My children waited 6+ weeks for their appointment only to be called an hr and a half before to be rescheduled for another 2 months. I was called the day before to confirm the appointment. Not happy at all. Apparently their child well check up was replaced with non-contact appointments (phone visits). So their health isn't that important. Not sure how over night their in office appointment got replaced with other peoples phone visits. They've only been at this office for a little over a year and have had appointments rescheduled before and lots of time waiting. I guess it's time to look elsewhere for a new Doctor nothing but bad experiences.

I would genuinely give this place negative stars if I would, I have been trying to reach my doctor to get my prescription moved to a new pharmacy since the beginning of July it’s 14th. I have now had to go through withdrawals because I haven’t had my meds. This is truly the most unprofessional office I have ever seen please never go here unless you want to deal with a lazy doctor that can’t even fill a prescription.

Everytime I make an appointment with them they always have me reschedule and it's fusterating it seems like no one wants to work there because the drs are always calling out and they can care less! If a dr called out that's not my problem and I shouldn't have to reschedule every time. They should be able to find somome else instead of it being a dead end!!! 😑

I recently worked at this clinic and resigned when my year was up July 2023. I was so happy to finally leave this unprofessional, toxic and poorly managed place. It's sad that they had to hire the pay to $21 to keep their staff and try to recruit new employees because all of the Medical Assistants quit due to being treated unfairly. I will tell you it is not worth $21 to work in this horrible corrupted work environment. I will miss doing patient care and miss the patients. It is unfortunate that the staff and management are incapable of doing their jobs. If they got rid of the toxic employees and management PMSFHC would be a better place to work for. There is some people who I would like to recognize Dr. Paul Rugira and the girls in the front especially Danielle they are exceptional. I recommend Dr. Paul Rugira for your medical needs.

I have never had a bad experience here. The first time I had an apt, I thought I was scheduling an apt for the location on Unser, but it was actually the one on Grande, but no big deal. I called, they gave me directions, I told them I was going to be late and explained to them what happened, and it was fine. The front desk people were very friendly, and the doctor was great. I had applied for the low income payments for the apt because I do not have insurance. I only brought one of my check stubs in by accident, and they worked with me on it, and I was able to apply. They were great. I just scheduled another apt today, and they lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I don't know why this place has bad reviews, I love them. It's so easy to get an apt, and they get you in much sooner than anywhere else you call.

I am new here to the area I called one place before calling here, where the phone rang 10 time then waited 5 minutes on hold. Nope not for me. HERE, Leslie answered the phone in under a minute(.52 sec) to be exact. Enrolled me as a New patient and an appointment in 14 minutes. Wow can't wait to meet her and thank her for great service, she was kind and very helpful 5*s for her. Thank you

I really like Dr. Manzanares in the dental department. Very caring, listens and is knowledgeable. I recommend him!

The people here are very nice and caring. The doctors are great and get to the bottom of any problems I'm having. 😊
