Utterly Disgusting smh! The lack of professionalism and care for someone's food shows that this establishment needs to be investigated from the people that prepare the food, to the cashier's, to management that hires people that these people at this establishment. I will never ever ever come here again and I recommend to anyone that they should not come here either. I wish I could give this establishment negative 1 star.

The front end lady who took my order was very rude. I ordered a large coke. I tried to give het the money, she walked away and started giving out orders. The other team member handed me my drink. So I went and sat down. She comes up to me about 5 minutes later and says my credit credit card was declined. I said I didn't use a credit card, I tried to pay u cash but u walk away. She had a really bad attitude.

I went McDonald’s late 11:30pm. I’ve Never had McDonald’s in this location so fresh Hot and Fast and it was a line. Who ever took my order was so kind & whoever made my food kudos to all of them from the guy who took my money & the guy who guy me my food All So nice GREAT JOB GUYS✊🏼

This mcdonald should really close Overnight. I work overnight, so this is my fifth or sixth time. Going to them for lunch or on my break time, and it's only cash. I know 80% Of the time, From 2am to 4am They accept no credit card and no mobile orders.

Recently stopped here and placed a curbside pickup order via the app. It wasn't even busy and I waited 25 minutes in the parking spot before I decided to go in and see what's up. As I was going in, staff was bringing my food out to my car finally. I grabbed it and left. Turns out I was missing a whole spicy McChicken and I asked for only onions for my cheeseburger, they added everything but onions... No customer support options on the app to fix your order so I'm out of luck. I guess I'll do my own quality control checks moving forward.

This location has gotten much better after the overhaul. No issues with orders, staff is good. I used to avoid this location for years... Now, it's just fine.

I just bought me some McChickens and medium fries 06/21/23 8:50 pm, my fries are half way like literally my mcchickens are cold. Female manager with glasses short hair is rude handing out the food. AS A MANGER YOU SHOULDVE SEEN HOW MY FRIES WERE EMPTY. VERY POOR SERVICE. I HOPE CORPORATE DOES SOMETHING WITH THESE NIGHT SHIFT PEOPLE.

I have really never had that many issues with this McDonald's and it is very clean the drive-thru is amazing as the people that were working there are not incompetent and they give the people in and out so quickly it is a super clean like I said McDonald's and I do not think that I've ever had any issues with this McDonald's...!!! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING & USING THE THE MCDONALD'S APP EVERY SINGLE TRIP TO MCDONALD'S...!!! IF YOU ARE WITH YOUR PARTNER OR HUSBAND OR WIFE AND YOU BOTH HAVE PHONES I SUGGEST DOWNLOADING THE APP AND THEN ASKING FOR A SECONDARY ORDER SO THAT YOU CAN USE A S COUPON ORDEAL AND EVERY DOLLAR THAT YOU SPEND ACTUALLY GAINS YOU TEN POINTS WHICH IS AMAZING AND I ARE JUST LOVING IT MIGHT EVEN GAVE YOU A HUNDRED POINTS I'M NOT FOR CERTAIN SINCE $10 HAS ME YEAH YEAH I HAVE 10,000 POINTS FOR A FREE BIG MAC A FREE QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE...! THERE ARE DEALS ALL THE TIME AND YOU JUST CLICK ON THEM WHEN YOU'RE IN THE DRIVE-THRU AND USE THAT RESTAURANT AND YOU LET THEM KNOW THAT THE FOUR-DIGIT NUMBER AHEAD OF TIME OR YOU CAN ORDER AHEAD OF TIME AND LINK A CARD AND THEN AGAIN YOU EVEN MORE POINTS I ABSOLUTELY JUST BAGGED AND INSIST AND LOVE THIS APP AND I ATE HOPE THAT ALL THAT READ THIS WILL DOWNLOAD IT AND YOU WILL SEE HOW MUCH MONEY THAT YOU ARE CAPABLE OF SAVING AT MCDONALD'S GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS MCDONALD'S FOR BEING SO CLEAN AND SO AWESOME....!!!

I went inside and got quick friendly service. The fries were fresh and hot. One small problem was I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and no pickles or onions. The special order came out perfectly, but I got it on a regular bun like a cheeseburger. Quarter Pounders are supposed to have sesame seeds. A minor nitpick maybe they were out of sesame seed buns, it was just not what I was expecting.

I was there for breakfast and my sandwich and hash browns was delicious. But my medium size orange just was watered down. So at this point I've been to the same McDonald's three different times and either the food is good or the orange juice is bad or the food is cold/bad and the juice is good. At this point I need to switch it up and start going elsewhere for my breakfast.

Just left here on Dec. 4th around 7:30pm and I went through the drive thru and I asked this nasty looking boy that was at the 2nd window If I can get a large water and he had an attitude then he was acting suspicious looking around then I saw he poured water from a smaller cup into the cup he was giving me then be filled the rest up! Just nasty! I’m guessing he was drinking out that water and poured it into mine🤢 DO NOT TRUST THIS MCDONALDS THEY ARE VERYYYY NASTY‼️‼️ I will be making calls around about this so I hope they have cameras too prove I’m wrong!

They were slow and got the order completely wrong! How is it that the receipt was correct, but they managed to screw up the order in its entirety? How do extra pickles turn into no pickles and extra mustard turn into no mustard... I'm confused! Will never return to this particular location!

Super friendly staff! Always pleasant and professional. Can't get the quality or service where I live, so I drive to Richton Park.
