Only one person working. She was trying her best, but it was busy at 12:30pm on a Saturday. They were out of a lot of things, so that limited the options. After 15 minutes waiting, was told that they were out of falafel too. This poor girl was friendly and great, but this location is poorly managed. This review is being written as I still wait for my burrito. Have more than 1 person working. Probably won't be back.

Probably one of the worst experiences at Freshii I've ever had. The environment was dirty, tables had food crumbs all over it, nothing was stocked. I asked the girl to wipe the table for me but she was too occupied in the back for some reason. I ordered a smoothie with my bowl, which came 10 minutes after I ordered (which I was already finished eating). The girl didn't serve straws with my smoothie, or a fork with my bowl. The bowl itself, tasted horrible. I was starving though, so I ate it anyways. I was already skeptical of coming here for lunch from previous negative experiences and thought I'd give it another shot. Yet again, another disappointment. I will not be eating at Freshii again. Unless it's for the chocolate peanut butter smoothie. That was the only good thing.

Really fast and friendly staff, but inconsistent meals. Ordering a side of protein results in random container size - you often don’t know how much you’re getting. I also don’t get why the kale they use is as course as a tree branch. But it’s fine.

Worst bowl of soup I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely inedible.

First time at this high street mall location, I was in the area and ordered my favourite Oaxaca bowl and the portion was not even the size of kids meal, very disappointed. Very small piece of avocado, tiny bit of salsa and hardly any beet root, dry kale and few bits of wontons . It was only filled with rice.

I ordered a buddha satay bowl and the noodles were not cooked properly, went i told that the girl took the noodles which i already had a bite and had sauce on them and threw them in hot water, the broccoli was almost expired and the crispy wontons had oily smell and after taste in them, this is the worst location, i will never come here again and you should not as well as it was a waste of my 14.74 dollars, mcallum road freshii is very good and better

I ordered the 3 day cleanse through the app and unfortunately due to stock and a mix up I didn’t receive all the correct juices. This location was fantastic in fixing it the girl working there helped me get the correct ones the minute their shipment came in. They are short staffed there and I appreciate they are doing their absolute best under these conditions. Thank you very much! I will be back soon.

Last night me and my husband went to grab dinner it was our first time visiting freshii . We loved it so much . The indian girl was very helpful she suggested her favourite custom burrito it was so amazing. Will definitely come back again .

Items were missed in each meal and the wrong dressing used in one. I tried phoning multiple times and they don’t answer their phone. I will not be eating from Freshii again!

The store sign shows open but the employee had locked the door and came to open it pretended that there was something wrong with the door but it perfectly seemed fine the staff seemed really inexperienced with giving me back the exact change

False advertising, they wouldn't execpt valid coupons. They are under staffed. Waited 25 mins to get a take out order. Please don't waste your time like I did. Owners here are very cheap

Ordered for take out and their paninis or little sandwiches were great. They followed the order correctly making sure there wasn’t any soy or dairy ingredients. Will come again

Amazing Staff... Today I visited Freshi in the morning after so long even if they were out of most items... The lady working helped to choose tikka bowl and mezze delight bowl which I really liked, great job 👍👍👍😁 goodserve.

The worst service I have ever received. Food was stale and unprofessional attitude of the workers..I won't go there again ever..will recommend to avoid highstreet location.

Yesterday, it was my first time trying freshii and my experience was pretty good. I was on break and wanna try something new. Girl working there was super sweet and she suggested me some bowls and i had chicken tikka. Sauce was just amazing and so delicious. Better than mucho burrito. A big thumbs up 👍🏻.
