I order from the app, and I am pleased with the food and service. UPDATE:. February 14, 2022:. My parents and I came for lunch. We all ordered the Sailor's Sampler Platter. It tasted great, but I couldn't eat all of it. I will come back. UPDATE:. July 1, 2022-. I ordered out the Grilled Atlantic. Half Salmon, Creamy Lobster Baked Potato, Bacon Macaroni and Cheese, Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and Diet Pepsi. It is good. It will save one of the biscuits for another time. UPDATE:. January 26, 2023-We went to use a gift card. I ordered the Lobster and Shrimp Tacos. It was grilled and delicious. Something different. I would order it again, but I am afraid it is a limited time item. UPDATE: May 6, 2023-I ordered a mobile order, with Stuffed Seafood Mushrooms, Pepsi Zero, and redeemed my birthday reward for a free Chocolate Wave, which is chocolate cake with ice cream and syrup. All of it is delicious! UPDATE: November 6, 2023-It has been a while since I have been there, so I ordered the Lobster Pizza and Diet Pepsi. It was delicious ! I ate a piece of pizza before I took the picture. I couldn't resist! UPDATE: December 16, 2023-I got an email about their Cheddar Bay Stuffing, so I had to try it. It has crumbles of their Cheddar Bay Biscuits, brioche, bacon, and mushrooms in it. It was delicious, but it is probably a limited time item, just in time for the holidays. I also had a Pepsi Zero to go with it, and it made a great meal.

The food and service were great. Definitely recommend.

They still have all you can eat shrimp. The service was great and the food was amazing. The biscuit are one of my favorite things there. I can't wait to go back this is a great location

My friend took me there for my birthday. I had the rock Lobster and Main lobster. What a nice combo. Waitress was very courteous to us. Even though they look like they were strapped for employees. It seems like everybody was doing two jobs and trying to make all the customers happy. She was tipped very well and I'm sure it probably was one of her better tips for the day. Remember people they don't make that much per hour and they do so much more work than you actually see that they do. And if you've been in the business you know what it's like. So at least tip them the minimum of 15%. I normally give 20 to 25%. And I've at times have given 50% cuz my bill was so low that I felt that they needed an inspiration for a job well done She had the grilled trout and she said she enjoyed very much.

What a great experience. Brandy was our server, and I will say she was absolutely wonderful !! Thanks for the good service, Brandy. The food was good, the restaurant was clean and the parking was plenty.

The host was the nicest person I've encountered at any restaurant excellent service! There was confusion were we thought we ordered a side and was being charged more and he comes back with money trying to pay the difference we ended up giving him the money back and tipping good but he went out of his way to make us happy with the service the entire crew needs recognized for how well the experience was the servers were nice and the food was cooked excellent this is the best red lobster in the whole surrounding area!

Food is always great, and our server was so sweet. One thing I was shocked to learn is that if you pay with a card and tip, the server does not get the money. It is then split between the other servers and the "runners." Although we saw a runner only when we got our drinks the first time and the second tray of food. Our server brought all of our drink and endless shrimp refills and first tray of food to us. We tipped in cash so they were able to keep all of it. If I tip my server for their good service, I want them to be able to get the full tip. I understand the use of runners, etc, but I'm not tipping their service. They should be paid accordingly just like a bus boy/girl would be paid outside of the tips.

Well they need to train their staff better to provide you with your entire order when it is placed with the waitress they need to be quicker to see that you get your waitress once you've been seated the experience was awful for me and a lady friend I got some of my not all of it and it was brought by a different person and come to find out her order hadn't even properly been placed to make a long story short after talking to the manager the whole issue comes down to training could have been better
