Came
in
today
to
bathe
our
dog,
which
we
have
done
many
times
before.
We
did
not
book
an
appointment
but
the
gentleman
working
kindly
allowed
us
to
use
the
service
as
we
would
be
quick.
However,
the
woman
working
at
the
time
was
not
so
kind.
My
family
member
and
I
were
starting
to
wash
our
dog,
when
the
woman
came
over
to
tell
us
how
only
one
individual
is
allowed
to
be
in
the
bathing
area.
When
we
asked
if
its
ok
for
both
of
us
to
stay
because
we
are
in
the
same
family
and
need
two
people
to
hold
and
wash
the
dog,
she
very
rudely
told
us
that
one
of
us
needed
to
get
out.
At
the
time,
there
was
no
other
customers
in
the
store
so
we
were
not
over
the
4-person
capacity.
One
of
us
had
to
STAND
and
WATCH
outside
the
gate
while
our
young
dog
was
stressing
out.
This
rule
made
absolutely
no
sense
to
us?
I
understand
Covid
has
instilled
many
new
policies
and
rules
in
businesses,
but
a)
this
rule
is
completely
illogical
and
b)
the
employee
did
not
need
to
speak
to
us
so
rudely
and
condescendingly.
We
come
here
to
purchase
essentials
for
our
pets
and
to
bathe
our
dog,
but
we
just
cannot
handle
the
attitude
anymore.
This
is
not
the
first
time
we
have
been
treated
poorly
by
some
staff
members.
We
will
be
taking
our
business
to
a
different
Pet
Valu
in
St
Catharines.
