We stayed in hotel last weekend, we used B&B plus beach. Hotel staff was nice to us. But when we are writing an e-mail for a pay back, accidently we witnessed receptionists were talking about us as "3 losers" between themselves. what a nice phrase for your guests. It was nice to know who you actually are behind smiling face to us. I don't see the need to add evidence for now.

Exceptional stay. High level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast is excellent. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel have a private section of the beach and it is a mere few minutes walk to get there. The hotel bar is good. I do not have one negative thing to say! If I return to Rimini I will stay at this hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is all about additional charges for literally everything, and NOT just that! They also took some money out of my card for absolutely no reason. It took over a month, constant calls and emails to pay it back. I am very disappointed.

Beautiful, extraordinary, amazing stay. This place is just like to be in the middle of the fairytale dream. All surrounding is like from movie. Service is also good and friendly. They care about guests. My best Italian experience. Thank you so much.

We had considered staying here for our trip to Rimini so during our trip we called in for a drink. So happy we booked elsewhere, the decor was tired but that was nothing compared to the attitude and ego of the atmosphere here. We won't be returning.

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms are ok. The only negative part is that the wardrobes in the room is old and worn out, the bathrooms seems newly renovated and are great. The beach is nice and you have space to your neighbour unlike the rest of rimini. Pool could have more sunbeds, it gets crowded fast. Ask for a room with a view towards the park, the parking on the backside is not so beautiful to look at.

Unfortunately the Hotel is a little rundown and doesnt have the charm it probably once had. On the upside the breakfast buffet was sensationell but overall everything was not in the best condition for the price you pay to stay.

I was surprised when I went to the hotel beach when they asked me to pay 120 e , to pay to sit on the beach, I traveled around the world never paid for the hotel beach that I’m staying in , no complimentary water , this is unusual for 5 stars, breakfast staff have no idea what is vegan food and there is no options , I had to buy my food, the see view room is extremely noisy, I had to change the room on the middle of the night to sleep, rooms are different some are good some are tiny and bad , but nice historical building and location

A beautiful park for this very old hotel. Need to be upgrade.

As a fan of Federico Fellini's movies, especially Amarcord, I wanted to see the Grand Hotel for myself when I visited Rimini. I didn't stay at the hotel, but I ordered lunch in the bar. The lobby staff and the server were friendly and the food good. Perhaps because it was late October, the lobby was empty and there was only one other person in the dining room. There was no service on the terrace that day, but the server encouraged me to walk the grounds and even suggested I take the menu as a souvenir.

This hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is incredible. The gym is horrible with 2 items and you need to make reservations to use it. The spa is wonderful. I reserved an hour with a spa treatment. The reason I scored this place a 3 star on service is because the front desk staff are unfriendly and not welcoming. It is a 5 star hotel so they emulate the stuffiness of this level hotel. I will not return here because of that. They never asked how they could assist us nor asked how our stay was. Very cold people. However, the breakfast staff are warm and friendly as are the spa people. You would think you would put your best people at the front desk, but they did not.

Rooms was nice and the service was immaculate! Just beware that this isn’t a true five star hotel. But I was very happy with the wonderful service I got here.

I loved this hotel. You wake up, looking up at the decorative ceiling moulding and small chandelier, then through the window to the sea. The tiling is clean and warm. The bed comfortable and shower luxurious. The reception rooms, staircase and bar are grand but inviting. At winter pricing it's great value (£100) but I'd be happy to stay at summer pricing, too. Glad I came

Beautiful, Magnificent, Elegant Historical Hotel. A stunning must see masterpiece. Great spot for photos. We only took a walking tour of Fellini sites in the hotel and garden. Well worth a 10 minute visit.

If this is is a 5 hotel lux … I think I need to review the guidelines. Hotel is beautiful in the common elements, although scarcely furnished, but the rooms are really basic. The service is definitely not a 5 star lux: except for the reception the other touchpoints with the client are abysmal, especially the breakfast.

This hotel claims it is 5 stars, but it is not! It's 3 stars!!! We were welcomed by a smiling concierge who helped us with unloading our luggge. Check in/out is easy, but be warned that your dinner drink will be invoiced daily without an invoice being shown. The spa is tiny, only 3-4 people will fit in, it can only be booked for private hire for 80 Euros per person for a maximum of two hours. The beach can be accessed, but for row three you pay 95 Euros for two chairs and a sun shade. Row one is 200 Euros. THIS IS PER DAY! :) The staff attentiveness is below a 2 star hotel. Restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner have poor command of English. The cleaners are very friendly ladies and try very hard, they are achieving 5 star, folding your clothes and maintaining high hygienic standards. Carpark is a pain especially if your car has been parked under the trees for a week. My car was full of birdshit it took an hour to clean. The hotel has no shops or hair dressers and has neither two more restaurants as expected in a 5 star property. No shuttle service to airport / train station and shopping malls is provided. The hotel also has a conference center and facilitates outside dinner parties together with the hotel guests, which can be a nuisance since the waiting times for food and drinks can be 30 minutes, even though they offer buffetts. The quality of food at breakfast and dinner is spectacular. I thank the chefs and the kitchen for that. Your are 5 stars!!!!! The waiters at breakfast are letting the quality of the food down. Staff are bored, talking to each other, not clearing the tables poor communication with customer, they dont speak English. It's a total let down. At dinner, staff try a bit harder, but since most of the staff do not speak English I struggled to get drinks refilled. The restaurant usually has three members of staff in black clothes as commanders ( managers)who literally wait....and bark at others . There is a golden rule in a restaurants, clear the freaking tables , dont look bored and don't chat in open space. Keep moving and keep busy. This restaurant is the total opposite of the kitchen. Total lack of discipline! Attached are some of the most splendid meals I had, please forgive me I am unable to provide the description. The only thing I can tell you is that the food tasted better than the picture would tell you. It was divine!!!!

5 star conference Hotel, but if you are a 'normal' guest you get forgotten. No table for breakfast... yes they'd forgotten there were none conference guests in the hotel. Put us on a conference table in a cold gazebo, not dining room. Want to use the bar... sorry it's not available there's a conference on. Want a hot drink in the lobby.... sorry can you order room service. So if you go in conference season, you've been warned. Hotel doesn't apologise, simply says 'didn't you know' Surprisingly if we had known we'd have booked one if the hundreds of other hotels available in September. Oh and by the way don't be fobbed off with first floor rooms overlooking the air-conditioning pipes and slimes patio, with paper thin doors, and broken wardrobes / no wardrobe, depending on the room. Rooms 102, 103 & 104 truly awful.
