    Starting off by saying I love going to the gym, I've visited many gyms all over Canada and the US and take pride in striving myself to be better. I have never competed and really am not even in "good" shape, I like to workout and also enjoy too many cookies in one sitting. I contacted Jason and his team to find a more open environment over the cookie-cutter box gyms, those seem to cater to those who enjoy socializing over going to a gym. I was paired with a coach who has similar outlooks in exercise as I do and the gym is honestly a really cool spot. Bit of a drive for me, but coming from Alberta, I really value the unique atmosphere at Genuine Athletics! This gym really focus' on selling the "Quality" of a workout and working towards your goals opposed to trying to fill it with as many members as possible. If you're looking to achieve some fitness goals (or even find some motivation) I strongly recommend reaching out! As with all my other gym reviews, I will update this after a couple visits, but have to say I am quite excited to get on track with Jason and his team! Adding this review in response to "Jess G" as shaming a business for something that may (or may not) have happened is really a reflection of low self esteem. Especially to hide behind a pseudonym with the keyboard warrior outlook, Jess; for someone who only has 3 reviews and 2 are 1 star, I feel you are the type of person who has a bad experience through your own tinted lenses. Small business owners are human too and a phone call can go a long way opposed to being a Karen.

    I met Jeff Rolland today for the first time. Our session was fantastic and I left the appointment feeling that everything that needed to be addressed was covered. Jeff has high level knowledge that he is able to apply with success. He is able to break down complex body issues or situations to me.. the client.. in a simple way so that I can understand what we are doing and why to better my health and recovery. I think anyone who is interested in their first physio visit would benefit from Jeff’s friendly and wise approach. The facility was also very neat and clean … just as you would hope for a high level gym / performance centre.

    I’ve been training with Satty for a month now, and initially, I was intimidated to reach out, but his work speaks for itself, so, I gave in, and I don’t regret it. He really takes the time to make sure that his programming is client centered. He listens to your goals, identifies your needs, and works with you at your own pace. Given his no-nonsense approach and experience, he can respond to any of your questions with sound reasoning. This guy knows what he is talking about! Highly recommend him! Just want to say thank you to the Genuine Athletics Team and Jason who are always so welcoming, and have created such a friendly and motivating environment to train in!

    I made my first review (down below) a year ago so here is my update: (today) I have been a part of the Genuine Athletics community for nearly two years and counting. My primary trainer is Jason Bell and I have done many sessions with Mike and Sat as well. I have not yet had a chance to do as session with Callea but I am looking forward to it as she is clearly a powerhouse in the gym. I have spent my life as a high level athlete and I came into contact with Jason when fairly severe health issues (including fibromyalgia and multiple autoimmune diseases) and injuries (including torn ACL and a fractured hip) had my coaches and health teams telling me to remain pretty much on bed rest. These are not all issues that will disappear and as an athlete a dead end was not what I hoped for. Moreover, I was not a case many trainers were willing to work with because it would not be easy and there was no guarantee of success. Jason still took me on. He has collaborated with my medical team, physiotherapists, and chiropractors as well as linked me to other incredible practitioners to keep me moving and medically safe. He has also taken the time to take courses and do research far outside of his paycheque in order to tailor my diet, recovery, and training to allow me to progress while being mindful of my health. It is tough and there is often back tracking and baby steps but at the end of the day I am still on the field and he always has my back. In fact, I have hit PRs far beyond what I thought I could, run half marathons, and joined some more sports alongside my primary. So much better than bed rest! With Jason I have been able to learn and feel confident conducting proper warm up, recovery, maintenance, and nutrition for MY body as well as build the ability to train across styles. I have introduced teammates, friends who have never stepped in a gym, and brought in my mother for sessions with Jason- as well as bootcamps and seminars Genuine Athletics runs- and all of them enjoyed their time and walk away feeling they have actually learned something individually that they can implement on their own. Moreover, all were eager to (and have) come back and felt that they were capable and belonged in the gym. Finding trainers who will work with you to increase your own independence and capabilities no matter what level of fitness you enter at is not easy. It is even harder to find a trainer willing to try and beat the odds. True to their name, Genuine Athletics are the trainers you need. (1 year ago) I have been fortunate enough to play high level sports my entire life. This came with many and all types of team and individual trainers and coaches. What makes Genuine Athletics different is the trainers never put you in a ‘box’. They do not force you into only a bikini competitor or only a soccer player or only a marathon runner. You are trained for everything you do and want to do. They do not treat you like you are broken or say “you can’t” because of past or current injuries. If you have the will they will be your way. And, they do not ‘choose’ a stereotype client. I have seen and trained beside Team Canada softball players, fellow personal trainers, and badass moms, who at the end of the day are all there for the same thing. To sweat it out. If you are tired of “cookie-cutter” diet plans, being forced to train for only one sport, or are tired of hearing “you can’t do that anymore” these are the trainers and the community for you. PS. Jason is NOT your typical trainer. He does not make you reliant on him. He teaches you how to be successful at your training and recovery with and without him. He trains you in many different styles (even ones I did not think I could do). And, he genuinely cares about his clients as people not as dollar signs. He remembers my games, my work events, and my family always and he is contagiously excited (if not more excited than you will be) at every progression you make.

    I had the pleasure of training with Sat and he has been not only an amazing trainer but an amazing friend. He truly cares about all of his clients and establishes meaningful relationships with all of them. I have already seen a big improvement with my form and overall strength and I couldn’t be more excited. I highly recommend training with Genuine Athletics as they put their clients first and make sure that all of their clients accomplish their goals!

    The Genuine athletics team are some of the best trainers in town training out of a facility with just about all the equipment you can think of. Jason himself is a wealth of knowledge. From sound nutritional advice to having experience in power lifting, strong man, olympic weight lifting and body building. He's even done cross fit... I've had a great experience with Jason and have heard nothing but great things about his team as well. Personally I prefer the one on one sessions but they do offer group training as well for anyone looking for a budget friendly option.

    Not only is Jason an amazing friend - He is amazing at his job. Genuine Athletics is all about positivity and motivating you to be the best version of yourself. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in this field and you can always count on him to be your number one fan. He gives killer work outs which vary every time you see him, and always knows how to get you where you want to be! 12/10 will ALWAYS recommend his programs to anyone who is looking to improve their lifestyle!

    I signed up with Brendan at Genuine. He is a young trainer and is very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he designed a plan for me to achieve my goals. He ensured my expectations were realistic, and attainable. He broke down every weight movement and explained the reasons for the development. Provided meal plan as well. Very grateful to have met him on my wellness journey. The entire staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Take your fitness dreams to Genuine, they will help you reach them.

    Jason is a very caring individual that has the experience with helping others reach their goals. Jason is an outstanding person and he has always excelled at everything life has thrown at him. I have the utmost respect for this person and the work that he does to help others. I have trained with Genuine Athletics over the last year. With Jason Bell and mainly with Satveer Rai. Satveer has helped me push my limits. Sat has helped me build consistency and also confidence in the gym and with all of my lifts. Ever since I started training with Genuine Athletics, I was injured and deterred by the gym. I’ve completely revamped my dedication and love for training. This group helps you accomplish your goals through consistency but moreover they will bring out a better version of you. I am proud to be a Genuine Athlete. 10/10 for G.A.

    I have been to many gyms but this gym is by far the best quality, and is hidden gem that I am grateful that I have found. From day one the vibe here has been positive and supportive from the owner Jason to all the personal trainers everyone is friendly and wants you to succeed. I have been working with Cynthia for 6 months now and she is amazing personal trainer! I am very grateful that we have built a strong bond of trust and she encourages and supports me to reach my goals. She is incredibly positive and passionate about training and teaching her clients to be the best. I highly recommend genuine athletics and Cynthia as a personal trainer!

    The trainers here are very knowledgeable and love what they do. Combined with all the high quality equipment that they have (can cater to powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding and strength & conditioning as well as boxing/kickboxing) this is an excellent place to train. Jason, the gym owner, is one of the strongest people in Canada (a professional strongman) also has achievements in bodybuilding and field sports. If you are looking for group classes, you can't do much better than this gym.

    Over the past few months I’ve been having personal training at Genuine Athletics with Byron. Both the staff and the gym itself are amazing. Byron has helped me gain a better understanding of working out and taught me how to properly lift weights without injuring myself. I can now comfortably go to a public gym and workout without the fear of possibly injuring myself like i did two years ago. I can’t wait to come back

    I highly recommend genuine athletics! I met Jason Bell 2 years ago at a CrossFit competition. I was absolutely impressed with his knowledge and understanding of PCOS & Adrenal Fatigue. Jason is compassionate and supportive. Jason continues to coach me through my fitness goals and journey. Jason’s patience, support and in depth knowledge of fitness, power lifting and nutrition keeps me going on the daily! I highly recommend hiring Jason or any of his team to help reach your goals!     Jason Bell has built an amazing and versatile gym, that has some of the best strength training equipment, and in which is fostered a positive and welcoming training community. Genuine Athletics has a motivating and inclusive environment, where the employees are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The space is clean and has a lot of nice and unique touches. I visited to train with friends and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I definitely recommend this gym!

    There’s no gym like Genuine Athletics and that’s just a fact. It is hands down the best facility that I’ve ever been to with the best trainers that I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know. I started by taking group classes with JASON BELL and he pushes you to your absolute best. I also take classes with MIKE CHAN and they’re so incredibly motivating. These classes are challenging there’s no doubt about it but they push you to heights you never knew existed. Just when you think you’re at your last rep they manage to push you that extra mile which really helps in both your personal and physical growth. All the other class members are equally as kind and encouraging, there’s a real team mentality with everyone going through the workouts with you. I’m very thankful that I’ve been able to workout alongside the folks here at Genuine Athletics they’re such great people with amazing goals for everyone who walks through their doors. I can’t say enough good things about them. Check them out! You won’t regret it.

    I had the pleasure of training online with Jason last year for a few months and would not be where i am today without his guidance. I was surprised at how well he was able to cue and adjust my technique for squats and I now feel confident about tracking and adjusting my macros. What made him different from other coaches I had in the past was that he focused on teaching me how to be independent rather than reliant on him and his services. The guy even checks in with me from time to time to this day! Cannot recommend Jason and his team at Genuine Athletics more!

    Jason is an awesome Coach and I’ve really enjoyed being apart of Genuine Athletics. Both my nutrition and workouts were exactly what I was looking for and when ever I had questions or wasn’t sure of something, Jason was able clarify it and make everything make sense to me. If you stay committed to the process you will definitely see results and will learn a ton along the way. Would definitely recommend them if you feel stuck in your training and need something to change it up. Appreciate everything guys!

    My experience with Genuine Athletics has been extremely positive. Having had gym anxiety for multiple years, Coach Callea was exactly what I needed. Although all the Genuine Athletic trainers are great, I cannot recommend Callea enough! She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and will work with you where you’re at. She’s a superb coach and an even better partner for all your fitness needs :)

    I have been working with Tarah for about 2 months now and couldn’t be happier with how it has been going so far. Tarah has helped me to narrow in on my goals, and provided me with the tools and knowledge to achieve them. When I first started, I was reluctant to start a nutrition plan, as in the past I had found them to be overwhelming and restrictive. Tarah has created a plan that not only has been easy to maintain, but has also allowed for balance. She has been readily available through phone/text if I have any questions about the program, and is fun, easy to get along with, and wants you to succeed making sessions with her all the more enjoyable. Whether you are just starting out, or experienced in the gym I highly recommend Tarah and the team and genuine athletics!

    Tarah is a great trainer. Throughout my workouts, she provides me with feedback on how to improve my form to get the most out of my exercises. Tarah is attentive to my body mechanics, and would adjusts my workout accordingly. She’s always enthusiastic and easy going. Tarah also made me a meal plan that’s easy to follow, and suggests delicious recipes to try out.

    I have been with Genuine Athletics (under Coach Jason) since December 2019, even during the 2-month gym closure, training at home. He has worked with me as a friend and a true coach, showing me the correct direction always. I have increased my strength and endurance tremendously with Jason helping and communicating with me almost every other day. Repping out my 1 rep maxes at the start of the journey for more than 8-10 reps now, Genuine Athletics and Coach Jason have been the biggest support and the best Guru I could’ve asked ever for 🙌💪

    Genuine Athletics is a great gym to be at, everyone has a goal and a purpose to be there. You always get motivated by others to get your workout done. All the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Gavin is a great trainer he is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.     Jason’s gym, Genuine Athletics is an amazing facility. I highly recommend going here for your personal training needs. Everyone at the facility is friendly and super welcoming. My personal trainer, Rajan, was a fantastic coach and very accommodating with my workout schedule. He was also very knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. He kept the workouts interesting and challenging so they didn’t become mundane and repetitive. I was recommended this place by someone and it definitely met up to my expectations and then some. The gym is also super clean and well maintained.

    My fav RMT Carlee started working at Genuine Athletics. She told me what an awesome gym it was and that they also offer personal training. I recently started training with Cynthia and she is amazing!! It was my first time working with a trainer so I didn’t know what to expect but so far I’m loving it. She is super sweet, pushes me during my workouts and is very encouraging. So excited to keep working with her! The overall vibe of the gym is great. The owner Jason and the rest of the staff are very friendly and inviting! :) 10/10 would totally recommended this place.

    Training with coach Jessica was an amazing experience! She built me a challenging and effective workout plan, and offered me guidance every step of the way. She cares about her clients and truly makes you feel listened to throughout the whole process. Very personable and educated coach! She was more than willing to adapt and work alongside my pregnancy and change things up as needed. I will definitely be training with Jess again once I'm postpartum! Best experience at such a beautiful facility, nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend everyone check out Genuine Athletics, and train with coach Jessica if you want to see results! :)

    I have been training with Genuine Athletics since 2019 and personally known Jason since 2018! Jason and his entire team is very goal driven and produce results. I've referred numerous people over the years and not one has complained. All the training and coaching provided is specific to each person which is nice because they work around your schedule. Highly recommend this team if you have goals in mind whether it's loosing weight, gaining strength, or training for any competition.

    No facility better than Genuine Athletics. I’ve been training intensely for 10 years. In those years, I’ve had an NCAA scholarship with some fantastic trainers and trained at multiple athletic facilities. This gym trumps all other facilities I’ve been too and allows me to train for marathons and cross-fit events I still participate in. Hands down the best equipment, nicest and most knowledgeable staff and trainers, and overall has everything to accommodate any type of training. Super thankful to be a member at such an amazing gym and would highly recommend to any athlete or person who is looking for training!

    I have been working with Jason for some time now and my experience has been fantastic. I have had personal trainers before but Genuine Athletics really raises the bar. I went into it thinking I was fit but boy was I wrong. The work out programs he put together for me were like nothing I have ever seen. It doesn't stop there, you get all kinds of tips and tricks with diet and stretching. His knowledgr is endless. Couldn't be happier and the results have been amazing. Couldn't recommend more!

    I’ve been training with Jason for more than a year now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training twice a week with Jason and had many goals, yet was not seeing the results I wanted. When I told Jason I wanted to go compete in my first powerlifting competition, Jason helped me accomplish my goals. I worked hard and followed Jason’s guidelines and a timeline to get it done, I was able to take home gold in my first ever powerlifting competition. Jason made me realize and believed in me that anything is possible when you put your mindset to it. Jason is focused on helping me achieve my goals fitness every session challenging and somehow fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen huge improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. More importantly Jason ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Mike’s knowledge about sports and corrective exercises has become a huge part of me being able to perform better at the gym but also powerlifting. Mike’s perfect combination of diverse training methods and challenging yet achievable goal setting has allowed me to grow in my fitness industry. Mike is a truly excellent personal trainer. He is skilled, thoughtful, sensible and a pleasure to work with and talk to. He works with the whole personal mentally, emotionally and physically. Over this past two weeks, Mike has given me the motivation to continue training even with such a busy schedule, he has kept me moving. Mike allowed me to improve my upper body strength, flexibility and balance. Mike is always pleasant while reminding me to maintain a correct body position. I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with Mike. Callea’s strength is in providing a program that never gets old or stale. She has the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques along with different types of fitness equipment. She really takes the time to get to know you and understand your personal fitness goals. Her focus on proper form and technique really impressed me compared to other experiences with trainers. Most of all, we have a great time together which make the sessions go by quickly I had struggled with my weight and body image for the last couple of years due to me working two jobs before I met her and she really helped put things in perspective for me and alongside with Jason. Also, I have been in and out of gyms for the better part of the last couple of years; I would lose weight and put it all back on and then go through the same soul-crushing experience again. Working out with Callea has helped me understand my body better, With Callea, I have made breakthroughs in understanding my own physical limits and, what works and what doesn’t, and structuring my workouts accordingly. She is not only very good at her job, but is an immensely compassionate and kind person. A great life-coach in the making! I recommend her highly.

    Definitely the best gym I’ve been to. Has all the equipment you need and is very much high end. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. My PT Brendan is very supportive, knowledgeable and pushes you to get the results you want. With a training plan as well as meal plan that suits my needs. The whole atmosphere is great and has a I would highly recommend going to genuine athletics.

    It had been years since I had stepped into the realm of following a plan, dictated by a professional like Jason. I have played and competed in contact sports my entire life, and as I look to take it to the next level, I am unequivocally, positive that Mr. Bell has the competency and knowledge to guide me there. But, beyond that, his facility, team and equipment is top tier.     Genuine Athletics Walking through the front door of a gym was extremely intimidating for me to think about but, I knew it was what I needed to do to get to the next step in my fitness journey. I chose Genuine Athletics because it has a smaller, specific clientele and it feels like a family as soon as you enter! I have been training with Mike Chan for 2 and a half months now and he is such an amazing, knowledgeable trainer who pushes me out of my comfort zone and never lets me wimp out! I have gotten stronger and thinner all the while eating more! Mike gives me a meal plan to follow and checks in to see how its going. Every 4 weeks I get a new phase of workouts specifically to my areas I need to work on to reach my goals! Mike is fun, energetic, enthusiastic, encouraging and gets me pumped up and excited to workout every time! I am seeing results and becoming more confident in my skin! Strong is the new skinny and I am on my way to becoming the strong badass woman I was meant to be! 💪🏼 I love going to the gym and I can honestly say its one of the best parts of my day!

    Absolutely love this place. They have a super welcoming environment while also encouraging self betterment. I just got back from a session with Desiree, to whom I cannot give enough thanks for her encouragement throughout the day. Her positive attitude and choice of music has been unlike that of any personal trainer I’ve ever trained with, and it is reflected in my progress.     Awesome trainers! I trained with Sat for 3 months and I never thought I would see such noticeable results but I did. Though I was trained to be stronger, I learned other things along the way. I learned to push myself harder than I have ever done before and be more disciplined on working out and eating healthy consistently. Sat was able to answer all my questions and pinpoint problems whenever I have a hard time on doing an exercise move. Amazing experience working with this team!

    I've been going to Callea of Genuine Athletics since February of 2020. I had my son May 2019. I had extreme nerve damage in both my legs from birthing my son. Also suffered from post partum for 7 months after birth. Callea built be back up stronger than ever i can do lunges, squats, heavy hip thrusts and most of all carry my son without struggling. I went from sleeping on the couch for months because i couldn't go up and down my stairs or on and off my bed to crushing personal set goals. I also shed the baby weight off and look better than i did prior to having my son! Calleas SWEET, knowledgable and professional. I can honestly say these people are my family now.     I trained with Callea for about 4 months this past year, and can honestly say I wouldn't have anyone else as my first personal trainer! While I didn't have any specific goals for myself when I first started (other than wanting to get stronger and build my endurance), with her expertise, she was able to create a program for me which which pushed me to train consistently and efficiently. This included guidance on diet and meal suggestions. She was readily available via text if I had any questions about the program or nutrition in general. She is also a fun, warm and easy-going person in general, which makes sessions all the more enjoyable! If you're looking to get fit for 2021 I 100% recommend you get in touch with her and the folks at Genuine, because I guarantee you'll meet the most genuine trainers who will be there for you throughout your fitness journey!

    Have been training with Callea, she is amazing! She is always available for any questions about my diet or exercises even the ones I do at home. She pushes me hard but like a friend would. She has such an amazing personality as well, that makes one feel so welcoming. I really look forward to my workouts with her, I am dying by the end of them but its the best way to start my mornings. I highly recommend her!

    As someone who trains here, the owner, Jason lacks interpersonal communications as I had a negative experience with him, arguing with me over unneccessary issue. I would not enroll to their services nor would I recommend them to my friends or colleagues.

    I have been training with mike and Jason since November and have seen amazing results! They are truly genuine and passionate about what they do and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. They support and push you throughout each session, I leave each session feeling accomplished with my workouts! They are highly knowledgeable with health, strengthening and conditioning, supplements, nutrition etc! Highly recommend these guys!!     Highly recommend Genuine Athletics! My personal trainer was Sat and I’m so thankful he was my personal trainer. He taught me the importance of proper nutrition and created exercises that best suited me. He was available 24/7 to answer any questions or need a moment of encouragement. My sessions with Sat was always fun and therapeutic even though intense (many times I felt like I couldn’t feel my legs). It’s almost been a year ago I trained with Sat and I can definitely say it was one of the best investments I made for myself!

    My experience with Genuine Athletics has been incredible. I’ve been struggling with my deadlifts for over a year and Satty has been giving me the best advice for form to reach my personal records. Satty & Mike have given the best advice for nutrition as well for experience I have cut down 15lbs in about a month.

    If you really want to change your lifestyle, gain confidence, and strengthen your body, Genuine Athletics is the way to go. Callea is my trainer and she is amazing! She is full of positivity and energy. I have been working with her for months now and I can see how she is truly passionate about the work she does and her clients. Callea has always motivated me and encouraged me every single session. She's been there for me with all my ups and downs and for that I'm so grateful. Callea has taught me so much about training, we literally started from the absolute basics to now training heavy. She also helped me to strengthen my ankle which was previously injured and very weak. Callea truly cares about her clients and wants them to succeed. Because of training with her, I have gained so much more confidence, strength, and happiness!     Jason is very intelligent. He’s all about communication, if you’re having a tough time.. just reach out. He’s more than happy to help. He definitely knows how to push you and build your confidence. But, just remember.. you get what you put in. He can’t put the effort in for you, he can only push you. What you give him, he will give back.

    Callea had just finished her education for becoming a fitness trainer and I was her very first client. I feel so lucky to have had Callea as my fitness trainer who inspired me everyday to be better than the day before. Callea taught me so much, but also went beyond that to show her love and care for me. I’m so grateful for her efforts.     The entire genuine athletics team is so knowledgeable! Each one of these guys has their niche as well as diversity in their training methods. Jason in particular is fabulous, so helpful terms of perfecting your techniques. I’ve been able to learn a lot off him, especially when it comes to deadlifting/squats. Highly recommend these guys!

    I’ve been a client of Genuine Athletics for almost a year now! Jason helped me get stronger while also being very cognizant of my previous injuries. He didn’t limit me, unlike other trainers who told me to avoid certain exercises. He taught me how to deal with any muscle imbalances I have while also teaching me about powerlifting techniques and eating healthy ! (I still have cheat meals but I am lot healthier now, sorry Jason, can’t give up my pork belly). I am a lot stronger now physically and mentally! I’ve trained with the other trainers as well, each of them offering something unique but all consistently very knowledgeable and motivating. Sat, Mike and Callea are all amazing as well! They have all competed in either bodybuilding or powerlifting , so they know what their clients are going through. They’re not pushy either, so don’t be afraid to book a consultation, you won’t regret it!

    Had a great experience training with Jason at Genuine Athletics. I mostly did the online training with a couple in person sessions. I was able to drop weight consistently and really see huge changes that I was previously struggling to make. My strength went way up and body composition changed completely. The program he gave me was tailored to me and covered everything from stretching to how many seconds each rep should be performed. It was also motivating seeing other clients in the team and how far they progressed as well.

    Trained with coach Callea for 3 months, she is by far the most knowledgeable and professional trainer I have ever had!     I have trained with Satveer and it was a great experience! I originally came to Sat because I was not reaching the goals I wanted on my own. He is very supportive and goes above and beyond to help reach your goals. Sat helped me get out of my comfort zone, and before I knew it I was standing at my very first powerlifting competition and holding a gold medal. Sat has helped me reached above my goal expectations, goals I never thought I would ever be able to reach. I’ve seen huge improvements and could not have done it without Sat. He has taught me better daily habits regarding exercise and nutrition, and taught me how to adjust my training depending on what my goal Is. Sat has also taught me how to stay on track with the plan while enjoying my food! Sat has a wide background in strength, conditioning, body transformation as well as nutrition.     It was a great pleasure working with Satveer Rai from Genuine Athletics - I was looking for a coach for my powerlifting athletic competition 4 months ago & I was truly amaze with the results working Online Coaching with him. The results was progressing every week & my personal records for my 3 Main lifts (Bench, Squat & Deadlifts) we’re increasing with results. His weekly check ins made me focus on the wins & the weaknesses I need working on!     Genuine Athletics as a company and a team is incomparable to others. Professionalism and care for their clients is an understatement. Luckily for me i got to work with each member of the team and i noticed and appreciated each individuals style and coaching technique.     Cynthia is an AMAZING trainer! I have been her client for two months and lost 13 lbs! She's very knowledgeable, about all things personal training and nutrition. She will go out of her way to make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed and focuses on getting form right so you can feel confident when doing the exercises yourself. I have just signed up for another three months with Cynthia because she is so motivated and enthusiastic to help others reach there goal. Cynthia is kind and approachable which is why I would recommend her to others as a personal trainer.

    I've been going to Genuine since June 2023 and I highly recommend it! It's a beautiful new space, everyone is friendly and welcoming and the trainers are very knowledgeable. I have been working with Rajan and he is EXCELLENT. I have worked with many trainers in the past, but no one comes close to Rajan! He trains my entire family! He is very knowledgeable and handles any limitations with ease. My overall fitness has improved dramatically since the summer and I've transitioned from someone who dreaded the gym to someone who genuinely enjoys it (miracles happen folks!!). If you are wondering whether to join Genuine, rest assured, you won't regret it.
