Super friendly staff! They made me feel much more at ease than I usually feel going to the dentist. If you have anxiety about the dentist this is the place to go! They listen and ask questions to make you feel cared about, not just another patient or number in the books. I look forward to having them be my permanent dental office

Dr. Young-Trujillo is the best in the city. He's kind, talented and caring. I had a filling done and he was so compassionate, gentle and patient. I had almost no pain. My parents love him too. He was worried that he didn't explain a procedure well enough in the office, so he made them a video so they could watch it at home. He is the BEST.

I know I’m on the minority, but I would proceed with caution at this office. I was a first time client & to be fair, I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 2 years. I have pretty good oral hygiene but I do bleed in one area when I floss so I wasn’t super surprised when I was told that I needed to get a deep cleaning done. I had never had one before so I had a lot of questions. The oral hygienist was patient & kind & answered all my questions. She told me I needed my whole mouth done plus 2 cavities. The dentist wasn’t there the day I was (he’s only there on Thursdays) so I needed to come back another time to chat with him which was inconvenient but fine. We waiting 40+ minutes for him to meet us for our appointment when we came back. He did answer some of my questions but I still felt a bit unresolved so I decided to get a second opinion somewhere else. High country told me it would be $800 for a full mouth deep clean + my two cavities after insurance. I thought it was a little steep but like I said, I’ve never had this done before so i didn’t know. I’m so glad I got a second opinion because while they did agree that I needed a deep cleaning, it was only in certain parts of my mouth (3) vs. The whole mouth & if I had gotten the deep cleaning everywhere, I would’ve done damage to my gums in the areas I didn’t need it as they are sensitive. Oh, & they also charged me $200…3/4 less than high country. However, all that being said, I gave 2 stars for the clean facility & the amazing receptionists but I will not be back.

I love this dentistry. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and everything is so clean! There is coffee available when you arrive or you can take it to go on your way out along with a wide variety of comfort amenities to help the patient feel at ease. Another thing that this office does that is very convenient is the fact that they do x-rays, billing and scheduling all in the same room. It feels very private no more walking to the lobby with a half numb, droopy face and having to talk to everyone while feeling a bit awkward. It’s nice that everything is taken care of in the exam room. My family and I will continue to use High Country Dental for our future needs.

Front desk ladies are very considerate and thoughtful. I came in with worries for my partner having a pretty serious medical emergency. I chose to stay in the waiting room and my entire stay in there the front desk lady assured me my partner was doing good in the back rooms. She would walk back and forth to check in with him for my sake, grabbing him some water. The dentist Christopher has done the utmost thorough job with my partner. He had listened and validated to my partners concerns and setting up further appointments was all done by the staff to make sure my partner would be walking out there in good health. 10/10 recommended, a wonderful team effort these people set out to accomplish.

I had my third visit with this office today and they've remained consistent with their excellent service. I appreciate being able to have text conversations with the office since calling can be difficult with my work schedule. I'm always greeted kindly and the whole team explains exactly what I can expect throughout my care which helps with the dental anxiety I have. Highly recommend!

Good experience as a first time patient. I really felt like they listened to me, were nonjudgmental, and wanted to make sure that they were supportive and taking care of my needs. Easy to schedule follow-up appointments, and made sure I was in the loop concerning future care. Will definitely refer friends and family to them!

The staff are friendly and so understanding. Having had bad experiences elsewhere, I was so happy to walk in and have everyone reassure me and strive to make my visit as comfortable as possible. I genuinely look forward to continuing to get my dental needs covered by the people here.
