They also didn't have music playing until 30 minutes after we sat down (we were there at around 8:30pm), and it was just suddenly blasted on. The decor is trendy and cool. The prices were on the higher end for Korean, but worth it (compliments to the chef). The place is a higher end restaurant with low rent staff. I don't want to see this place go away, but they need to train their useless staff to keep customers coming back.

Vegetarian options available (dolsot bi bim bap was great but ask for vegetarian no egg explicitly). Reasonable prices. Lunch special and bbq ~$16-20, lots of food. Large space. Friendly staff.

Had a lovely meal here last night. They were close to closing, but accommodated us. They even had to let us in, as the mall entrances were locked afterhours. The cuts of meat were great and plentiful. The dipping sauce/seasoning on the side was minimalistic, but perfect. My overall positive experience was bolstered by their stellar service. The servers were gracious and attentive our entire visit. I look forward to coming back!

Also side rice is free so my asian brain is fulfilled. The employee was super friendly and nice. Also he's kinda cute 😳. Quite satisfied so I will give it 5 stars in good faith

Great Korean BBQ here. Extensive menu, food is good and delicious. Not a big fan of the sashimi here that came with the set menu but everything else was good. Service was okay though, food came out fast but they were not too attentive however it seemed like there was only one staff on the floor today. Overall good experience, I would come back again!

I think the other foods are ok the soup and japchae are good but I think the pancake could be crispier. It is hard because I had the one at sura and dolpan in Richmond and they are both better. The other thing I noticed in the reviews is their service. I think that the servers were very friendly and honestly they are understaffed. There were two younger looking guys there and they are friendly but it was just the two of them and they were running around the entire time so we cannot blame them really for not checking up on people. Perhaps more experience on their part would help but they never stopped working the entire time I was there. Think about it, they have to bring out the dishes and change grills for all the people who are barbecuing, and oil the pans it’s a lot for two people. I would cut them some slack and they need some encouragement to be working at a busier place perhaps more staff would also help.
