Food was not up to par.. i live right down the street and my food was already room temperature. Which tells me it wasn’t fresh. The second clue was the appearance of the Pattie’s. Which i received 1 and a half of btw. I don’t eat out often.. but this is the second this year alone, that I’ve gone to this location and they’ve gave out food that they knew was not up to standard. Since nothing has changed from last year to this year, I’ll make this the last time i return.

got food poisoning from here last night. food was not cooked fully. will never eat here again!

Went thru drive thru the young lady's didn't even said anything except continue with there conversation I wanted some ketchup but was rushed and brushed off so quickly very ride service please do better

I just got off work and this location is literally down the street so i wanted to grab something to eat before i went home. I get my food and the fries was old and i asked for fresh ones, and everyone up there was just looking lost and i had to ask three times can i have some fresh fries. So then the girl asked me to pull down and i said ok. While i was waiting i said let me check my sandwich and the patties was cold and old, so i went back to the window and told them and everyone was just looking around like i did something wrong. So they ask me to pull down again and i said ok, and 2 girls brought me out fresh food and i was like cool, but when i checked the bag, they gave me a small instead of a large fries, then i had to go back and ask for the correct ones. So when they finally gave me the correct size , I drove off and said thank you. As I was heading home i tasted the fries and they purposely poured a bunch of salt on them. When I got home my wife even said it was a bunch of salt on them. Now I normally don't complain but I'm fed up with this location. For some reason when you go here at night the customer service is extremely horrible. I've been to this location during the day and it is way different then when I been at night. But I will be calling Corporate first thing in the morning, cause you don't treat people like that all cause you was asked to make fresh food.

Most of the time, they are busy the line in the drive thru goes quickly, also I've only had to return my order once out of ten times bc they mostly get it correct.

Ordered a large strawberry frosty for a delivery and got a small. Just as well, because the artificial flavoring on this thing was really bad. Don't they even try the products before putting them into production?
