Unfortunately I wasn't satisfied at all. The lady at reception was soooo friendly, on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, the first good impression didn't last. Questions were not answered and remained unanswered. The “consultation” simply didn’t take place, they gave me the recipe after 2 minutes and that was it. Unfortunately, I felt neither seen, taken seriously nor advised.
