Beim Abholen wurde mir diese "Versicherung" quasi aufgedrängt und als ich kein Interesse signalisierte, wurde der Verkäufer unfreundlich. Es gab für ihn nur dieses eine Thema. Dann sollte das Etui auch noch 2,50€ kosten, was es nun wirklich bei jedem Optiker gratis zur Brille dazu gibt. Ich habe dann ein Säckchen mitbekommen als ich den Betrag nicht zahlen wollte. Über die Qualität der Brille kann ich noch nichts sagen, sie sitzt zumindest gut. Aber den Service kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die guten Preise lohnen sich vor allem für mich als Keratokonus-Patient, da ich ständig neu angepasste Gläser brauche. Die Damen im Store sind alle unglaublich nett und können auch gut beraten, was einem steht und welchen Kauf man möglicherweise im Nachhinein bereuen würde ;-). Ein kleiner Tipp: wer unbedingt an gut besuchten Samstagen vorbeischauen möchte, sollte dies eher ab 17 Uhr tun, da man sonst etwas mehr Zeit mitbringen muss.
