You can see the love and care they put into every inch of the space; the same love and care they put into every drink they make. For the craft coffee lover, their pour over options help you get the most out of some amazing in-house roasts. If you like it sweet and fun, their seasonal drinks never disappoint. They also try their best to feature local food vendors that are near each of their shops.

I am so stoked about this. I love you guys so much that I often drive all the way from Rio just for your cold brew. So stoked to have top-tier coffee in my backyard!

Stopped in today because local coffee shops are my favorite. The team was friendly, took a bit of time to chat, exchanged names and favorite drinks, and made me a wonderful seasonal latte. I highly recommend visiting and showing support to this new shop!

The lavender latte was delicious! Very friendly staff, and the owner wanted to know us by name. The atmosphere is nice and trendy. This will definitely be a regular coffee date spot!

What a great little find! Loved the decor. Loved how much thought was put into the design. None of that would have mattered if the star of the show was not good enough, but it definitely was. I appreciated that the batistas knew their coffee well and were knowledgeable. The food offerings were good too but it's nice that it doesn't overshadow the coffee.

Very nice setup at their Rio Rancho location. If you've been to the original spot you know that Castle takes their coffer seriously. The new location is just as serious and it's large enough to have that relaxing coffee Cafe vibe. Great place to read a book, meet friends, or clear your mind. Go and enjoy. You won't regret the choice.

The coffee here is GOOD. My favorite is their Cortada. That's a double espresso with a grace of foamed milk on top. It's a great way to check how their coffee is - (as a rule, if the Cortada is good, the rest has a chance. If the Cortado is weak, the rest can be forgotten) They have a great Cortada here. The people are friendly and welcoming. Tney open at 430 am and that is inviting for early morning kickstarting. I travel 15 miles to come here, it's good

Wow I see why they have such great reviews! It's so nice to go to a coffee place that offers pour over service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and make a mean cup of coffee! Can't wait to come again and try their different varietals and food.

Great coffee and fun seasonal options. They have pastries and breakfast burritos too (vegetarian and vegan available). Very friendly staff. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm, and welcoming. Definitely recommend! It’s exciting to have a real local coffee spot open in this shopping center.
