    I went to buy a chew bone for my dog but wasn't sure what to get. I asked for some help and was assisted by Ann. She helped me what to choose from and was very courteous. I'm absolutely satisfied with the service I received.

    Took my almost 2 year old Dachshund in for a nail trim. They took her right away and was in and out in no time. She took very good care of my Luna who can be very difficult when it comes to cutting her nails.

    First time using the grooming services at petsmart. My puppy was nervous but Jeanne did an amazing job! Super friendly and great customer from Jeanne. I will definitely come back. Thank you again

    I went here to get fish for my new Biorb tank and some of them died. Before I got new fish the associate had me test my water first and wait a week. I did and now my tank is habitable for fish. Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got a refund for the dead fish also.

    Nice selection of items and decent prices... however, after taking in our dog for a nail trim and expressing of glands, we will only be shopping here in the future. They didn't know what they were doing with the glands, and also barely trimmed our dog's nails, thus leaving us with the same issues we had prior to going in. We'll be using our vet for those things in the future.

    1st time using the grooming services & I am absolutely disappointed. Took our golden doodle in for a bath & brush. 3 hours later he literally came out with ONLY a BRUSH. He still had gunk all around the eyes. When a golden doodle is bathed, dried & brushed they come out very poofy. Our dog still had curly hair all around his head, ears, tail, etc, meaning he was never wet & dried. She tried to pull a fast one, but taking our dog to get groomed for the past 2 years, I know when my dog has been bathed vs just being brushed. The Petsmart @ Cottonwood did the same thing to us 2 years ago. I believe Petsmart is fooling a lot of customers.

    Pathetic. This poor Guinea pig sitting on this table (barely!!) no food, no water, no bedding, no hide, no toy/chew, NOTHING. I asked a worker whom was very rude about it and said “that’s why it’s a private area”. So apparently it’s okay to have them in this situation as long as it’s done so privately. I get he may be sick or going for some vet apt that requires fasting but this is inexcusable. Can’t offer a house to feel more secure? Bedding? A toy? Nothing. Really disappointing since this is the same petsmart we adopted a hamster from that was sick at the time. He had a chronic head tilt due to ear infections and couldn’t be sold so we adopted . Everyone loved him and handled him for his meds so he was really friendly. He lived 3 1/2 years with us. So sick or not the animal should have a proper place to rest/live. She also went back there and immediately moved him out of sight but not long enough to have Provided him basic necessities. So not only is he potentially sick but now he gets to be stressed. Absolutely unbelievable. I wonder if he’ll have to sit like that all night in that cold, lonely, scary, empty cage 😒 also had he walked to the front of that cage he would have knocked it to the floor. Whatever careless employee did this needs to be fired. Go work at a gas station.

    It's great for Rio rancho. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable about your pets needs. The corporate side of the store doesn't stock certain brands . But I have a Cane Corso Mastiff so big dog stuff is kinda hard to come by anyways. Overall an awesome place to go with professional help.

    So honestly, it's more the unsolicited animal advice we get from one of the employees/managers? She also didn't want to sell me a fish cause we didn't have a proper setup (in her opinion). We feed them to our crawfish occasionally cause they haven't had minnows. But she's made a lot of assumptions on two separate occasions. Kinda don't like going to this location. I'm not saying the education isn't welcome, but it can occasionally be a bit much. Or condescending. Like being told a betta will kill itself if it's in a divided aquarium. I've had several over the years. Never had one kill itself. I did have one jump out of a fish bowl once. Had nothing to do with it being able to see another fish. Anyway. Good store. Weird employee interactions occasionally. Just sell the fish.

    Scheduled a 4pm grooming for my dog. Upon arrival, I am told I will be charged an additional fee for Express service. I informed the csr that I had never paid this fee in the past. She argued with me that I had. Needless to say, I will not take my pets to this grooming spot. Adding fees to an already expensive grooming expenditure, I opted out. I purchased grooming tools on Amazon and did the grooming myself.

    Took my Chihuahua in for the works and he looked and smelled great. He seemed to like it so def once a month now.

    Took our dog for the first time to a store,and to be groomed ( usually, we have someone come to our home). The groomer, Jose, did a great job! We will certainly be bringing our dog back when it's time for her to be bathed and groomed!
