I called a little last minute and was booked two weeks out. I wanted a curly cut and Joanna gave me the best haircut of my life. I have kind of tricky hair with a mixed curl pattern that I have never quite been able to work with, and Joanna did absolutely AMAZING work and gave exactly what I wanted even though I didn’t really know how to describe it. I just showed her some pictures of my hair in various states and she went to work. I typically do not buy salon products but they have some amazing stuff, and I was able to take it home and actually get a decent result without using any heat. The curly cut from Joanna is a littler pricier than a regular haircut, but it is 200% worth it! I don’t live in town but I will have to make biannual trips just to get Joanna to keep my hair in shape!

The lady that did my hair was super nice, but she ended up doing a horrible job and chemically burned my scalp. I had skin coming off in clumps and I left with frizzy hair that was two different colors. I have been working with the management for months on getting fair compensation or my money back as I spent $300 for my hair to be ruined. They flat out stopped responding to my emails. Do not go here unless you have thin hair. They do not know how to handle ethnic hair and they do not care about anything but taking your money.

I was very nervous since I’ve never gotten a curly cut before & had been feeling very self conscious about my hair recently, but Rachael left me feeling so confident in my curls with my new cut! 10/10 recommend this salon for so many reasons.

I feel so lucky to have found Epiphany after relocating from the Midwest. This was my 2nd dry cut with her. After searching for a salon offering curly cuts, I finally booked an appointment with Mae at Katie Blue. The salon is very warm and welcoming, and the entire staff was wonderfu! Mae gave me the best haircut of my life, listened to what I was looking for, and answered my questions. I will GLADLY make the hour drive to Katie Blue after such a positive experience today and already booked a 3 month maintenance cut. You will not regret your decision to book an appointment here!
