The music was good, the vibe and energy was amazing. The MC was great. Most importantly, my server, Kim, made my time at toop all the more enjoyable. She was attentive, fast, and on point. It was my birthday and she made sure she brought out my bottles in a timely manner. She served all my guest & had a great attitude. Many of my guest were surprised to say the absolute least. We always had everything we needed and didn’t have to ask her for too much. Kim provided stellar service and I will definitely be asking for her everytime my friends and I go to toop. I recommend you do the same if you’re getting a booth or table, you will not be disappointed.

Spacious club with pretty LED lights! The booths can fit at least 15 people. All the bottle girls are really pretty & the food tastes amazing!
