    I never post negative reviews but I feel like my experience warrants it. I waited in a six car lane for 45 minutes before getting my two items that I ordered. As I was at the window the employees were messing around and one even threw a cup of ice cream into the sink where it splattered everywhere. Disgusting. My blizzard was soupy and the caramel malt tasted like a vanilla milkshake with the smallest amount of caramel in it. The employee taking money went from handling money and cards straight to the ice cream machine without washing his hands or using gloves. I will not be going back.

    Slow service in drive thru, blizzards were melty, took 25 minutes to get 6 vehicles through the line. Not too impressed with this location at the moment. I'm comparing similar order and time of day with Blackfoot location which did much better. Hopefully this will be taken as construcive criticism and corrective changes made to better the offering to the Rigby community.

    I ordered a Carmel cheesecake blizzard and got 1.5 cheesecake pieces. They charged .40 for three peanuts on a hit fudge sundae. They can really be cheap and not in a good way.

    Went through the drive thru and had fairly fast service. Ordered 2 of the 4 piece chicken strips and once I opened up the boxes there was only 2 chicken strips in each even though I was charged for the 4 piece. Called their number 10+ times and no one ever answered. Had to call Broulim’s and ask to be transferred. Waited 20 minutes for someone at DQ to answer. They couldnt assist me in a refund because no manager was available. I’ll have to see if I can get ahold of one tomorrow, but unlikely someone will answer.

    9 times out of 10 we go and the Chocolate just happens to be out, for the wait times and service you could at least have ice cream, it is Dairy Queen after all. Would like to see ownership take a little more pride in their store.

    we ordered at 9 and didn’t get our food till 9:35. when the drive thru person FINALLY came to help us he gave us our food and saw i was wearing red and asked “whatchu reppin cuh” and proceeded to throw up a crip gang sign. 100% unacceptable.

    Service was quick. Food as expected. LOLed at this "poor lettuce" sign, but it must be tough (not funny) to face supply chain issues. Hang in there, DQ.

    This location has become at of work to eat at. The last several times we have ordered from them, we get home and didn't get everything or the wrong food. Tonight when we got home we once again had the wrong food again, this time it was the flame thrower and was so spicy couldn't even begin to eat it. I called, but I had already got the last hamburgers they had, the kid played it off as not being his fault. So the food was tossed in the garbage and we went to Wendy's. So tired of throwing money away at this poor business, we will no longer do business here!!!!
