Good place for buying electronic products

Good staff behavior. Unlike other places staff won't force you to take insurance for the product but they will just inform about the insurance facility. Really satisfied with the experience.

Philipino salesman and woman are very courteous and generous here but most of the masri or other nationalities working here are rude and noncoperative. However this is my personal opinion based on visitingthe store several times.

Very poor customer service, I got the most pricy mobile from their showroom, along with all the accessories, Unfortunately it was late night and I picked a case in a hurry, came home and opened it to check and it was not as per my specs, returned the very next day to return it, but the store didn’t accept coz it was opened, totally ignoring the fact that It’s unused, they didn’t have the courtesy to take it back given that I purchased the top end mobile at their shop, I even offered to exchange a lower price case but they just didnt oblige, in addition to all this they made me wait an hour until the manager arrives, Don’t go here, very poor service and no customer concern.., they will forget u once they sold u the commodity..

The worst products and the most horrible company in Kuwait do not buy anything from them I brought a dishwasher from them and it did not work on the first try and they are not ready to exchange it ... Do not trust Eureka for anything ....Xcite is #1 and Best is #2 .. those are your only options in Kuwait .... Do not give Eureka a second thought they are the worst. When I called thier customer care and selected English the guy spoke to me in Arabic when I told him I selected English he said he could only speak Arabic then I asked him if there was anyone in eureka who could speak English he asked me to wait and handed the call to another person and guess what HE COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH EITHER !!! 😂🤣😭

Eureka shop customer service I Had very bad experience we buy washing machine less than one month it’s not working and we complained to the service they come check the machine they don’t know issue. And keeps on moveing the date almost 5 days no replacement are repair I will not suggests Thank you

DEAR READERS. EUREKA HAVE ALL KIND OF ELECTRONICS BUT THEY ARE VERY POOR IN SERVICE. I JUST BROUGHT NEW SAMSUNG LED AU8000 AND THE REMOTE INSIDE WAS DAMAGED, I COMPLAIN AT THE FARWANIYA STORE AND THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW THE 14 DAYS WARRANTY AND START BLAMING ME FOR IT. I WENT TO SAMSUNG ANDULAS SERVICE CENTER AND THEY ALSO DIDN'T HELP ME. SO THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY BAD AFTER BUYING NEW TV I HAVE TO BUY THE REMOTE SEPARATELY FOR 15KD.
