Stuck with a bill for several hundred dollars but at no time during our appointment were we informed that insurance would not cover. This office is in network with our insurance but that made little difference. Fortunately we were told that future appointments would be out of pocket so we didn’t schedule any further treatment. We will not be returning to this office. If you have to come here make sure the front desk gives you a detailed list of all fees before proceeding with any treatment.

I’m not one to leave a review…but Customer service is terrible. No one ever contacts you to schedule an appt. Nor do they answer the phone so you can schedule. I have tried for 3 days! The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. I was very satisfied with the doctor and nurses . Someone has dropped the ball along the way!! They definitely need to change things!!! BTW….I’m speaking of the Albuquerque office.

This is the absolute worst, unprofessional, completely inept medical practice I’ve ever dealt with! Ashley Probst the office manager doesn’t attend calls, their confirmation system is just as incompetent as the office employees, Nikki the “medical assistant” says I have to answer phone calls to confirm an appointment. Funny, they send me text message to confirm which I did but yet they cancel the appointment. Talking about uneducated and incompetent.

I had a great experience with allergy partners. I did ask ahead of time how much insurance will cover and the potential copays and the front desk and doctor alike were very transparent and patient when answering my questions. Dr. Wang was very thorough and talked me through every step of the process, answering my numerous questions with no signs of impatience or hurry. I left feeling more optimistic about my conditions than ever, thank you!

One of the employees literally scrapped my car door with hers while I was sitting and waiting in my car. I was watching her as she climbed into her car while her door was still scrapping mine and she gave me the dirtiest look. I don’t know who she is but she had a transformers emblem on her gas tank flap. Utterly disappointing. She needs to be fired immediately.

Absolutely the worst. They don't open on time leaving patients waiting in parking lot. You wait forever on scheduled visits. It's dirty. Staff is rude and slow.

The worst doctor I've ever seen in my life. Dr. Shanze "Sam" Wang is callous and inept above all else.

They continue the set up appointments when they are not open. I drove over there for an appointment at 1, just for them to be closed. I then get a text message that it is time for me to sign in at 1:15 after I already left.
