The most tasteless chicken I have ever had! Service is not very good. The view is very nice and fresh 😊 Perhaps go there only for bottled drinks and definitely no food!! The restroom was clean 👍

We were charged a much higher price than the menu. When challenged, the waitress claimed that the prices have changed, so are higher than the menu. I do not recommend.. Its not the money but the principal of being treated correctly.

Please be aware.. I couldn't believe it.. The menu said one price, but the lady serving our table charged a much higher price than the menu.. she claimed that the prices had changed. Menu price for a cup of tea 1.80 lv but she charged 3 lv. This was only the beginning, because she did this for everything on the bill!

We just had a really bad experience here... She just overcharged us by about 30 percent. (We should have been quicker to see it coming.) At first the waitress seemed very friendly, but the problem came, when we were overcharged. We checked the menu and it should have come to 52 Leva not 71leva that we paid. We questioned her after we paid ( I realize now that this is too late), and she said it is new prices for everything and not the menu prices. For me, this is unacceptable and I wonder how often this happens to other people.

The lady was helpful and friendly and the dishes that we had, chicken steak and 'a la just lap.' We enjoyed them so much that we visited them for a second time in two days' time.

Absolute rip off of foreigners! 4 lev for a small take away coffee!! We got two tiny coffees for 8 lev!! Really?!… £4 ?? Avoid..!

Hugely overcharged! Tourist trap, I got charged 4 lev for a small take away coffee with a splash of milk!! Stating because it’s a cappuccino !! Absolute Rip off, Avoid!

Art works are mind blowing. Water delicious. And at the exit end, the fried bread at 1 lev each has to be the cheapest food in Bulgaria.

The waitress spoke Engkish which helped and we sat at three separate tables as we were a group of 17. The tables were by the river which always adds ambiance. The food was fresh and hot. Most ordered was grilled Trout and a variety of eggs and salads. Ice-cream sundae for dessert . Prices were reasonable. One disappointment that we were not told in advance the restaurant doesn't take credit cards. I have no issue with but want to know before ordering. We literally saw the restaurant on the street after visiting the Rila Monastery so a good choice all in all. Also a play area for kids. There were 9 in oir group.

Food was way too greasy, service a bit slow but okay. Location is great, nice view of the river
