Tried
to
call
several
times
to
make
reservations
and
nobody
has
answered
the
phone
between
the
hours
of
9am
and
2pm
on
multiple
occasions.
I
stayed
the
night
on
a
whim
passing
through
even
though
I
was
unable
to
make
a
reservation.
But
was
able
to
get
a
room.
Then
in
the
morning
I
realized
why
when
the
heavy
set
Latino
desk
woman
was
talking
to
a
friend
and
had
a
nasty
attitude
and
figured
that
she
was
the
one
who
had
the
issue
with
picking
up
the
phone
when
people
call
and
when
a
voice
mail
is
left
doesn't
return
calls.
AS
far
as
the
rest
of
the
staff
they
are
great
and
very
friendly
and
helpful.
But
just
not
that
sparky
Latino
lady
who
seems
to
have
a
chip
on
her
shoulder.
And
was
treated
with
the
respect
she
deserves.
Would
I
stay
here
again
but
preferably
not
when
the
sloth
lady
is
working
because
she
is
just
not
very
helpful
and
has
a
serious
attitude
problem
and
zero
customer
service
skills.
If
she
was
an
employee
of
my
Company
she
would
have
been
let
go
immediately
for
having
a
an
attitude
problem
dealing
with
customers
and
failure
to
deliver
on
customer
service
the
cornerstone
of
buisness.
Let
alone
the
hotel
would
have
more
bookings
given
that
sheignores
the
phone
and
doesn't
take
the
reservations
thats
part
of
the
job
description
for
being
a
front
desk
clerk
and
she
is
definitely
a
"clerk"
since
she
just
sits
around
gossiping
with
her
friends
and
acts
like
it's
a
major
effort
to
actually
do
her
job.
She
reminds
me
of
the
character
of
Randell
in
the
Clerks
movies.
Now
the
lady
from
Tennessee
that
works
the
desk
in
the
afternoon
and
evening
is
great
and
very
friendly
and
happy
to
help
guests
with
just
about
anything.
Too
bad
you
don't
have
a
few
people
like
her
working.
So
that
you
don't
have
to
have
the
lazy
employees
like
the
Latina
lady
who
is
unhelpful,
has
a
chip
on
her
shoulder
and
is
just
a
lazy
employee
who
is
just
wanting
to
gossip
with
her
friends.
