The entire staff was wonderful. Tamara was awesome. I was very nervous and she went over everything and explained the process completely which made me feel so much better. She was very professional, kind and compassionate. I can’t wait for the next step.

I moved here a few months ago from Washington state and received service from a Hanger office there for several years but after my experience with the Rio Rancho facility I am convinced that Tamara is the best! She was careful to explain everything that she was doing and why. And my shoes are surprisingly comfortable. Great customer service and super results. One more positive to moving to New Mexico!
