I am not one to complain, nor am I one to leave reviews, ever! If I could leave this place -1 stars, I would. First and foremost, the wait time did not live up to their trademark named. Snail pace would be more appropriate. The RN was very kind and seemed to be concerned. She made me feel comfortable, however the NP came in and my visit took an unpleasant turn for the worse. She seemed not to be knowledgeable about my case or symptoms, as if she scanned over my information for 10 seconds before walking in the room. She did not listen to me, she did not make me feel heard. I feel terrible and told me that I "did not have anything" as it relates to adhering to my requested regimen (that I know works for me anytime I have a sinus infection). I had to leave that office and call my PCP, just to get relief. She indeed agreed with me that my visit should not have gone the way that it did. Overall, it was not the fact that I did not receive medication, but it was the NP's demeanor, feeling as if you are not being heard when you do not feel well is not a comforting feeling. Please, take your children and loved ones else where.

The staff at the clinic was professional & personable. The online check-in process was very simple & efficient. The Nurse Practioner was very patient with my son & extremely gentle.

Ms.Janet & staff were super nice &welcoming. My family is not use to health problems but thanks to fast pace & the team. My husband is on the road to recovery. Highly recommend!

I went in for a pre-employment screen. On Monday and the time ran out on my epass. I was able to get back in the following morning. They were not only timely, professional but also caring and compassionate. I have been in medicine for 29 years and couldn’t be more pleased

The Services rendered were prompt, professional, thorough, and exemplified empathy. The follow up was also prompt within two hours of my visit for the results of my xrays. The only point lacking was no Phone Number was provided to advise that the Pharmacy could not fill the Prescription sent. So I had no option to have the Prescription sent to a different Pharmacy which has delayed my pain relief.

The professionalism shown here is awesome! Very passionate and patient with you. Great bedside manner. The young lady who was the NP was excellent.
