Had an appointment on a Saturday at 9am. I showed up a few minutes early and waited until 9:15-9:20am and nobody showed up nor was I notified that they weren’t going to be open/not available to do my hair. I made my appointment two weeks in advance and I was iffy about all the terrible reviews, to find that they were only true. If you can’t do someone’s hair, it’s best if you let them know. Definitely will never come back again.

If I could rate this a zero stars I absolutely would this salon was horrendous they completely ruined my hair the owner luis made excuse after excuse as to why he could not give me my refund which was the bare minimum he could do considering he did not know what he was doing and completely singed my hair off with his bleaching process and then try to blame me for “dying my hair with a box die and that that’s why my hair completely fell out” I have never bleached my hair before this incident and will never do it again because he has truly traumatized me with this experience… Oh let’s not forget the one I sent him pictures of my hair in piles in my hand he literally asked if it was my dead ends that were coming out clearly in the picture you can tell that is not dead ends that is full blown hair in bulks…

Made appointment with stylist Christian. I was ten minutes early with three people ahead of me. No acknowledgement after fifteen minutes waiting. Waited another ten to twenty and finally got up and said I'll be back a later day to coowner. No remorse that I was leaving after waiting for an almost HOUR. Went for a blow out. Will not return. Unhappy with service and poor acknowledgement of customer and I had huge following base to bring it they were good.

Waited an hour and they didn't open, you should change your hours

After two years in the area, by far the very best cut & style (Luis actually listens to what the client wants/needs). Very nice people and not too expensive for my budget. Yeah! Finally found a great stylist & salon!

Luis is awesome ! I drove all the way from North GA for this experience and it was more than well worth it ! He takes care of his clients ! He ensures the client is happy, feeling comfortable and deff ensures hair comes out 100!!!

This was my first visit and Luis was very accommodating and professional. He made sure I felt comfortable and offered options that would complement me. Luis is a master of his craft and his live for the work shows. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend Extravaganza Image Salon. Luis will make you look and feel fabulous.

I made an appointment at 9am and they didn’t even bother to call or text that he/she wouldn’t be here. very unprofessional. The salon opens at 9 , should be expected to be there before hand.

We had an appointment at 9:00 on Saturday, we arrived earlier and waited until 9:30 and the business was closed!! Do they open at 9:00 or until they feel like it?
