Worst spa experience of my life. Do not recommend if you are a woman of color. They will ask if you’re paying with a gift card, or send a AA staff member in to learn the pronunciation of you name. During my visit, I asked the esthetician to recommend additional services and products to help me establish a skincare regimen. She recommended products/services using the same preface each time “it’s a little pricy but….” one of the products she recommended was a $40 toner/exfoliate from Sephora. I am a woman that to prioritizes skincare, paying for $100+ for a spa service you would think I could afford additional products and services. Never again. I will spend my money where I am valued and appreciate.

I visited the Aqua Day Spa for the first time recently for a Signature Transformation Treatment Facial. It was fantastic! Saying that it was relaxing is an understatement. My face was treated to several different cleaning and exfoliating regiments followed by an extraction process. When I walked out, my skin was absolutely glowing! I would definitely return. I'm excited to try other services as it's a beautiful relaxing spa.

Bought my fiancée a gift card for her birthday in September, after 3 months they just canceled her appointment and the next availability was Jan 31. I’m sure it’s just part of the season but it really shouldn’t take that long.

Christin is the best. She made this "53" yrs. old feel so welcome and did a great job on my facial. Before (w/Christin) and after pictures (sitting).

So, I wanted to give my wife a nice birthday present with one of their spa "packages" so I ordered online - only to find out that they could not fit everything in on one day... Facial and mani pedi in 2 weeks and the massage over a month later! NO Refunds...pretty disappointing. JS

I loved the staff at aqua. They were all kind and welcoming and the quiet room where you wait for your appointment to get started is wonderful and so relaxing!! Paige did my eyelash extensions for my wedding and she did an amazing job! She went over the initial after care with me before and after my service and made sure we were on the same page of how I wanted them to look before getting started! They looked perfect on my big day and I can not say enough good things about her or my experience with Aqua and will definitely be recommending them from now on!

I would highly recommend Aqua to anyone. They are clean & professional. I was nervous about returning due to covid-19, but the facility has implemented safety precautions that put me at ease. My esthetician was Page & this is my second facial with her. She is fantastic! Always professional & educational. Since the first visit she has recommended a skin care routine that I have stuck with & my skin is the best it's ever been! I love that I can get education on my skin care & am not pressed to buy products that I don't need. She is wonderful at what she does & I always feel so much better after my facial. Everything from the second you walk in the door to the time you leave is professional, clean, & friendly. All of the staff are fantastic!

I was honestly skeptical at first when I scheduled my appointment because of a weird interaction on the phone. I scheduled their package deal with a 90 minute hot rock massage along with a facial and scalp treatment. Grace did my facial and scalp treatment and let me tell you, this girl went above and beyond. Apart from being a total sweet heart from beginning to end I left that facial glowing and happy. My skin radiant and my mood overall better. I went into the massage worried the rocks would be extremely hot lol(it was my first time) but Donna was constantly checking in on me and made me feel relaxed. Donna was a total gem! I loveddd it! I got my moneys worth. I left relaxed, happy, and taken care of. I loved the experience and I left meeting two wonderful ladies who are good at what they do and would come back again because of them. :) I highly recommend them! Can’t wait to go back!

I always have a good experience at Aqua the Day Spa but today I was blown away. My massage therapist was Donna and she took her time, was very intentional, and was really just a joy to chat with. I’ve already booked my next appointment with her.

Erica gave me the best massage I believe I’ve ever had! She listened to my needs, and took her time on my sore muscles. I had never used her before, but she will be the only one I will be asking for!

This is a wonderful spa and gift shop. The employees are well trained and courteous. The services, along with the atmosphere, create a very relaxing experience.

I go to Aqua the day spa to receive my daily massages. When I say, my girl, Alicia is literally an angel sent from heaven above, that is an understatement! She is so amazing at her job! I had a wreck about a year and ago and started coming to her for therapeutic massages. She’s been able to help me get my body back to normal and literally change my quality of life. Alicia is so experienced at what she does. She makes you feel so comfortable and allows you to completely relax the entire time. Her massages are life-changing! If you just want to go get a full body, relaxation massage, or a deep tissue massage, or just have her work on one specific area, she covers all bases. I will never go to anybody else! She’s consistently an expert at what she does! I want everyone to know and experience her great work!

Good massages as always and I love their steam room and free Moroccan oil products that I can use in the bathroom. Perfect place to treat yourself.

Disappointed. I made an appointment for a facial and massage three months ago, which was going to be the first available time for both services. I confirmed the appointment the day before and when I arrived, I was told the esthetician was sick so they canceled the facial. This was extremely disappointing because I had to wait so long to even get the appointment. I’ve been going to Aqua for close to 20 years now but it’s been difficult to get appointments recently, and three months is too long to then cancel on the day of the appointment. It’s going to be hard for me to go back after this experience.
