Very expensive you pay like 25 € and you don't get any french fries and no drinks you have to pay extra for that . The chicken is very old and oily . They have only 1 type of Sauce sweet sauer. No maio or sauer cream. Very unhealthy because of the amount of the old combined oil on the old chicken. So i can surely say its the most distasteful KFC i ever taste in my life !!!!!!!!

Long wait and not the best quality... You can feel the old oil. Lack of soap and napkins, dirty tables. I won't go back to this place for sure.

I ordered a bottle of water. I think they were reacting oxygen and hydrogen together, because it took them almost 25 minutes to give one. Outrageous!

I love KFC, after convincing my wife for over 2 months to visit KFC she accepted. but in this KFC they don’t have proper hygiene, as we waited for ages for the tables to be cleaned but nothing is happening we decided to do it by ourselves. they always make mistakes with orders and only give you something missing never something extra, they didn’t have the new big coconut milk shake which costs 4€ they simply offered me to replace it with another big cola which costs 1€ less. And didn’t even give the euro or say anything, they don’t have a restroom so here another -1€ which you should pay if you’d like to use the restroom in the train station. I think my wife would never accept to visit kfc again after this.

The taste is the same as in any KFC in the world but the employees here are extremely slow!! I went to KFCs around and outside Europe and I have never witnessed such slow pace! All orders turn red on the screen (because employees go way over the supposed time limit within which the orders should be prepared). Don’t order if you have a train to catch!

Awful customer service and under staffed ! It took more than 40 minutes to receive my order and the order was wrong , some food were missing. Also, it was quite dirty inside and too pricy for this type of service!

20 min waiting for just one burger, no menu or anything, and a basic burger, the restaurant was almost empty ( just 4 clients before me, considering that it's a fast food), I had a train so I had to leave without my order. Lovely

Very slow with the service. We Almost missed our train. If you have a train to catch in 15 minutes, then please never go there. Then not at all good with the burger preparation. Cheese was completely out of the burger. For the first time I did not enjoy something from KFC. The staff is nice and the place is neat and clean but I did not like the service personally.

Horrible service. Took so long for the food to arrive and the tables were absolutely disgusting. When the actual food arrived( after more than 40 min) two burgers were missing. I don't understand why management hasn't done anything about this when so many people on here have complained about the service. The workers were not helpful at all. It's ridiculous to have to pay for this horrible service. Please fix this!

Worst fast food service in the area. They are under staffed and it takes forever to get your meal. I will not recommend. I think the staff over works. It's really too bad. Sometimes the place is not clean

Si this happened today, there is a guy in the cashier with glasses and a cap full of pins, I told him no sugar Coke, and I saw him giving me regular Coke, I saw it and I told him, he told me no, is light, man, I saw you, you can harm a diabetic, who you think you are? And btw they just let one screen running orders for the hole Kfc, and when you tell them to just put paper roll in the other, just laugh. The owner should change his employees

I think this is one of the best examples of a place where you get good meals but with the worst service. Ridiculously long waiting times and inefficient staff. Everything here is delivered as combo, even if you order any small item, you will get a combo offer to eat it in the dirtiest tables and weird waiters staring at you and the table. Please carry a table wipe or cloth with you before entering this unorganized outlet. If you are somebody who respect the dine-in experience, I hope you know food isn’t everything.

The worst service ever . Zero professionalism and zero timing respect. You will die starving waiting on your order to get delivered and when you call you, will be simply told call Liefrando. Never again

The shop has limited seats plus it is very croudy even with little number of customers. I think the service is kinda of bad as it takes long time to recieve the ordered food. They get angry easily also which I think they should be trained not to be.

Over half an hour to receive the food. Always the same thing when I come here. There is 0 professionalism and always short of staff. Even on the days that they are typically full

Prices were amazing, quality of food was ok since some meals were cold!! Waiting time was unacceptable!!!
