They have the poorest customer care I have ever seen. It is the second time I buy an electric from them and its defective but how they treated me both time when I return the item is really heartbreaking. I will never buy anything from you again

Buy stuff you can take home with you right away. Nothing else. With no communication, no cooperation and the customer call center being useless, this is the worst delivery service ever. Speak Arabic or Hindi... Or forget it. Bought to-be-delivered items twice and experienced above issues both times. A never-ending headache. Never again...

I went to X-cite today to buy a camera and the sales lady explained very simply Egyptian working at the same work site is disrespectful and does not know why Excite management hired him.😡😡😡😡

Very vary vary Bad, Atrocious, Immature and unprofessional customer care services I have ever seen in my entire life, I don't know why the Xcite management are choosing this type of illiterate and rude behavior people to deals with there customers. I have faced these issues from farwaniya xcite twice thus I have stopped visiting xcite instead farwaniya... Note: Without any doubts xcite is the best, but To xcite management, kindly look into this issues I have mentioned above, And it is not only my issue even many of my friends are also have been faced the same..

Big store but have parking issue. Area is busy and crowded.

Bought a large appliance , said 1 to 2 days delivery, then call center tells me its 4 to 6 days. Bad transperency and service.

Xcite Alghanim staff Judging peaple from their look then, so they are dealing the customer accordingly, if you are asian you will not be entertained properly, firstly you have to call the staff if you need any help or information, if you are foreigners or any Arabic national they will Jump and extremely curious to serve them

Horrible customer service experience today. Specially the Filipino lady in the male grooming item section don't know how to treat to the customer professionally. She was very rude and treat customer on their personal appearance. didn't give any briefing about the product and act like general manager of the company. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience today.

It is near to our place thats why we always go here in farwaniya branch. Some staff are not accomodating even if u asked something,it seems like they are in a hurry always,and cannot answer things u want to know about the product they are selling,in the end you will just depend on google or youtube to search the product. Or maybe they just entertain more the arab than asian. Especially in appliances,basement.
