Great location ! Private rooms are ok with great design! Washroom needs to be fixed for Sure! Noon karaoke special is $12 person including 1 non-alcohol drink, pretty good deal!

Made reservations for Christmas eve for 13 people 2 WEEKS in advance with text confirmation. On the day of, we find out that due to their incompetency, they did not actually book our reservation and gave away the room. They then referred us to another karaoke location who then proceeded to completely scam us. Actually disgusting people. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Scam! Don’t come here! Make sure to check your bill! They charge you 28% so called ‘t&s’ fees twice without any notice. First they don’t serve some of the the food you ordered but charge them in the bill! Second, they charge extra or double tax and service fee which were already included in the final bill, without any notice. Then, they increased the ‘lowest charge’ when you entered there. Finally, they force an additional tip after paying the service charge.

Website says happy hour price is 11.99 but at the door they tell you it's 15 after tax. The washrooms are horrendously gross. Service was pretty alright though.

bunch of crooks. server yurin tried to charge us for two extra bottles we did not order. trying to take advantage of us thinking we were intoxicated and sneak some extra items onto our bill.

Reserved in person 2 weeks in advance for xmas eve 13 people.Had a tour of the room. My reservation was written in front me. The day of they were incompetent and gave away my room. They could not find where my reservation was written. They then sent us to a different karaoke place which proceeded to scam us. disgusting people. Do not reccomend.

Pretty nice place but I’m giving one star because they overcharge you for absolutely no reason. We spent 2 hrs and bought a couple shots and a drink and got charged $175. Before calling they said the price was $20/hr and when we got there it was $30/hr. Crazy how we spent 2 hrs, had 3 shots and a bottle of soju which was then charged $175. Inconsistent w/ their prices. Also sad to say I don’t usually write reviews but I had to put this out there.

This place is a joke. Apparently, they took over the "basement" location (originally ET) as well. Since there were no rooms upstairs, they sent us downstairs. First of all, the environment is trashy (everything is old and half-broken including equipment). Secondly, one speaker out of two in the room didn't work. Thirdly, the selection of music was mediocre. Lastly, the most important thing, like most people have mentioned about this chain of KTV (Soho, Label, etc.), they force a 28% service at the top of your bill (so most people would miss seeing it), and then the servers would "request" for additional gratuity on top of the bill. For people who bend over to such requests are essentially paying upwards of over 38% in "service fee/gratuity/tips". We ordered only one bottle of Grey Goose and 18 bottles of Budweiser with some small snacks, and ended up paying nearly $500, before the servers were begging for more tips. For a place that has a minimum charge in the hundreds of dollars for medium and large rooms, they only accept cash (cough cough tax evasion cough). I would give this place 0 stars or even negative if I can. Save your money and go somewhere more legitimate.

Pretty reasonable price and the watermelon juice was refreshing. Just wish the washroom were cleaner and more maintained. Song selection was fine, but could use more western songs.

It is definitely fun if you go with the right people. Here is my caveat ...drinks are a bit pricey and adds up quickly. In addition, this establishment caters more to the Asian market. Westernized Asians or non-speaking Chinese individuals may not have as much fun as song selection is limited.

The only bad thing was when it was time to pay, they cut off and erase your whole song list before you're done.. even when you had like 30mins left.

Went with my friends the other night, we called and asked for the price the first guy said 20$ an hour and then the second guy said 30$ an hour. We said okay whatever doesn’t seem that bad. We got 3 shots one bottle of soju and spent 2 hours. 7.99 per shot, 30$ per hour and 40$ soju. The first bill that we got was around 124$ which seemed reasonable. The second guy came and said they did 2 hours and upped the price to 172$. We’re not that kind of people to negotiate price or anything we just paid, plus all of us tipped. This place is a complete scam… would not recommend.
