It is a must to praise this kitchen studio here. We are still in the middle of planning our kitchen. Thanks to Ms. Block's expertise and understanding nature, we planned our dream kitchen step by step and will soon realize it. We have now had the kitchen since September and are very satisfied. Could not be better! Ms. Block and all the fitters are very competent.

We visited several kitchen studios and Grimm Küchen immediately impressed us. Our consultant Ms. Block realized our wishes in our dream kitchen. Ms. Block was always available to answer questions and was able to help immediately. The kitchen fitters were also great and took a lot of time to set it up. After 30 years it was time for a new kitchen. Because it was on our doorstep, we spontaneously took a look at the exhibition in Bruchsal/Karlsdorf. A wood look also appealed to us directly. After an initial discussion with the on-site consultant about the budget and equipment, a further date for the presentation of the design was agreed upon within a few days. Whether it was the reuse of existing electrical devices or special work surface heights, everything was implemented straight away and absolutely within budget. Ordering and implementation due to further measures and their delays a year later were always well managed. Assembly on time and without complaints from subcontractors. Thanks again to the Grimm team, because internal quality assurance has also clarified our hob working height. We are very happy with this decision and ultimately with the entire implementation by Grimm.

After more than a year of practical testing, we remain completely convinced of our Grimm kitchen. Special thanks go to Mr. Lauinger, who perfectly took the special structural conditions into account during the planning and found solutions for each of our wishes. The two kitchen builders, Mr. Zimmermann and Mr. Eisele, were also great, as they faced the challenges of sloping walls and requests that arose during installation with enthusiasm and meticulousness.

The 2nd Grimm kitchen. I planned my new kitchen with Mr. Stang. Mr. Stang really took enough time and responded to all of my requests. He brought in some good suggestions and experiences himself. I was therefore more than satisfied with the competent and friendly advice from Mr. Stang. In addition, he was always available if there were any questions. I was also very satisfied with the delivery of the kitchen furniture and the kitchen installation. I am really very happy with my new kitchen.

We ordered our kitchen from Grimm last year. We were extremely satisfied with the advice from Mr. Stang. Finding an appointment was great and he was always very attentive and responded to our wishes. We can only agree with the 5* reviews. We spontaneously went to the kitchen studio in Karlsdorf-Neuthard in May and were lucky that Mr. Stang had time. We immediately felt like we were in good hands and at no time did we feel like we were being pressured into doing something that didn't meet our wishes or that drove up the price, so we ordered our kitchen for November. Advice, planning, appointments, delivery and assembly all in one package. And everything within budget! We had heard horror stories from our friends about buying kitchens from other studios/furniture stores. If only they had gone to Grimm Küchen. We bought a kitchen from Grimm-Küchen 3 1/2 years ago. The customer service is top and deserves 5 stars in our opinion. The fitters and colleagues in service are always friendly and helpful. If we complained about something, we always responded promptly and acted on our behalf. After the warranty for the electrical appliances expired, the induction cooker failed due to a defect. Grimm-Küchen reacted immediately and clarified this with the electrical appliance manufacturer. Fortunately, the defect is resolved as a gesture of goodwill. All of this led us to write a Google review. We are really very satisfied.

The GRIMM kitchen studio was highly recommended to us by many people and we were not disappointed. The advice and service during and before planning were so excellent that we commissioned our kitchen directly. While other kitchen studios, as experience has shown through the current search, deliberately exceed price limits and then "press down" the price with discounts and other equipment manufacturers, our equipment was adjusted exactly to the limit but also to the requirements. We became aware of Grimm Küchen during a visit to the trade fair. The first contact back then was Ms. Block, who accompanied us from the beginning with our kitchen planning. This planning turned out to be complicated and nerve-wracking because our apartment was being completely renovated and turned out to be a Pandora's box. There was always something new to deal with. Ms. Block stood out for her competence, foresight, planning security and design advice. She never forced herself and involved us well and implemented our wishes brilliantly. Especially when it came to the design of the back wall, we wanted something other than glass, plain white, green or orange. Lo and behold, we then decided on the New York skyline as the back wall. Together with the different shades of gray used in different ways, it was just perfect for us. The kitchen also offers enough storage space without looking bulky, is intelligently divided, and very good work processes are possible. Also worth mentioning here is the service team, who ensured smooth delivery and installation. The collaboration was very good. We also don't regret choosing a Miele induction hob with a fume extractor. This ensures a clear view of the apartment, including a panoramic view of nature. Visitors are enthusiastic about the kitchen back wall, which is also a highlight when illuminated in the dark. Thank you again Ms. Block and we can recommend Grimm Küchen with a clear conscience.
