This is one of the biggest and the best GYM in Kuwait. It contains all the the necessary machines, pools clubs and and cardio. It probably the best gym club in Kuwait and on O2 level. Thank you for your patience, I hope that you had fun reading

Amazing gym, very spacious and not as crowded as other branches. The swimming pool and changing area are great and neat as well. You'll always be able to find a spot to park as well, only problem is that the parking is not shaded. Overall just a great gym.

Overpriced, but still the best gym in Kuwait. I prefer the Subah AlSalem branch though.

Very good gym of the most famous chain ... it got any machine you can think of for bodybuilding... the crossfit area needs some improvements ... the club has no wifi ... the restaurant of the gym is amazing with everything you might need ... very highly recommend with slight moderations it can get even better

This gym has it all, its so clean and organized, the membership is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. They got a new vending machine recently, they have a a bigger pool and a small pool, they also got sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, etc.. the cardio machines are in the ground floor. In the basement they do cross-fit classes and c-force classes every two hours, those classes are back to back, like one hour cross-fit and the next hour c-force and it goes like that, i met both the coaches, they are from Morocco 🇲🇦 and they were super humble, friendly and nice. There is a decent restaurant inside the gym but it’s not the best place for healthy food plus it’s way overpriced.

Great gym with all possible machines you can imagine. 1 star for extremely poor customer service. When I called them 30 min before arrival to gym they told me day pass is 5 K Dinars, once I got there they receptionist told me it’s 8, I decided to pay and go to gym, while no one cared to show me where I can drop my bag , where is the exchange room and to guide me a bit about the gym (as gym has 4 levels I didn’t want to spend half an hour figuring out the machines . Extremely overcrowded. Not worth of going.

Its big and clean but its get really busy after work so come early , 1 am till 12 its empty

The gym membership's 50 KD per month hopefully they never change it. it has TONS of parking in front of it. no matter how busy it is, you will still be able to park your car. it's bigger than all the gyms in Kuwait (the biggest literally) don't listen to the comments it's a lie. There is a restaurant, healthy food, healthy drinks, oxygen supplement store, sauna, jacuzzi, water massage, big 2 pools. it's not as crowded as the other branchers but hopefully it will be much better & nicer after opening the Jahra gym cause a lot of them come here now. the only thing i don't like is the ANNOYING CAT🐈 ❌ that comes to beg for food when people are eating outside, i complain about it all the time but still no solution. & also there's no massage (spa) yet, even tho i remember they built the rooms in B2 but later they destroyed it. it's maybe bc they don't have much specialists? that's it. it's still a 5 stars for me. Totally worth it and they don't stop upgrading it from adding machines to adding other useful things like vending machine ... etc. enjoy!

Amazing place to train .. best equipment and trainers

They have a very large place like a gym hotel! Each floor has equipment focused on training certain muscle groups and they have class with a coach if you need help and also they got a caffe and a supplement store inside. They have a swimming pool. A Jacuzzi and sonar room plus you can go to the roof for a tan! The place is very well managed from what I saw so far and the price isn’t that expensive for all the advantages you get from the gym it’s 50 Kuwaiti dinar and from what I heard you can go to the other oxygen gyms if you pay your membership there ( good place ) 👍 there is also an oxygen gym in Adailiya that is similar to this one and the membership there cost ( 40KD ) it’s a good deal if you don’t have lots of money

People coming to play sport, but they unable to park their cars on huge parking spot at front of the gym and walk a little bit!!! They prefer close the street, and park on the roadsides against any rules!!! Only on traffics violence tickets here government can make budget overflowing with money 😂😂😂

You know what you expect to get when you walk into an oxygen and it's definitely what you get here. There's no drop offs clean. Spacious, tad bit luxurious. Basically one of the best world class gyms that I've been in

It's a very great gym to train in, Also the trainers are kind and polite they will help you with anything you need! And you can find most of the supplies and supliments over there.

Biggest fitness club in Kuwait with different locations, professional equipments , the subscription is higher than others

Attendees trash the place when it’s crowded, but the staff do their best to keep everything in shape and clean. The AC is set to 23 even when notifying the staff multiple times that it’s hot. Should bd set between 20-22 for optimal workout.

One of the best gyms in kuwait without any doubt!

The place is just complete. Everything you wish for divided into sections. Leg day and treadmills on ground floor, back and arms are first floor, shoulders and chest are on the 2nd floor and finally crossfit and pool activities in the basement. This just eliminates having crowds of people in unnecessary space. All in all the price is well worth the package and I'd definitely recommend joining this gym. Also note that their food section is pretty good and they offer protein scoops for a price if you forgot your protein. Lastly, parking is a pain.
