Great spot to bring your to-go meal from nearby restaurants. Lots of quirky art and fun statues. Kids all seemed to love the playground area. There is even a music area where you can bang on the metal keys and make "music". Beautiful area. In the twilight, vultures come to hang out in the tops of the Cottonwood trees.

This is a decent little park around most of the stores and restaurants in main Ridgway. I was there when they had the local farmers market with vendors. I enjoyed walking around looking at the different stands. Also, it is dog friendly. I didn't take many photos. But True Grit is across the street from this park. Awesome place to eat.

We use the L2 EVSE charger here a few times a year, not to get a huge full charge but just to graze a few electrons while doing other things, be nicer to the battery, etc. Great spot to take a break from driving. Shady or sunny places, places to sit or take a snooze, decent restrooms. Park for kids. Second chance thrift store and plenty of food options within 1 block walk.

This park is very good and needed for Ridgway. Remember this park was showcased in the original True Grit movie with John Wayne (1969), the hanging took place in this park. If you go to the main road and look East toward the mountains you can see Chimney Rock which was also a backdrop in the movie.
