It is so refreshing to be reminded that great hospitality still exists. Save this place if you travel through area because it is worth your time. A Bonvoy and Hilton Honors Gold member here but was sad to see negative reviews for surrounding locations. I found Wingate had the best genuine looking reviews and called to make reservation. The girl on the phone was so welcoming and helpful. Check #1.. The property outside and inside is great. Lots of parking and cameras outside. That made me feel safe. Nikki welcomed me like I was coming home. She was so warm and checked me in quick. Also put my phone on a charger since my cell was dying. Superb way of being. The communal areas are clean and modern. Nice gym also. Room is spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and loved the pillows ! I slept well here and was treated well by morning staffer Candace who assisted me with laundry needs. The whole staff is visibly content in their environment and it helps with how a guests feels as we experience good moral where we rest our heads. I was observing how kind the staff was with one another. Good sign. Met the manager, Todd also. Very nice man that seemed hands on. Another perk, pet fee is very affordable. This property is located off the highway and so close to shopping and restaurants I hope I have reason to return here because this is the only place I would stay again. I will let other colleagues and friends also know about Windgate. Kudos to owners. I hope your staff is recognized. I would hire them

Hotel is in a good location. The front desk staff was pleasant. Room was not clean thoroughly. Blinds did not go down all the way, microwave didn't work, floors were sticky, saw roaches in the bathroom, towels were some of the towels were not clean. I had a 2 night reservation and cancelling on the spot for the second night. Oh the hallway smelled like a mix of marijuana and seafood. Funky. Waiting for the general manager to call me.

Wingate hotel is a great hotel to be in! The breakfast tasted really great, with real eggs. It didn’t taste like the instant eggs in a carton, kinda like what people would get in the stores, and the sausages are my favorite, and I’m usually a bacon person! The cleanliness of the lobby is good. The staff was very nice, and make you feel at home. Caleb bonds was very helpful and accommodating to my needs, and he ALWAYS ensured that I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. He is truly the best! Definitely would visit again for sure!

I am very satisfied with my stay. The staff and manager Todd were very accommodating, and super nice. They go above and beyond for their guests to make sure they’re comfortable and have everything you need. Rooms were clean and spotless, you couldn’t pick a better location when it comes to food and fine dining. I will definitely be back.

Amazing! The ladies up front have been helpful. I was scheduled to check out, booked additional days and never confirmed with the front desk. I left before the 11 am check out. They didn't move my things or enter the room. The front desk called me to ask if I wanted to stay in the room longer. I even missed the call twice and when I got back she was holding the room for me. THE gesture is definitely kind. I love that when I failed she was intentional, kind, and mindful to me. Lovely lady!

Very disappointed in my stay. Stains on the mattress looked like feces. We went to the front desk with our complaints and she gave my husband linen fir us to change the bed. Mind you we have paid $497.09 fir a two night stay and we are having to change the bed linen. I also asked for a blanket since someone had left the thermostat on 65 and it was freezing but was told we don’t have any. We went to the close store and purchased towels and a blanket since we were told they had neither. Manager comes in the morning and changes our room which has no tissue in the bathroom, pull the shower curtain back a dried face towel is there with stains. The manager also stated she was discounting this room since Husband has to get the dead cockroach out of the bathroom to shower. By this time I’m so disgusted and over this stay let’s go home. We did not get a discount and actually paid for two bedroom suite. Please check your beds before laying in a hotel room.

Got there really late for check in. Went in a room with people already in there!! They started screaming an really it scared us because Anything could of happened! Especially when it looks like your barging into there room with a key!!! My boyfriend went an told the first desk they guy was so rude he moved us rooms and in that room the shower leaked out into most of bathroom !? Woke up an left ASAP in morning I definitely didn't feel safe!! The front desk worker could of been way nicer especially with him giving a room with people in it had a attitude for no reason 😞 other then that breakfast looked good an easy access off the highway

My service at the Wingate Hotel was beyond incredible. The service was pleasant with the assistance of the front deck attendant, Ms.Candace J. Ms.Candace J was patient, polite, and extremely helpful. She answered the phone expeditiously with excellent customer service. Ms.J enjoys her job and has a gift of helping people with a delightful attitude. Because of Candace, my husband and I will return the next time we are in town. We encourage everyone to visit Wingate by Wyndham and enjoy this experience!

Very easy to get to off interstate. Nice rooms,comfortable bed. Parking all around so not to far to walk on bottom floor for rooms especially having a disabled mom. Breakfast was great especially the waffles. If in Jackson staying I will be back here. The management was great and ask if needed anything and even threw our plates away for us. Highly recommended to stay

I have to come to Madison, MS for work at least once a month. I now come to this property every time. The property is always clean with a clean fresh smell. The entire staff are so welcoming, friendly and ready to go out of their way to help make your experience the best it could possibly be. You can always tell when the management staff takes pride in their property and their team. This is a reflection of that pride. With as much as I travel I rarely find a team that actively makes the effort to catch your name, shake your hand and take that extra moment to ensure you are truly having a good experience. Mr.Oliver, Mrs.Nikki and Mr.Todd have consistently exceed my expectations and make all the difference with my experience.
