    Both my daughters and I have been beyond impressed with our experiences at Mary's. Mary and her staff are so welcoming, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and excited to help you. Top notch customer service! Mary made my teenage girls feel so comfortable getting fitted too. She has helped us all with perfect fittings, resulting in incredibly comfortable bras and my oldest with her prom undergarments which she was thrilled with. She has a huge amount of stock / selection including sleepwear, lingere and is spot on sizing for not only comfort but also continued breast HEALTH. Me and my girls are definitely loyal customers for life!

    My daughter and I visited Mary's On Wellington for the first time and were very impressed by the customer service. The owner made us feel heard and helped us find the correct bra for my large cheated daughter. She just gained 2 new repeat customers. So happy with our experience.

    I walked in wondering if Mary’s still could help an aging chick. Sure enough, I was fitted and got the results I needed and bout two bras because the fit was right. 5 minutes??? Thanks Mary.

    I went to Mary’s after having a hard time finding anything that fit me at La Vie en Rose. The ladies were attentive, informative and positive about healthy bra use. They measured me and fit me with a few tester bras. They told me that only one of their bras would fit me because of my sizing (40A/B). I tried on a few that felt awful, and then I tried the one that worked enough. I still didn’t feel sure enough to buy it. They offered me a different kind of bra. They told me it was their top seller. It felt promising. They then offered the “Beyond Bra” by Evelvyn Bobbie. I tried it on and it felt snug, lift, smooth. But no pinching, I could breath easy. It was probably the most comfortable bra I have tried on. Little did I know that a day in the bra would leave my underarms chaffed. I called to see id they did exchanges or returns or had any options for me. They told me I needed to talk to the ladies that originally measured me. They said they don’t sell used garments so they won’t take products back or exchange. They said it was a healthy code violation. I am unsure if that is accurate. So I am left with a nearly 150 dollar bill, and no bra that I can wear that doesn’t chaff my under arms raw. They sold the bra as the only bra that I would need, and that women love this bra and don’t take it off. I am 6 foot 7 inches, 160 lbs, breastfed three babies. I am a normal enough body that the chaffing should either be something that other women experience. I don’t know what to do. I haven’t bought a bra in a long time, and that was my bra budget. I feel discouraged. I wish Mary’s had an exchange or return policy that allowed for 24 hours. All that expertise, kindness, money spent, and nothing to show for it, but a bra that rubs me raw. I checked the manufacturer’s website and they offer exchanges. This encourages me to shop online and not with Mary’s. I don’t think I will make another 125 dollar (plus tax and tip) gamble at a store that has no solutions if it totally fails.

    When I went in there is so many types of bras but when you let them know what you are looking for there is not much selection on plain bras that give a lift. After wearing it for a few hours the lace started to scratch me underneath the wiring so I cut that off, it felt better. They said that the tightness will go away but It’s been around three weeks with my new bra and still uncomfortable to wear the wires are digging into my skin. Review on the wireless bra from Evelyn & Bobbie “the beyond bra” The woman said it was the most amazing bra and extremely popular and yes it’s great feels amazing on. BUT you can’t wear tanks or lower tops your will show bra which was fine for me, HOWEVER the band flips constantly. I went on the company website and it seems like a common issue. Purchasing a 100.00 bra where I have to keep un flipping it is not worth the price for the constant issue, so I wish I knew that or was able to take the bra back for an exchange after wearing it because you don’t know it’s going to happen unless you have worn it for a couple of days or have read reviews on items before purchasing. I like the store but need a underwire bra that is comfortable and won’t make me feel like I can’t wait to get home to take it off. Aug 23.23 RESPONDING TO THE OWNER: I am sorry on my behalf for not making my review clear enough so I will make it MORE clear for you below. I was MEASURED, and SIZED by YOUR EMPLOYEE DARLIN! Why would I go into a specialty bra store and not get measured? I didn’t go there slap a bra on, say it’s great, and be on my Mary way from Wellington ave. I was also told by YOUR EMPLOYEE that there was very limited amount of bras that would give me lift and there was no plain bras that would give me a lift. What YOUR EMPLOYEE RECOMMENDED was 3 BRAS that SHE CHOSE out of the whole store that would give me a lift and my ONLY OPTION WAS WITH LACE. I was even looking around and asking her about some of the plain bras that you have and YOUR EMPLOYEE said those won’t give me a lift and redirected me to the bras SHE RECOMMENDED! When I was trying on the bra it was at the last hooks and very tight. When I came out of the dressing room YOUR EMPLOYEE also adjusted the straps to fit tight. As she was adjusting them YOUR EMPLOYEE said this is how a bra is supposed to be, your old bra was not good for you as it was making you hang lower. See the difference? When I said to her it’s a little tight, is it supposed to be like that? YOUR EMPLOYEE said that it will feel tight and it will loosen up as I wear it. I MADE A LOGICAL CHOICE TRUSTING YOUR EMPLOYEE on her SKILLS and EXPERTISE on what was best for me BEFORE PURCHASING. So that being said, I hope my second review is more clearer for you, and maybe the next review you from another customer similar to my review you won’t stick your foot in your mouth so fast. YOU as a STORE OWNER need to WORK ON YOUR ATTITUDE with how to engage your customers when responding in writing and not be defensive, immature, and rude over a 4 start review of me critiquing your employee and saying I LIKE YOUR STORE. Example of a PROFESSIONAL MATURE BUSINESS WOMEN WHO SUPPORT THEIR CUSTOMERS on a review with both positive and mildly negative comments. “Thank you for your review, we would like to see you come back and I can personally help you with your next purchase” I was going to come back and see if I could get fitted by someone else who knew what they were doing, but your negative attitude has put a bad taste in my mouth. I would rather drive to Vancouver to another professional bra store.
