Very slow no manager or supervisor available Only one employee serving all those people

This the worst macdonald's in the world I ordered ice cream at 6:20 and again just ice cream Waited 50 min then I left the place they are the slowest place in the world is slots worked here they would be faster.

Very slow service. It's very noisy because the kitchen equipment alarm always ringing in loud noise. Less staff. 1 man taking order, filing fries drinks and giving orders, all taking very long and annoying customers waiting in que. Very bad experience due to lord Loud noise from kitchen equipments

Good ambience for kids and family. Neat and clean premises and friendly atmosphere. food is also very delicious and appetisers. Kids have more space to play, there is a kids play area. Staffs are very fast and running for express delivery for customers. Their 150 fils ice cream is also maintaining 5 stars always.

They make 1 burger in one hour… and scream and yell at Customers saying there is no enough staff or it takes time in making… it’s all together a bad experience the second time.

Worst McDonald's in kuwait, the staff doesnt even try to make the food look nice, and they always make the excuse that their ice cream machines are not working. They put so much lettuce in the burger too. Extremely lazy staff. I've been here 7 times (unfortunately) and I've never had a good experience here. Absolutely pathetic. McDonald's is one of the best fast foods restaurants in kuwait but this particular branch ruins their name. I will be praying on their downfall.

It's great for kids it's has dedicated area or play floor for the kids And you have visit with the family and have fun time...

This specific Mcdonalds is like a time-capsule to the early 2000s. I've eaten and played here ever since I was a kid. Funny enough, nothings changed and that's for the better. Go here for a relaxing evening with a few friends, my review is biased due to nostalgia.

I don't wish the company any bad down fall ,that been said you must make fast changes to stay and compete then make money ,the managers it seems not more than regular workers ( average employees ) training to succeed is the advantage........

Spacious place, making it a good place for meet ups with friends or just simply hang out, grab a news paper or read a book while munching on ur favorite McDo meals 😉 (that is during off peak hours ofcourse 😂).... they’ve made some renovations and they serve your food now 👍🏻

The place had extremely poor service. We had opt for table service bt had to go and collect by ourselves. Quality if french fries was extremely poor

its a very busy branch specially on week days. drive through is very busy during evening times. as a regular drive through customer i feel that now a days they r short of man power. only one staff is handling everything for drive through.(although they try their best in their professional approach to deal the customers) Nearby track for drive through is also not clear and a new person can feel a little difficult to find the path

The restaurant was really nice.. spacious..clean . More places to sit. My special thanks to order taker Ms. Maria who took right order and served the same. Only washroom areas to be clean more .

Perfect place for quick bites. Associates are always Greeting and helpful to get your food. Pleasant experience with Associate that can understand and speak English well. There's always parking for your car and it is usually clean inside.

Any mcdonald's staff (Philippines) not good. They think n talk with asian like poor people .but Rich people thinks philippines r poor n they miss behave with them.. Its all karma.. What u give what u gave...

Staff were helpful and I enjoyed a quick lunch whilst shopping in Farwaniya. McDonald's is best when you get exactly what you want!
