Pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The rooms were clean, and while we didn't have time to use the pool, it also looked clean and inviting. The hotel is close to I95, but we did not notice any road noise. I spoke with the owner while there, and he was pleasant and helpful, as was the staff.

Hotel room was disgusting, they do not fix anything. Must have flooded at one point, peeling ceilings that look like they are about to fall in. Green and dark mold like substances in bathroom on walls and ceiling. Bathtub had hair and grime ring around it. Room smelled funky. Sheets had URINE stains. The headboard had hair oil spots. The refrigerator was dented and fixed with tape. Breakfast was simple and definitely not it. Everything tasted old and stale. Broken glass in parking lot. Pictures attached of what we had to deal with for reference.

The hotel looked ok for price and rating. First impression was ok - nothing fancy, desk clerk was personable. Although the room was clean, it was very run down. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where tile trim had fallen off. The sink had blobs of what looked like construction glue stuck to it. The door frame was a little bent, making the door difficult to open. Highway noise was very loud. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast included. So, if you need a place to sleep, this place wasn't too bad. At least the area seemed safe.

I noticed a review a week ago with the same room as us. We experienced the same issues, nothing has been done! Should have read it before staying here! The room was very dirty, grime build up on tile baseboards, floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in months. The microwave had an error code on it. The plug in on the lamp stand has a short in it, be careful! The bed was ok. A little too firm for us, and the metal support frame make loud noises when you moved on it. Our room faced the interstate, so we had very loud sounds from it ALL night long. We went to the complimentary breakfast at 6:30am , and no decaf coffee made this morning yet. It was the typical quick cardboard breakfast like most hotels. We asked for water, and they don’t even offer any! There was no fresh fruit, not even bananas. Spend a little more, and stay somewhere more comfortable and clean at least!!!!

Clean and great customer service. The breakfast selection is small, but they did have warm options, and they were good. Great value and everything you need for a quick stay.

We found the Baymont last minute and was so happy with the clerk checking us in. Room was very clean and very quiet. Breakfast was great. There was food and interest in walking distance. Pet friendly. Clean sheets.

A very nice place to stay. Very friendly service as well. Came in right after a power outage and the young lady was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience, which I appreciated. It definitely was understandable. Breakfast was a very nice array of choices.

Ann at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy plenty of towels. Out back was a beautiful park with a lake with a water fountain in the middle of it. It was so peaceful and relaxing setting by the lake after 2 day drive from Kentucky. Thanks for the hospitality!!! We will recommend it to our friends and family 👪

Overall it was just refurbished this summer and was a decent place to stay. There is a nice little path through a nature preserve as well to tire out the kids or dogs after being in a car all day. As for food goes there is a Dairy Queen and a Burger King a short walk towards the main road. They are within sight of the hotels back side that faces the preserve. Theirs also the other typical chain places as well like Wendy's as well. Hotel property was nicer than the typical hotel in the same price range. They also have an outdoor pool by the main office area as well to tire out the kids or to relax after driving all day. I would definitely stay here again.

It's right off of 95. Sleeping sucked. We were in room 108.109. The bed made noise every time you moved. The mattresses are on springs. The vending machines don't work. The rooms are not cleaned good. No tissues in the rooms. Never again for me.

A little road traffic on I95….nothing the Air or TV didn’t drown out. Otherwise room was clean annd sheets and towels clean and soft; breakfast was varied and generous.

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing! The front desk crew were always helpful and kind. The cleaning crew, especially Jazz, were fantastic! I highly recommend this Baymont!!!

Tried to call several times to make reservations and nobody has answered the phone between the hours of 9am and 2pm on multiple occasions. I stayed the night on a whim passing through even though I was unable to make a reservation. But was able to get a room. Then in the morning I realized why when the heavy set Latino desk woman was talking to a friend and had a nasty attitude and figured that she was the one who had the issue with picking up the phone when people call and when a voice mail is left doesn't return calls. AS far as the rest of the staff they are great and very friendly and helpful. But just not that sparky Latino lady who seems to have a chip on her shoulder. And was treated with the respect she deserves. Would I stay here again but preferably not when the sloth lady is working because she is just not very helpful and has a serious attitude problem and zero customer service skills. If she was an employee of my Company she would have been let go immediately for having a an attitude problem dealing with customers and failure to deliver on customer service the cornerstone of buisness. Let alone the hotel would have more bookings given that sheignores the phone and doesn't take the reservations thats part of the job description for being a front desk clerk and she is definitely a "clerk" since she just sits around gossiping with her friends and acts like it's a major effort to actually do her job. She reminds me of the character of Randell in the Clerks movies. Now the lady from Tennessee that works the desk in the afternoon and evening is great and very friendly and happy to help guests with just about anything. Too bad you don't have a few people like her working. So that you don't have to have the lazy employees like the Latina lady who is unhelpful, has a chip on her shoulder and is just a lazy employee who is just wanting to gossip with her friends.

This hotel was great for what it was intended for! The check in hostess wasn't the most polite at first but was better than most. The room was clean and everything was as said it would be. I'd definitely stay here again.

First night desk clerk, Nicole, was amazing with information, assistance and customer service. The other 3 nights were definitely lacking. Floor was not swept in the room and had dirt sticking to my feet. It was okay...

Not bad if your just looking for a quick place to stay off the road for the night, recently updated rooms but was not done well, the tv on my room was broken line right through the tv, but there was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. For the price it wasn’t bad.

Pet friendly, lovely staff, and a nature trail close by. Walking distance from fast food and that's all I could ask for. Pet fee was only 15$ per pet- affordable stop on our way to the great smokey mountains.

Looks clean, loud traffic at night. I'm not waking up at 8am on vacation to shower and rush for a coffee and muffin breakfast. Keep the breakfast open longer. On the mark for a budget travel 2-3 start hotel, as expected

The place was basically clean. The bed was very clean and the shower which are the most important. The front desk staff was friendly. There are some pet friendly rooms and a walking path outside. The ac worked well, there was highway noise but it was steady so I liked it and free breakfast was included but we walked to the Waffle House. There is also a Walgreens next door if you need anything. They do have some spider webs outside that need more frequent removal. They have cheap towels and cheap soaps but you get what you pay for. My 2nd stay there for a quick sleepover

Called to confirm rooms and got attitude from staff on the phone. Told the staff we will be arriving after 2am. We arrived 3:45am the lady at desk stated that she put a no show for the rooms. After getting the keys one room wasn’t even clean at all. I went back down to get another room. Walked in that room cigarette smell hit me in the face like someone was smoking in there a hour before. Went back to the front desk to get another room. This 3 rd room smelled like smoke too but not as strong. The room is ran down. This is an old place that I don’t recommend for anyone. Lady was nice about at desk but NEVER coming back. Finding something else in the morning. I don’t feel safe.

Traveling from Florida to Virginia, my wife and I needed a pet friendly place to spend a night. Amanda was able to help us with our special pet situation with a pleasantly nice room. We would have no issues with staying here again.

Easy to get to. Right off the highway. Great service checking in! Fast and accommodating. Made me feel welcome. The room was clean and had everything needed. Would stay again!
