The worst delivery service company operating in Kuwait. They kept postponing the delivery of vital medicines even after our timely compliance with each and every one of their requirements. Finally, they asked me to collect it personally from their office (even though I paid for delivery to home) and I told them I will come to collect it personally. After waiting for about 3 hours in scorching heat, and finally getting in the their office, they told me they have already sent it out for delivery. The tracking feature is a scam and it definitely does not give you all the right details because they don't even update their own info. I had to remind them to do so after observering each delay with every step (payment of customs fee etc.)

1- Too crowded. 2- Too small place. 3- no available parking. 4- long queues. 5- no customer service the way it should be, people don't know to talk to whom. 6- security guard is employed to keep the place safe and in line, not to ask questions about shipment's personal information. 7- keeping people out in this heat, without offering them water bottles.. shameful.

Receiving a DHL shipment from an international sender into Kuwait is an experience. Its also not without a learning curve for the uninitiated. I have selected the option to deliver between 1 pm and 5 pm. But they called me in the morning and told me to collect the item from the ardiya branch. I have to teavel by 2 buses and 1 taxi to reach there. 5 kd i have paid for transportation only. Plus they charged me 3.500 kd as customs clearance fees although i have paid dhl commission when i buy online. The price was inclusive of dhl shipping. Its their responsibility to pay any customs tax since they took us including that money Again unnecessary requesting for commission.I will never order through DHL anymore
