SAVE YOURSELF THE IRRITATION !! I WILL NOT EVER BE RETURNING HERE!! & I hate to say that because Raymond was amazing. Crystal however is to be AVOIDED BY ALL MEANS! Her Attitude was disgusting and visible the moment we stepped into the building, I communicated every step of the way, but communication was not given back. Our services was shortened by 18 mins due to us running late from a wreck. Raymond accommodated by letting us still come however the shortening of time was an unpleasant surprise after I directly asked Crystal & Raymond if anything needed to be changed shortened or taken off. I was told no. I was overcharged for services I did not receive. And was only offered $15 off. Only because I was firm did I get $100 off. I was not happy because I expected a pleasant, relaxing evening. & received tiny slaps in the face, product in my eye, no massage, product left on my skin which had me sticky, & a terrible attitude from Crystal. -Crystal was my therapist. I booked a honey facial and back facial. She did not work any of the products into my skin, only rubbed them over once & threw a hot towel immediately on my back. She left me laying there so long each and EVERY towel got extremely cold. There was no extractions as stated on the site as she’s not certified to do so. (False Advertisement) After a few mins she did my facial the exact same way, product was left on my face and shoulders. I was sticky leaving this place. I also did not receive a neck, shoulder, hands and foot massage as stated online. She also kept ripping my nose ring out from her aggressive rubbing. I asked if she would like for me to just completely remove it. And she said no. However she just kept ripping it out. Product got in my eyes. I had to keep rubbing my eyes with the wet towel on my face to get it out. When I woke this morning my eyes where a little red from the irritation and my rubbing im sure. My facial was awful. I left sticky and irritated. She didn’t properly clean product off of me, she half wiped my shoulders and face as if she didn’t care. Quality of everything by Crystal was 0 out of 5. She is terrible ! -My mother had Raymond as a therapist, she booked a honey facial and 30 min massage. She loved everything she received. She got her hands, shoulder, neck, foot massage. And said she felt very relaxed, she was not sticky as I was because he took care in cleaning the product off her, He was polite and a pleasure. Highly recommend if you come here be very FIRM with picking him as your therapist.

Their couples spa was worth the 1.5hr car ride. Their communication before and after booking was on point and they were accommodating. As soon as you walk into the spa you know its about to go down bc its smelled lovely and unlike a Doctor's appt, our room was ready and just waiting for us. Hot stone massage and warm towels was delightful and the hand work was what I needed. The ONLY thing was that darn squeaky table I was laying on kept tryna kill the mood but the smooth calming music in the backround did its best to take the attention away from the table. Before I transfer in the summer I will be making another trip to Willis Day Spa.

This place is great. It has a peaceful setting. Raymond was my therapist and he is wonderful. Very professional and does a great job relaxing you. I would recommend this place to anyone and I definitely will be coming back again.

I must say this was the best massage I ever had in my life!!! Raymond's Hands were like magic, Great Release of any kind of stress in my muscles!! Very professional,Clean and smelled Great!! If your looking for Wonderful place to relax and unwind , This is it👍👍👍

Raymond gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in my life! In town visiting family but coming back in a week since it was so amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Tried a new spa place for my birthday with two of my friends and we enjoyed it very much! The atmosphere was so pleasant as soon as you walked through the door! Crystal and Raymond Willis were really sweet to us very welcoming and the massage and facial that I got was perfect relaxing really peaceful as well Crystal did a fantastic job! They are a Power Couple!
