We visited Go Burger randomly on our way to Riverhead by searching quick fix places or fast food with great reviews. Go Burgur popped up in the neighborhood and the decor looks really modern & cozy. The options on menu are decent and all burgers are customizable & made fresh. We had thier Boneless Buffalo Wings and Single Burger with preferred toppings. The food was delicious, especially the burger, well grilled & juicy. However, the staff was friendly but a little reluctant. They didnt tell us if you don't ask for toppings which are free on your burger, it would be nothing but a patty. We requested to add some topping after we received our orders.

At 3:15 today Long Island became a little bit more exciting. My daughter passed her road test. In celebration of such we asked her where she wanted to go. She decided tonight she wanted to go to @go burger in ridge. First of all I want to remark how amazingly spotless the kitchen looks. The owner/manager I'm still not sure who it is is ridiculously nice. He makes every visit feel like you are his number one priority. He always greet you with a smile and I swear I remember your name. The girl child had a double Patty Burger which she said was great. Had onions cheese and pickles on it. The boy child just got a chicken finger platter. Of course he asked for sides of buffalo sauce devoured them. They look like they were cooked correctly. The wife had a simple cheeseburger nothing too impressive but she absolutely loved it. I went for something different and had a Philly cheese steak. I don't put salt on anything so for me this was a little salty but it was still great. I also ordered a loaded tater tot side which was great lots of bacon. For dessert we all got shakes chocolate and vanilla and strawberry. I know we are very exciting and adventurous LOL.

Updated: 6/10/23 stopped in to grab some takeout. It was busy with a lot of call in orders and people showing up to place an order. Well managed and food came out delicious. Offered to bring to car when order was ready. Always great service and food. 😀 Pleasently surprised to see they had a few beers on tap. Nice to order a drink and sit down while waiting for food to be ready.. may have stayed to eat the food if I knew I could have a beer or 2 with dinner. Really delicious burger and fries. I ordered sweet potato fries and only got regular though. Regular fries were tasty too tho. Got a bag of donuts for my kids and they really enjoyed them. Will be back again.

Wow!! That was really good! I got the Philly cheesesteak and a side of fries. The fries are delicious. Nice crisp to them and perfectly seasoned with salt. I saw a suggestion to add cherry peppers and pepper jack cheese to it and man was that on point! It was delicious! Steak was perfectly cooked on a fantastic piece of bread which definitely added to the quality.

Go burger is a delicious best kept secret. Everything I have ever ordered has always hit the spot. If you're interested in trying to be semi-healthy, you could do the Buffalo chicken salad. If you're a fan of a good shake, this place has you covered on that end as well. Customer service is always highly respectful and patient. One drawback I could say about this place is that it is a little on the expensive side if im being honest. However, it is worth every cent. So if you happen to see this one or their other locations, definitely go in and get a bite. Your stomach won't be mad at you, lol

Wow! Just amazing people and food! It’s so nice to see people this sweet during the holidays! The GM and staff were super friendly to us and made us feel so accommodated and welcomed! This was our first time here and have never met a better staff. Truly good people, we will Deff be coming back and we live 45 min away!! Amazing food and recommend the fries, chocolate shake, and go sauce especially!!!

First time there and I was really impressed! Great juicy burgers... cooked perfectly! Fries were amazing and onion rings were awesome too! Looking forward to my next visit! Great service great food!

The inside is a nice cozy place. Wooden tables and pipe attire. Very friendly staff. Reasonable pricing for food. The burgers are really tasty and they have a lot of toppings. Little pricey but for a burger and fries and a drink you will be full. Wanted the milkshake but didn't want to risk a food coma. Overall a great place. A must go to.

We absolutely love them! Everything is fresh and delicious. We get food from here a few times a week and are never disappointed. I try to get good pictures (attached what I have), but it’s hard because I am usually digging in to whatever we got as soon as I can. We have tried almost everything on the menu and it has honestly all been fantastic. You can taste how fresh all the ingredients are and that everything is made to order. What else can you ask for?! Thank you guys for being so amazing! Keep it up :)

Go Burger Ridge charges quite a bit if you want to add cheese on the burger. They cut the slice of cheese so thin. By the time you are ready to eat, the cheese has almost disappeared from the hot burger. You paid all this money for cheese and can’t even taste it on the burger. The cheese needs to be cut much thicker. Otherwise I don’t have anymore complaints. The food is good.

Burgers are pretty good here, fries are horrid. Service is HORRIBLE. Record amount of people waiting around to pick up deliveries. Feel so horrible for the customers placing new orders to sit here all night :( Unfortunately I see no manager or owner here caring much at all.

Go Burger has simply done it again. I've been here 3 or 4 times over the last 2 years and the only reason I don't come here more frequently is because I live in another state, but whenever I'm on Long Island, this is a MUST HAVE stop for me. The food is never short of phenomenal. The staff is always incredibly pleasant, and the weekly shake specials are always fresh both in taste and in variety. If you haven't come to Go Burger, you are not only missing out but also doing yourself an egregious disservice. Come find the peace, joy, and satisfaction you've always longed for-- in the form of delicious food that is sure to make Go Burger a must have in your own life.
